19/05/2025: Several times with my family and friends, we choose Trattoria Monterosa for our lunches. The food is excellent and the service too! There is never a need to ask to bring water, wine or anything else to the table, because the staff is always careful to make sure there is always everything on the tables! The last lunch was on May 11th, for the annual cousins' lunch and for my mother's birthday, and everything was perfect! Thanks to Ale and Irene for their availability, compliments to the chef and the waiters!

27/06/2025: We come to this place quite often, because we always find it very good, starting from the food that is always very good, including the mixed fried food, chips and pizzas that are all excellent, even the gluten-free ones are 🔝! A special feature that is absolutely not to be taken for granted!!! Las Vegas seems like a simple take-out pizzeria, but what shocked me was the taste, the soft dough, the abundant service! It's a Real Pizza! I Love that Pizza Chef! The pizza must be ordered by phone if you don't want to risk not being able to serve it before 8:00 pm, around 5:30 pm. I recommend it to everyone because I'm very picky about pizza! Oh...among other things it's cheap. No guys! It's a Monster! I can't keep quiet when I eat his pizza! I continue with mmmm good...mmmm too good...I Love it...Too much...but too Good! Since I know you'll read my review and go there, convince him not to retire! I can't find pizzas like this made by old generations anymore! By the way! Look, he didn't pay me to write a review! 08/07/2025: Nice place with plenty of space. Helpful and attentive staff. The pizza is definitely topped with excellent ingredients, and there's a variety of dough choices. The dough isn't among my favorites, but that's just my personal opinion.

30/06/2025: A welcoming and comfortable place, exquisite kindness of the staff. Tasty and varied food, in my case I made small changes to make the dish vegetarian and they immediately satisfied me. We will definitely be back!

12/06/2025: Simple place, close to the departure point for going to the ski slopes, I was there in the summer, the food is good, it's clean, the sweet crepes are fantastic!!!!!!

29/06/2025: We had dinner with a pizza from 33 Giri Rivalta...what can I say...a real surprise. Air-conditioned restaurant, but you can also dine at the tables outside. The pizza was delicious...the Branduardi is exceptional and The Doors is just as good...we finished with some excellent desserts...great service...thanks for the lovely dinner!

19/06/2025: Good pizza, fair prices but I don't feel like giving my all because even though I asked for 4 pizzas + 1 farinata to take away, when I arrived 1 minute early compared to the agreed time, it was only then that they prepared everything. Result: I waited 10 minutes more. Nothing tragic but I don't think it's correct behavior
