30/07/2024: Very good food, super friendly waiter. We came across the restaurant by chance and were greeted in an incredibly friendly and attentive manner by the waiter. Since we were easily recognizable as non-Italians, he spoke to us straight away in very good English and took a lot of time to explain everything to us.
The food was so delicious that we booked a table straight away for our penultimate day of vacation so that we could have a delicious and cozy end.
Everyone was friendly and the restaurant seemed to be well attended.
We would eat here again at any time!

30/08/2024: Excellent availability for gluten-free and lactose-free. A place ready for this need as common as a pizza with normal dough and mozzarella. Excellent and good pizza, well seasoned and stuffed!!!! I would have liked to see more smiling and welcoming faces when it comes to catering. More friendliness because it would make a huge difference. But the service was clear and punctual. I just didn't like the lack of friendliness. More openness to welcoming the customer who arrives and enters the venue, otherwise the result is an uncomfortable situation.

19/07/2024: We celebrated a birthday in this structure, the choice of the summer terrace and the entertainment that entertained the guests throughout the evening were very nice. It's just a shame that we had specifically asked when booking to be placed in the outdoor area and this was not the case even though we had booked well in advance... otherwise, however, a pleasant evening. A piece of advice, it would be important to also equip the internal room with air conditioning because in summer it is really difficult to stay inside.

20/07/2024: Un buon ristorante, si è mangiato bene, senza troppe lodi.
Personalmente non amo i locali dove c'è molta gente, proprio perché il servizio viene a mancare, o meglio, non è particolarmente attento a tutto. Questo non toglie il fatto che i cameriere erano sorridenti e il cibo nella media.

09/06/2024: I got a pizza, really good and well cooked. The dessert is also good. The service was fast and courteous. I was in the upstairs room which, despite the air conditioning, was very hot. Maybe the system needs to be revisited.....

21/07/2024: I'm sorry because my family and I have always had pizza from Mondopizza and More in Moncalieri (45° area) with delivery payment of €1.50 (sometimes even just €1)..
This time we decide to change and try this Mondopizza, as on the advice of a girl from Mondopizza and More since they are often too busy even to make deliveries, the unpleasant surprise already started having to wait 10 minutes in front of the door with the boy of the delivery because he didn't know how much I had to pay.. then when he finally managed to call the pizzeria for the price they told him that the price of the delivery was €5!!!! (so total of €13 for a 4 seasons pizza) the same guy is surprised and says on the phone (embarrassed) "look, he only has one pizza"... and is told the reason is that the place is too far from the pizzeria.
Here we are talking about Moncalieri - Trofarello with 3.9km and 7 minutes by car, not even, to get there. (So we're not talking about Turin-Trofarello)... While Mondopizza and More is also 3.6km away at the price of €1.50.
Now I have paid anyway now... given that the pizza was for my mother and unfortunately she has no way to move or discuss problems, but I honestly feel very sorry for such an experience.
Apparently what they told us that the 2 seats are the same is not true, much less were we told at the time of booking that this cost would be disproportionate, given that they asked for the route for delivery.
I will definitely never order from this place again, to my regret.

21/07/2024: Sono stato in questo locale per ordinare pizza e farinata da asporto. Il personale é gentile, il locale si presta più che altro per l'asporto, visto le dimensioni all'ingresso che al massimo consentono solo a pochissime persone di consumare sul posto.
La qualità del cibo é buona, nella media, prezzi altrettanto, consigliato per una soluzione di ristorazione veloce.
14/07/2024: We have become regular customers since we only recently met, we have always had a great time, the pizza is always super good and nothing can be said, unfortunately I have to say something about the service.
The first time a tray arrives practically upside down, pizza "mush" that is all glued together but difficult to eat, we call back and the owner was very kind, he himself came to the house to bring the tray back again and take back the unfortunately not very edible one.
We like the pizza a lot and we order again…
Unfortunately once there was another misunderstanding when ordering a pizza, whether by brick or pan, when we called back to say that the pizzas were wrong we heard a girl say "well now we don't have time to make them again".
Let's move on, we really like the pizza and reorder.
We call this evening at 8.28pm and are told 30/40 minutes. At 9.30pm, still not seeing anyone, we called back, delays can happen but having a 7 year old girl waiting to eat we tried calling and a girl again replied that they were messed up and to be a little more patient.
We wait, the pizza arrives now at 10.15pm from the 8.30pm that we booked with our daughter who fell asleep on the sofa without having dinner because she was exhausted. Plus the girl resonates, (we live on a 5th floor without a lift and we have always met anyone who brought us food, but we were told "you pay for the delivery, we'll come to the 5th floor")…. It's a good thing my partner came down because I always think the same girl remained downstairs in the hall with the pizzas waiting without mentioning an apology for the delay or even the gesture of climbing 3 steps.
I'm sorry because we like the pizzw so much, but we don't think about ordering again as the rudeness has been getting worse and worse.

17/05/2024: Came in February for lunch on a Sunday. The vibe was very familial. Staff was friendly and made room - even though I didn’t have a reservation. Enjoyed the pizza a lot. Good selection of beer too.
