02/05/2025: Ho sempre preso la pizza, che è ottima, ma questa volta ho optato per un primo piatto: scialatielli con cozze ,cannolicchi scampi ,capesante. Il nome del piatto"Doppio sogno" è azzeccato, perché li sogno ancora! Buonissimi! Consiglio il locale per la gentilezza e la bontà delle proposte. Alla prossima!

06/07/2025: Small place on the outskirts of Alessandria where you can take away pizza, farinata and focaccia di Recco, but also eat in, even if there are not many seats. Nice menu with the possibility of choosing between different doughs. Good pizzas at honest prices, friendly staff and average waiting time.

The Al Castello restaurant in Moncalieri is a true gem: a historic venue, expertly renovated, combining the charm of the past with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight is undoubtedly the new terrace, with an unparalleled view of the magnificent castle: the perfect spot for a charming dinner, especially on summer evenings. The menu is varied and well-curated, with carefully prepared meat and fish dishes, and a light, thin-crust pizza topped with quality ingredients—both local and international. The wine list is extensive and select, perfect to accompany every course. Special mention goes to the desserts, all homemade and truly unmissable! Another plus: the restaurant is open every evening, which is by no means a given. I highly recommend it for those seeking good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and an unforgettable view.

14/08/2025: I went to dinner at this restaurant for the first time to check out the great reviews I'd read. I admit I was surprised: the staff was polite and courteous, the menu was niche, with a wide selection and, above all, ingenuity in the preparation of the dishes. There was a vast and excellent selection of wines. The atmosphere was clean and well-kept, with a beautiful view of the city of Turin and the Moncalieri castle. I'll definitely be back. 👍

30/07/2025: That evening, the restaurant was very crowded, and the staff seemed overwhelmed: all the waiters were rushing around without even greeting customers. Even though we had a reservation for 8:30 PM, our table wasn't ready when we arrived. We sat on the terrace. We had to wait on the terrace for about 40 minutes before someone came to take our order, and another 40 minutes for our pizzas. Coffee was offered as a courtesy, but honestly, the overall experience was disappointing. That's not how it should be.

La farinata è stata un vero colpo di fulmine: croccante al punto giusto e dal sapore autentico. La pizza è spettacolare, con un impasto leggero e ingredienti di qualità. Abbiamo provato anche i tegamini: un’esplosione di gusto! Il tutto accompagnato da un clima accogliente e familiare, che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Stefano e Gaetano, i proprietari: persone eccezionali, sempre sorridenti, appassionate e accoglienti. Torniamo sicuramente. Consigliatissima!

14/06/2025: Mi sono stupita positivamente di questa buona pizza al tegamino, croccante e digeribile! Il personale è molto gentile e attento al cliente.

30/08/2025: Went for a meal for the first time. I had a generous appetizer (mussels marinara) and a first course (spaghetti al cartoccio) rich in sauce and tasty. What left me amazed and happy was that the shrimp inside the first course had been cleaned of the crustacean intestine thread, something many don't do. Well done... a satisfying white wine and an exquisite dessert (even if not homemade, but of high quality). I'll return, with a reservation, because the place was really busy and it was a weekday. Closed on Mondays.

12/09/2025: The restaurant isn't very large, with a small indoor dining area. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable; Alessandro takes care of everything and makes you feel at home, just like you would in a Neapolitan pizzeria. Besides the appetizers, I opted for a Vesuvio, and I must say that the contrast between the sweetness of the tomato and the beauty of the uncooked buffalo mozzarella is simply breathtaking! Definitely worth a try.

Delicious and very rich dough... the waitress was very kind and the service was super fast... the dessert was very good and not everyone's cup of tea also was good... it's a shame we're from Genoa otherwise it would be a must-go every weekend! Thanks for the lollipop you gave us for our little boy ❤️ P.S. I made my parents in SARDINIA jealous with the seafood pizza because the other night there wasn't that much, in fact... very good prices too... if we were to come back to Zoom we would definitely stop by again!
