Poldo In Torino

Tried it for lunch with friends. Simple but tidy and clean environment. Friendly and friendly staff and fast service. Delicious farinata and spectacular pan pizza: soft and well stuffed but with a crunchy base and crust around the edge. Honest prices. 5 stars deserved.

Can reviews serve to stimulate those who receive them to improve the quality of the service? I always find it hard to criticize but I would like it to be useful. Poldo is a true historic pizzeria. Which has retained its originality. Without giving space to the questionable fashions of gourmet pizzerias or fake Neapolitan pizzerias. Farinata and pan pizza, that's how they were in high school (the 80s) and that's how they are. Same furniture and also same prices. Pizza and farinata (good) and beer for 15 euros where can you find it today? Sit and served I mean. However: a few fewer tables would perhaps be better, at least you don't have to get elbowed every time someone passes by you. And it would also serve to follow up with customers a little more so that they don't have to ask for the same things three times. Until next time

Dinner on Friday evening, the place was full, however we didn't have to wait long to sit down (about 15 minutes). Classic pizza and farinata (wrongly arrived in this order)... Very good pan pizza, brick pizza without infamy or praise, good farinata but a little dry for my tastes (personally I prefer it thicker with a softer lower part). Old style place, classic Piedmontese pizzeria from the 70s. Correct prices

Locale vetusto, qui si nota che il tempo ha lasciato il segno. Ambiente pulito e molto silenzioso. Una varietà di pizze al tegamino molto vasta ma non solo serve anche pizza alla pala e farinata. Il menù contempla piatti tipici da pizzeria, acciughe al verde tomini ed altro. Noi abbiamo assaggiato la farinata, molto buona e poco unta. Pizza al tegamino, Napoletana e Prosciutto e Funghi birra e via. Non capisco il perché di tante recensioni negative. Essendo dei pizzofili è stato il primo assaggio. In futuro vedremo.

Famigliare Accoglienti e veloci nel servizio Location semplice Farinata top Padellino buona ma mancava una marcia in piú. Prezzi competitivi.
