23/02/2026: Worst service in Ticino. Unfriendly and unenthusiastic.

22/02/2026: We politely asked, even before we started, if we could change tables because, being near the door, the air was freezing. But, even though there was a free table near us, they said they didn't have time... what does it take to move two people? Absurd. We waited over an hour for a risotto with perch, and then an overcooked white risotto with a tiny piece of perch in the center arrived. We ordered a draft beer, and after a quarter of an hour they told us they were sold out.

28/02/2026: The food is not very tasty, it is not cooked on the spot (the chips were cold and hard), the service is not very efficient and the communication is equally bad, there is no internet connection in the restaurant and they don't have a wifi connection.

19/12/2025: Bad experience, bad environment, he gave me the wrong change, he was supposed to give me €10, he gave me €2 change telling me he would give me the right one, the environment is bad, he treats you badly and has no respect for the customer and he cheats customers on the change

16/01/2026: I'd like to compliment the staff on the excellent service we received this evening. The pizzas were excellent, perfectly cooked and topped with generous, quality toppings. A special thanks for the "Pizza Baby"—the included gift was much appreciated and made my daughter happy. The whole family was completely satisfied. Also commendable was the delivery, which arrived precisely on time. Kudos to you for your professionalism!

15/02/2026: Ketty is very good at making pizzas! They're delicious and, importantly, not burned at all! Yesterday I had a Margherita and a Chef, and they were perfect. I'm happy! Next time I'll ask if she uses whole wheat flour too. Thanks!

30/01/2026: 10 stars! I've been coming here for years, and besides the fantastic pizza, I've truly found people with hearts of gold—friends! The pizza is spectacular, the ingredients are top-quality, and the prices are truly excellent! If you want quality pizzas and wonderful people, you're in the right place! P.S.: Try the whole wheat pizza. After 20 minutes, you'll already be digesting it. Definitely worth a try!

31/08/2025: €14 for a gluten-free pizza with ham and zucchini (with frozen dough). Practically double the average price of a pizza, and the quality is also poor. I strongly advise against it.

15/08/2025: I've never written reviews for any restaurant, but I feel compelled to. I ordered two pizzas a couple of months ago, €38, heavily topped, and so large that I couldn't even finish them, even folded in the box due to their size. Since we were so happy with the service months ago, and since we were new customers (I'm not mistaken, we even had a discount with a flyer handed out with the discount), we ordered three more pizzas this evening, almost €50, literally without toppings, thin as a sheet of paper, the dough half-raw, full of oil, and a burnt edge, and one of the pizzas was even missing one of the chosen ingredients. I ordered a beer, which arrived hot and undrinkable, and the Coke was ice cold; I don't see the point. I don't know if the management or the chef has changed in recent months, but this evening it felt like we'd bought the lowest-quality frozen pizzas on the market, put them in a box, and delivered them. It's a shame. Judging by the photos on the website, you'd expect excellent quality pizzas. Unfortunately, from what I've seen, not all that glitters is gold. This will be the last time we'll order from you.

20/01/2026: We ordered takeout pizzas because it was our favorite pizzeria, not realizing they'd kept the name Fermento but added 1976, which wasn't Fermento Gourmet Pizzeria under the previous management. We threw out practically all the pizzas; they were inedible, the sausage was practically raw, the mozzarella wasn't mozzarella, and the mushrooms were abysmal. When we called to ask for an explanation, they hesitated before acknowledging the change of management and didn't even make a gesture to remedy the situation. We tried reporting it to the app we'd used to book. What a shame.

29/12/2025: Great place to eat, perhaps after a good day of skiing. We've dined here several times, trying both the meats and the pizzas, all very good. The service was prompt and very friendly. Whenever we go to Prato Nevoso, we have at least one dinner here.

11/08/2025: An explosion of flavors as you savor the meat. The pizza feels like being back in Naples. Friendly staff and fast service. Reasonable price. I'll definitely be back!!

09/01/2026: A place I won't return to. The pizza chef doesn't make any changes to the pizzas because he believes they're perfect and balanced just the way they are. The owner is the one who arrogantly and forcefully scolds customers. It's a shame because the pizza isn't bad at all.
