Thin-crust pizza, but good. Unfortunately, mine wasn't cooked enough.
But the thing that bothered me most was the smoke, which blurred my vision a bit. It was a bit quiet when people came in, so the air was circulating.
08/02/2026: We stopped by this evening for takeout pizza. The staff were incredibly friendly and the pizza was amazing!
We'll definitely be back to eat in, too :)

22/03/2026: Terrible experience!! We made a reservation for 7 people at 8:00 PM without being informed about the double seating. If we had known, we would have chosen differently. Upon arrival, they assigned us the wrong table and made us move. From then on, it was just rushed and rude, with pressure to finish in 40-50 minutes, and plates taken away while we were still eating (even dessert!). We reported the whole thing to the cashier, but with no response. All this for a table costing almost €200, so we certainly weren't taking up space "for nothing." Where was the respect for the customer? It's a shame about the food, because it's good, but rudeness reigns supreme. Absolutely not recommended.

03/01/2026: We were there on New Year's Eve. There was a bit of a wait, but I think it was due to the fresh, freshly prepared dishes. Everything was excellent, and for me, who is celiac, there were several options. Thank you.

23/02/2026: Pizzeria La Baita is a trattoria-pizzeria, we went there for a pizza, there were 6 of us, the pizza dough was fine, light, not bad, the staff were very kind and super fast, the place leaves a little to be desired, very poorly maintained and not very clean, unfortunately I personally find this last element fundamental to think of returning.... alas I will opt for something else

05/02/2026: Maybe it was an unlucky evening, but the pizza wasn't quite risen enough, and it became rubbery as soon as it cooled a bit.
The place is small, practically a takeout with just a few tables.
Attentive and friendly service, reasonable prices.

07/03/2026: Me and my family visited Turin for three days in November. We had dinner at La Sueva twice. The pizzas and service were excellent. We were especially delighted by the young waitress there (unfortunately we did not ask about her name, but we learned she had studied Russian :) ) We appreciated the Caprese salad they made especially for us even though it was not on the menu.
We recommend La Sueva highly! Best regards from Bulgaria!

16/01/2026: It's a little out of the way, but it was a great find! The dishes change regularly, but they're always refined and unique. Baladin beers are always available, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.
