10/09/2025: The owner of the place, in my opinion, is irresponsible because this evening at 11:00 a.m. she came out from the back of the place with someone holding a pizza... telling an elderly gentleman who is anything but responsible to close the place... practically unattended... this is just tonight's example; I'll leave out any other details. While during the day, this gentleman happily wanders around my house with his dog, coming in and out of the back of the place as if it were his own... the owner is obviously not there... 🤔🤔🤔🤔 as I was saying, I haven't seen the owner for a few days. I can't figure out who runs this place, which is still open.

28/08/2025: Good and inexpensive pizza, impeccably crafted and freshly prepared. Very friendly service, but the restrooms are a bit basic.

10/08/2025: After an hour and 15 minutes, they managed not to serve us. I understand everything, but don't accept tables so you look better if you can't serve..... The most disarming thing is that those who were supposed to take orders didn't even look at us even after repeated requests, after the hour obviously. They kept saying "we're coming now," and in the meantime they proceeded to welcome or serve those who arrived later... What can I say, nothing... Maybe leaving only two girls to take orders on a Saturday night is really not enough, maybe pen and paper would solve everything?

12/07/2025: One wonders why Biella doesn't attract tourists, and the answer lies in the service, the hospitality, the professionalism, and the quality of the products. An hour's wait, like invisible passersby, then two pizzas and a focaccia, dry, colorless, and tasteless. Little attention and care was paid to the discount-store ingredients (tomato, oil, mozzarella), not to mention the pizza dough. We console ourselves with the company of friends in a summer setting in the upper part of the city. What a shame.

16/08/2025: We were thrilled here in 2021. Unfortunately, the food here is now a disgrace: The bruschetta came on cheap brown bread, the kind you'd buy pre-sliced at the supermarket, and for €15. The pizzas appear to be made from pre-made wraps—both sticky and dry, and definitely not good, thinly rolled yeast dough. It tastes like they left a wrap in the oven. The toppings come from a glass or can. The ambiance by the lake is lovely, and the service was fine, apart from the fact that our toddler was barely taken into consideration.

04/08/2025: The pizzas are good. The place is nice. We sat outside. The waiters were friendly. The standard menu is followed by another one with new options. The price list isn't updated on their website.

17/07/2025: I had a terrible meal, I paid more than I should have, the place was infested with mosquitoes, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it's very, very expensive and the food is poor, I will never go there again!!! They don't have local products like foreign and non-national beers.

25/07/2025: Un Spritz Aperol quasi « Virgin »… ultra light. Une cuisine un peu bâclée. Des aubergines grillées à peine assaisonnées et manquant un peu de cuisson. La panacota à 6,50€ qui ne Ressemble pas à grand chose : 2/3 d’une petite verrine remplie d’une simple crème épaissie, sans coulis ni garniture!!! Ridicule en taille comparée au tiramisu qui lui est correct! Et pour clôturer, le serveur en chef qui se paye ma tête lorsque je lui exprime ma déception par rapport au dessert!!!

01/05/2025: I'm not the type who reviews food or places, but this evening I can say that the delay for 2 pizzas is really exaggerated. Thank you for the discount, but also having people at home after 9.30pm, I had to eat in front of friends at 9.50pm, when the pizzas were supposed to arrive at 9pm. Home organization is important, and managing it is not easy, but this way you only lose customers. Good continuation, it's a shame to have left out another pizzeria, which in Biella is always worse.

19/03/2025: Yes, it's good, but they take home deliveries without knowing the address... I called at 6pm and they told me they would deliver at 7.30pm, at 7.15pm they told me they wouldn't deliver.

10/08/2025: Yesterday, my dad and some friends had a bad experience, unfortunately. Pizza of the day with no price specified and overpriced at €26. Table near the main door, and every 3x2 people seated at the table, the person with their back to the entrance got punched. Pizza (€26) arrived cold and tasteless. Not even the best restaurants charge, so next time you order, let the customer know.

24/04/2025: It looks like a baby pizza... every time I get pizza on days when they are all €6 there is always something, plus undercooked dough

13/09/2025: I went for dinner on Ladies' Friday with some friends. The location and the evening were beautiful. The food was good, but the portions were small for the price—not adequate, in fact, excessive. Especially since if you order a second course later, you'll still be hungry. Nothing else to say.

