07/04/2024: I discovered this place four years ago, my husband took me there during one of our first dates. The internal room is not very large but in summer it is supported by additional tables outside. On the other hand, the environment is pleasant and private, never noisy. I was immediately pleasantly struck by the kindness and friendliness of the managers, a beautiful couple, exemplary for how close-knit they are and for the organization with which they divide the tasks within the restaurant, (supported by a girl who takes care of the service at the tables). He in the kitchen, she a pizza chef. She is the soul of the place: beautiful, friendly, pleasant, charismatic; she is a special woman, she has the ability to immediately put you at ease and make you feel "at home". The cuisine is home-style but surprisingly tasty and the dishes are cooked to perfection: even a simple plate of penne all'amatriciana will win you over from the first bite. The pizzas are excellent, both the brick and pan pizzas, the dough is thin and light, leaving you with the pleasant sensation of satiety but without feeling weighed down. The seasonings are good and rich and the raw materials used are of excellent quality. Even the farinata is no exception, among the best I've ever eaten! For spicy lovers, the house chilli oil is the bomb! Coffee and desserts, beers and wines all very good. The prices are more than honest although the portions are always generous. Home service available. Good, genuine, traditional and never expensive in a comfortable, informal and welcoming environment. What more could you want for a relaxing lunch break or a dinner with friends? Try it!
