30/07/2023: Grano Duro could be anywhere. It just happens to be in Stresa. It could just as easily be located in Little Italy in New York or in a small back-street in Bangkok or Singapore or in the suburbs of Melbourne or Sydney. Good Italian food, home-style, not fancy in any way. But it was busy, which reinforces that they must be doing something right. Stresa locals and tourists are very lucky. We had a thin cheese-based mushroom pizza, basically a special request, plus a salad. That was enough. It hit the spot and was fast and reasonably priced.
