23/02/2025: I went last night and I don't think I'll ever come back, I took the tuna pizza but putting it on the scales all dirty from other pizzas... while I was eating it you could taste the taste left under the pizza... you should clean the scales every now and then and also the oven

26/04/2025: Tutto vale Per dare voce a chi di voce ne ha persa un po', oggi (in tali momenti clue, il decibel emesso da noi, i commensali, consone ad una trattoria di camionisti della bassa) siamo accolti con la gioia tipica di una giornata nella quale, da queste parti, il tasso di autolesionismo incrementa secondo un andamento matematico iperboleo. Ma in questa culla, tra i monti della val Strona, frequentata da gente a tratti chic, a tratti no, i primi di questa lista come il risottino mantecato alla moda vegia che dona le sembianze dell'eterno savoir faire della cucina piemontese, o come la prima categoria di clienti menzionati, ci si sente coccolati. Normalmente qui gli avventori intuiscono il rischio dell'altitudine. Lo svenimento o il collasso spontaneo dopo aver oltrepassaro la famigerata soglia dei 500 metri, sono naturali conseguenze della distanza dalle loro residenze consuetudinarie. In effetti una piccola (ma spaziosa) chicca, elevata tra i monti chiarendo che, Heidi comunque ci guarderebbe dall'alto verso il basso e Clara qui, non faticherebbe a raggiungerci. Piu in generale un posto caloroso e ricco di piccole sorprese, piacere supportato da un valido servizio: la ricerca del gusto, c'è, il vino, anche. 4 stelle +

07/04/2025: Io ed il mio compagno siamo stati un paio di domeniche fa, a pranzo, presso questo ristorante (attenzione che bisogna prenotare in anticipo altrimenti non si trova posto la domenica a pranzo, non so per gli altri giorni). Per non dilungarmi troppo sintetizzo a punti: - servizio: siamo stati abbandonati per circa 40 minuti (di orologio) solo con in mano il menù, senza sapere che c’erano piatti fuori menù…senza pane, acqua e vino. Nulla. Al momento di prendere l’ordinazione è stato tutto molto frettoloso senza nessuna spiegazione dei piatti del territorio proposti. Peccato. - Sala: molto rumorosa e chiassosa per la quantità di gente (tanta/troppa). - Cibo: nella media buono. I salumi dell’antipasto erano sicuramente di qualità, i secondi piatti ben cucinati ed i dolci nella media (il fondo della mia pavlova purtroppo era rimasto appiccicoso/umido). - Conto: antipasto di salumi, 2 secondi (coniglio e fegato entrambi con polenta), 2 dolci, vino e acqua (no caffè) totale: € 90,00. Secondo me ci sono giusto un paio di euro di troppo, ma anche in questo caso direi “nella media”. Tornerei solo qualora fossi di passaggio, perchè a mio avviso è un posto dove ho pranzato mediamente bene, ma come in tante altre trattorie/osterie della zona. La mia valutazione purtroppo tiene conto del servizio, ma per il cibo sicuramente 4 stelline. :)

20/03/2025: Une super halte dans ce restaurant, les pizzas sont délicieuses, le service est rapide, et les prix sont tout petits. Vous bénéficiez d’une superbe vue sur les montagnes pendant votre repas, on recommande !!!

09/06/2025: We ordered 6 take-out pizzas and went to pick them up ourselves. The bill? Over 60 euros. A completely unjustified price for pizzas that to call poor is a compliment. Very thin, miserably topped: the tomato sauce was so little that in many places you could clearly see the dough, and the rest of the ingredients were barely there. As if that wasn't enough, the crust was burnt. A real disaster. We will never go back and we will strongly advise against this place to anyone.

06/06/2025: Terrible service...if you don't know how to manage so many people or if you make a mistake in the orders, you should communicate it to the customer and apologise and fix it IMMEDIATELY. Pizza ordered at 9:15pm...arrived at 11pm after too many complaints

13/04/2025: Il servizio è molto professionale, il personale di sala sempre gentile ed educato. La cucina veramente TOP e la pizza è sicuramente la migliore a Novara. Location bella , ordinata e molto pulita e curata !!!!

17/03/2025: Capitati quasi per caso, trovato ambiente informale con due grandi forni che la fan da padroni nella scenografia. Un poco troppo frastuono, la coibentazione acustica sarebbe un gran miglioramento, cosi' come non accedere la tv, partita o no, durante il fine settimana almeno. Pizza buona e breve attesa. Ottimi i camerieri, giovani e dinamici. Ottimi i pizzaioli , sei, giovani sotto la guida, pare, di un esperto piu' datato.

10/05/2025: Ora c'è una nuovo gestore. La pizza Non è buona come prima. Il pomodoro e gli altri ingredienti sono peggiorati. Penso che non ritornerò.

07/01/2025: Order placed on Just Eat at 6.30pm on Saturday evening booked with home delivery at 8.15pm, the order is postponed by the pizzeria at 8.45pm, delivery made at 9pm, pizzas not collected. I'll edit: why does it say here that the delivery was postponed until the order was confirmed while on the phone with me, very "kindly", he stated that we had chosen that time and precisely because it was Saturday evening we placed the order at 6.30pm and if you are not able to manage the orders it is not my fault, also say that I live 150 meters away from your pizzeria and that the deliveryman from 8.46pm (time indicated by you of the exit) arrived at my address at 9.05pm and we are separated by a traffic light, also say all the beautiful words you said on the phone and then we'll talk about it again. I have accepted the rules for a few years since Just Eat has existed, perhaps you should come down from your pedestal and admit that you have not been able to manage the orders. Among other things, I see, from other reviews, that he does not know how to accept criticism.

09/06/2025: We stopped by chance....among countless restaurants, this seemed the least chaotic and least expensive. We couldn't have made a better choice. We were given a table right "on" the lake. Very friendly and nice staff. We had a simple Milanese cutlet and Greek salad. Both good (maybe the salad could use a little more feta). Very affordable prices....

04/06/2025: We stopped here by chance, during our excursion between one island and another and we were welcomed by the very good and very sweet and very polite Caterina. Excellent food, beautiful location and impeccable service. It is rare to find a young girl so kind and good at her job that leaves a good memory to the customers. Recommended.

06/05/2025: Ottimo locale sapientemente ristrutturato dalla cucina romana e non solo si spazia da ricette romane sapientemente eseguite a escursioni più innovative.. ogni dettaglio è curato al meglio dallo chef Luca volpe lo consiglio vivamente… il cambio in sala ha garantito un passo notevolmente superiore!

22/12/2024: The food is terrible: cold and the kebabs have cauliflower that smells like it's old. Furthermore, the staff is not willing to listen to customers when talking about these issues.

30/11/2024: Worst service, I ask the boss if there are potatoes he tells me no because he doesn't want to give them to me then I ask the waiter present he gave it to me. Another time I ask the Boss to have the rest of the pizza taken away, he took away a part thinking that I hadn't seen it when I asked him why he does it he answers that he thought I didn't like that part with the salad. That boss is the ugliest person I've ever met in a restaurant, he's already done it to me 2 times because I'm a foreigner.
