28/04/2025: A place of great interest if you want to taste typical dishes from the area, not to mention the city of Bra. We're not even going to mention the sausage which speaks for itself, but we should also highlight the risotto and the tajarin which have a strong and pleasant flavour. Absolutely must try! Applause goes to the waitress who alone in the room manages about twenty people, without delays or errors

04/07/2025: Tried for dinner recommended by friends. Good pizzas but a little too rich in ingredients and definitely heavy to digest. Better to get a simple pizza, cheaper and certainly more digestible. Very kind, professional and fast service. The sore point is the place: the inside is very small (it's a big room) and therefore it's very hot because of the oven and the acoustics are terrible (you can't even hear the person sitting in front...) and outside there are a few tables but in the summer it's full of mosquitoes. The price is not exactly cheap either, about 15 euros for a special pizza and it seems a little exaggerated to me. I honestly recommend going to try this place only if you are passing through but going there on purpose is not worth it... there are thousands of other better pizzerias in the surrounding areas (Chivasso, Brandizzo, etc). I don't think I want to go back.

01/07/2025: It was a very warm evening. There were moments when no air came through the windows. The pizza was super thin and perfectly cooked. Run by a lady and her husband. Very hospitable. Would return.

21/06/2025: We came across this pizzeria by chance, on the advice of some residents of Fenestrelle. The pizza is very light, with quality ingredients. The owners are extremely kind and friendly. When they found out it was one of our birthdays they gave us a little surprise. The desserts are excellent! Price for pizza, medium beer and dessert (genepy offered) less than 23 euros per person

05/07/2025: My friend and I took these two delicious pizzas and shared them. Amazing look and quality ingredients. Very kind and friendly staff and nice environment overlooking the pool. I recommend!

Piatti eccellenti, materie prime di alta qualità, location elegante dentro e rilassante e immersa nel verde all esterno........ tutto al Top, incluso il servizio......... carta dei vini ineccepibile........ uno tra i migliori ristoranti che abbiamo sperimentato di recente!!!!!!!! Consigliatissimo!!!!!!!

30/06/2025: Invited to a birthday dinner, the table was placed near a hedge and moreover under some gazebos, there was not a breath of air circulating, we told the waitress to put a bottle of wine in the fridge that after she brought us the first one which was hot, we would have preferred to drink the second one cold, as if we had preached in the desert.....

28/06/2025: I ordered 5 take-out pizzas. It's been years since I went there, I always had great memories, the pizza was always delicious. Today minus 1. Poor pizza, soft, full of inedible mozzarella. It really ruined my evening. I'm sure I'll never go back.

16/06/2025: I had a fantastic experience at this place! The environment is super welcoming and well-kept, the staff is very kind and always available. The owner Paola is very nice and you can tell she loves her job. The waitress is a very kind and polite girl, and the other lady who takes the orders is just as kind. But the real ace up the sleeve is the pizza: in my opinion, it is the best in all of Pianezza! And the fact that it is served is never a given, it makes everything even more special. I highly recommend this place to everyone!" 5/5 stars.

26/06/2025: I was at the Aquila Nera last Friday. At 10.30-11pm they close the kitchens but they continue to make pizzas which was the reason why I went there.. the oven is wood-fired, so a big advantage.. I had a pizza with pistachio and guanciale and burrata on top (it's called pistacchiosa 10 out of 10) .. out of this world in short.. the drinks were excellent.. compliments to the entourage of the room always courteous and attentive.. my personal compliments to the pizza chef for the choice of raw materials.. for those who want something else, the choice of dinner based on fish, meat, pasta or whatever is more than valid and varied.. go there and expectations will be respected. I only stopped to eat so I won't review the hotel part

The fish was very fresh, cooked with care and taste - each dish was a small masterpiece of authentic flavors. In addition to the quality of the food, I was impressed by the welcome: all the staff were kind, attentive and helpful, making me feel really at ease.
