25/03/2025: I've been there twice, the first time yesterday, I ate a pizza, decent today I decided to have a carbonara: The pasta was overcooked, bacon and no cheese, the pepper was non-existent, the egg was boh. When the girl came to get the plate, which I hadn't finished, I told her that I didn't like the carbonara and in response she only asked me if I wanted a dessert. The owner, with the waistcoat, present in the room, didn't ask for anything. Just make the pizza, leave the rest to those who are experts.

24/03/2025: I gave 1 star to the food because I'm too good, I had a bruschetta and the waitress asked me if I liked garlic and I said yes, put it and a lot of it, in reality it wasn't a lot but I was charged 2 euros more, then I had pizza with onions, the onions were sweet caramelized, horrible and mozzarella that was actually terrible stringy dough, never again. If a pizzeria saves on pizza ingredients, it doesn't seem very intelligent to me.

18/02/2025: It is one of the historic pizzerias on Via San Tommaso, present since the times when there were other food shops in this beautiful street. Now everything has changed and not necessarily for the better, and it is always nice to come here, where it is the quality of the raw material that makes the difference. I am pleased to see that tourists frequent it because there is a small room where there are tables.

24/03/2025: Piacevolissima esperienza in questo locale, non facile da vedere e trovare, ma merita cercarlo. Si trova in una piazzetta alla fine di una strada senza uscita , a pochi passi dall'ospedale di Casale, ma come si dice ,il viaggio vale la pena. Il locale si presenta bene con tavoli alti e poi la sala coi tavoli regolari, ma tutti con una simpatica mise en place. Dal menù si capisce subito che possiamo trovare anche pizze originali e stuzzicanti, io ho scelto una pizza con la muletta, e oltre ad essere molto buona, esaltava proprio la presenza di questo salume tipico, ma anche le altre pizze ci hanno soddisfatto. Il servizio gentile e veloce ha reso la cena piacevole, come la pulizia del locale, che abbiamo riscontrato anche nei bagni. Bravi, torneremo certamente.
