24/06/2025: Sembra una barzelletta lo so, ma in questo ristorante pizzeria è possibile ordinare un primo SOLO per un minimo di 2 persone!! A parte che la scelta di piatti è molto limitata, ma questo vincolo sui primi ti obbliga ad ordinare un secondo oppure una pizza, perché non sempre la tua scelta e i tuoi gusti personali possono coincidere con quelli degli altri commensali!! ...roba da matti!! Le pizze poi non erano un granché... L'unico piatto che posso salvare è il filetto al pepe verde che aveva ordinato mio figlio. Quello non era male, ma il resto......lasciamo perdere...

05/07/2025: It's been a while since I came and I didn't expect that changing location would change the pizza. I took a simple margherita with buffalo mozzarella because I loved their pizza but unfortunately it's not the same anymore. Dry pizza and hard base. Very disappointed

06/06/2025: Very friendly staff and excellent quality food. Very welcoming and well-organized place, too bad it rained and we couldn't use the outdoor space, but we will definitely be back.

11/07/2025: Very nice restaurant, everyone was very kind, including the owners, who offered us a round of liqueurs after dinner. It's just a bit difficult to find parking. Otherwise, it's great!

06/07/2025: Decent pizza, but the waitresses for goodness sake... They even asked us to give them the empty plate... at least a thank you... the tables to be cleared and they were minding their own business, no way!! Long waiting times between pizza and dessert

08/07/2025: Il Forte restaurant, here in Gavi The Recco cheese focaccia, compliments, is the same as the one in Recco, nice thin pastry and lots of stracchino, truly good, heaven and the blonde owner is very good and friendly

22/06/2025: Spectacular restaurant, warm and welcoming place, perfect food with the right taste of flavours especially the focaccia recco, small flaw in the service, the waiter touched his nose continuously during the service and was clearly agitated for the rest everything was perfect

15/06/2025: Dinner with colleagues, the fish dishes were excellent and presented very well for all three, compliments to the chef. The environment was very refined and elegant, suitable for couples for romantic dinners or lunches. On a negative note, the staff seemed "not very friendly". And I'll stop there.

17/06/2025: We deliberately sought out a restaurant that was somewhat secluded from the tourist crowds. The food was delicious, the service very friendly, and the outside ambiance was somewhat unusual. It felt a bit like we were sitting in a converted garage. The atmosphere was still good, and the place was well-filled. That's what you'd expect from a typical Italian restaurant (although a few other tourists had also discovered the place for themselves 😌).

06/05/2025: It's a shame that you can only put 5 stars otherwise I would put a constellation. We landed passing through a town called Scalenghe. My colleague saw that this place is the Juventus club of Scalenghe and he, who is a Juventus player, wanted to stop. We were hungry and didn't know any other places. Just like foreigners! We ate well served, with a table in view of the wood-fired oven, the pizza chef even made us laugh. He also made my wife a heart-shaped pizza. 2 medium cokes, 3 pizzas, a coffee and a delicious takeaway maxibon. When we pass through Scalenghe again we will stop again, net of the fact that it is improbable to pass through Scalenghe….

05/04/2025: As always, Tony and Anna manage their place excellently.... Both the children and the staff are competent, kind and nice..... Pizza 🍕 top like everything else. Must try.
