The pan pizza was good. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with the farinata. It was a bit thick.

I go there at least twice every time I visit Turin. They have delicious pizzas and it's a friendly place.

For me, it's a childhood place; my dad used to take me there for pizza and farinata... And it's still that way today, almost 40 years later. Exceptional value for money.

I recently returned to Poldo dal 1939, a historic pizzeria in Turin that I'm very fond of. Years ago, it was a regular stop for my Saturday lunches with my family, so it was really nice to return to a place with so many memories.
I'm currently following a special diet that has led to me developing a wheat intolerance, so I have to be very careful about what I eat. I was delighted to discover that they offer gluten-free pizza toppings, and I must say, the pizza was truly excellent: tasty, well-prepared, and made with quality ingredients.
Beyond the food, you can still feel the atmosphere of a historic pizzeria that makes the place special. I was very pleased to return and recommend it to anyone looking for good pizza or anyone who wants to experience a piece of Turin tradition. 🍕✨

Good evening everyone. We had dinner at Poldo. The pan pizza was excellent. The desserts were also very good. The staff was really kind and patient. I will definitely be back. Definitely worth a try. Have a good evening.

We had a pan pizza and then ordered two more pan pizzas: all very good, with soft and well-cooked dough. You can also order larger pizzas, but we chose these and had a great time. Very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. 🍕

The farinata is also excellent.

Simply saying that Pizzeria Poldo is excellent is an understatement...
It's a legend, an institution... I've been going there for about 35 years, always the same family of owners and the same quality...
I no longer live in Turin, but every year, when I return, I can't miss at least one evening at Poldo's...
Frequent to all social classes, it's a true "leveling ground" for lovers of quality in a family atmosphere!