13/09/2025: The place has a really pleasant atmosphere and the food is very good, no complaints about that. Unfortunately, however, the service somewhat ruined the experience: we had reported a month in advance that one of our group is celiac, and yet we were only informed during the birthday party that there were no gluten-free options available and that he would have to order from Glovo. It's a shame, because with a little more attention, it could have been a perfect evening.

25/07/2025: Si tratta di un ristorante con piatti tipici della cucina italiana. Hanno una terrazza coperta dalla vegetazione. Le pizze sono molto buone e abbastanza grandi per essere individuale. Il personale è molto cordiale. Abbiamo pagato per un menu di 1 bevanda+ 1 piatto (pasta o pizza) + dessert (frutta del giorno) 10 €.

09/03/2025: I ordered from Glove, got a kebab menu and a kebab pizza. As for the menu, I asked for spicy sauce, but they didn't, and the fries were very few. And then on the kebab pizza, I found some meat that had a greenish color. I don't know if that's normal, since there were also meats that didn't have this strange color. Some even had hair on them.

20/08/2025: Ordered at 7:30 PM for delivery to the nearby town, pizzas arrived at 9:10 PM! Undercooked dough and sauce! First and last time

01/08/2025: I wonder if this is the way to deliver a pizza, leaving aside the terrible quality of the product this time, pizza completely poured into the box, disgusting!!! Definitely not worth the price!

11/05/2025: Ottimo locale e pulito. Servizio ottimo . Piatti abbondanti e cucinati bene. Ottima la pizza tradizionale. Dolci abbondanti e buoni. Prezzo nella media. Consigliatissimo. Consiglio la prenotazione prima andare .

09/01/2025: Mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei clienti, aria fredda che arrivava al tavolo dalla porta e dal clima acceso (dondolavano pure i lampadari di ferro neri), anche altre persone, dopo averlo fatto notare, la risposta della signora più grande è stata che non vi erano altri tavoli liberi, in realtà la sala era semi vuota, sul mangiare stendiamo un velo pietoso, qualità discreta con pizze che sono arrivate bruciate, prezzi cari, coperto a 2,50 a persona. Dulcis in fundo 20 minuti di attesa per i caffè. Sicuramente non mi vedranno mai più e lo sconsiglio per la mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei loro clienti.

05/04/2025: Sono veramente basita dalla maleducazione del proprietario. Io e mio marito ci siamo recati per una cena prima dello spettacolo al vicino teatro. Abbiamo ordinato due farinate e due pizze. Mentre stavamo ancora consumando il primo piatto (io ero a metà), ci hanno portato le pizze. Alla mia rimostranza ci è stato detto che le avrebbero messe al caldo. Non appena abbiamo terminato la farinata, le stesse pizze sono tornate tiepide e gommose perché non erano più fresche. L'ho fatto presente al cameriere che gentilmente ci ha detto che le avrebbe fatte rifare. Dopo pochi minuti sono tornate le stesse e ci è stato detto che il proprietario non aveva nessuna intenzione di rifarle. Ci siamo alzati per andarcene, non ci hanno consentito di pagare e questo mi ha innervosita, perché non siamo morti di fame. Inoltre il titolare mi ha fatto il gesto col la mano a coltello per indicarmi di andarmene Questo a casa mia dove impera l'educazione, è un insulto , l'ho fatto presente e l'uomo ha continuato. Capisco che quando si è molto anziani come lui, si perdano freni inibitori, ma le buone maniere soprattutto in presenza di clienti sono un "must". Se volete mangiare alla velocità della luce anche con il locale completamente vuoto com'era durante la ns visita e vi fa piacere essere trattati come cani allora accomodatevi. Se siete invece persone educate e per bene evitate questa pizzeria come la peste!

14/03/2025: Mi ero ripromesso di non tornarci più….Poi ci ho ripensato e questa è stata la scelta peggiore che potessi avere… preso una pizza e una porzione di farinata ….. il gusto non mi convinceva e avevo ragione e me ne sono accorto il giorno dopo…..ora le analisi e poi vedremo come procedere…

17/08/2025: Good pizza. The salads were overpriced and arrived missing some ingredients; after complaining, they were offered, which is a positive note. The pasta with duck ragù was good, but the sauce was too greasy. They also changed the size after waiting almost 45 minutes. The prices were much higher than average, unjustified.
