13/05/2026: The pizza by the slice at Cappelletta is delicious, one of my favorites, rivaled only by Pizzeria dell'Angelo on Via Belfiore. I used to live in the Lambrate area and used to come here often, but now I've moved downtown, but whenever I'm in the area I always return to Cappelletta. I also tried the gnocco fritto with cured meats; everything was excellent.

10/05/2026: This place is part of my life's history. Fabulous pizza by the slice, efficient service even when it's packed. The staff are smart, courteous, and fast. I recommend trying their lukewarm "Tarte Tatin"—it's legendary.

31/05/2026: Dinner for two on a Saturday evening after the afternoon theater A stone's throw from the central station, but on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. A beautiful, quiet place. We were warmly welcomed and served attentively. They greeted us with a couple of slices of their Margherita pizza. Excellent. Dry, soft dough. Fantastic. Good cheese and just the right amount of sweet tomato. Flavorful oregano, but not overpowering. A little greasy on top, I think from the oil added at the end, but I loved it. I almost changed my mind and ordered a pizza. Instead, I ordered the spaghetti with seafood. An extra-large portion, good, flavorful, and just the right amount of spicy. The pasta was perhaps a little undercooked, but not overly so, and there was more fish than pasta. An excellent one-pot meal, only €18. My wife had the grilled octopus with vegetables, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I'll definitely be back as soon as I can.

11/04/2026: We came here this evening for the first time. The perfect place for an intimate dinner or a sociable one. The food is exquisite and prepared with care and attention. The staff is very kind, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel at ease. Nothing is left to chance. Kudos to the owner for how she manages her place; she's incredibly kind. Kudos also to the fantastic and charming waitress, and of course, to the chef for all the dishes he prepared. Everything was delicious and perfect. Will we be back? Absolutely!

15/05/2026: Le Capannelle, besides being a decent pizza restaurant (don't expect any special dishes, as the menu is very basic), is above all a hotspot for Milan's nightlife. It's the only restaurant open from 7 p.m. until 5 a.m. It's not a place where food is a priority, but more of a ritual.

02/05/2026: An unexpected and delightful family dinner in Sesto San Giovanni. Yes, because at Al Pomo d'Oro, you truly experience a family atmosphere: relaxed, simple, and without unnecessary frills. If you want to eat well in an informal setting, this is the place. Having made a reservation, I didn't have to wait to be seated; the reserved tables were waiting for us with personalized tickets in sight. The staff is welcoming and multiethnic, perfectly in keeping with the city's current social fabric. I was very impressed by their attentiveness to customers, discreet yet constant, always keeping a close eye on the tables and asking more than one question to make sure everything was to our liking. We chose pizza, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The idea of ​​having draft beer served in a chilled mug was excellent, chilled to the last sip, just as it should be 👍🏻 The pizza won me over especially for its dough: thin but soft, well-cooked, a balance not so common to find. We didn't try the desserts, but the coffee deserves a special mention. For me, it's the real "icing on the cake" of an Italian meal, and here it far exceeded expectations, which is far from a given. The final bill? Really fair, another plus. I'll definitely return with family and friends to try the restaurant's cuisine, which offers both local and international dishes.

03/05/2026: Staff doesn't speak English, yet is extremely welcoming and lovely. They are so lovely, they make you speak Italian because you want to talk to them. Outstanding pizza and pasta, that made me question my cooking skills. Also very good beer and excellent tiramisu. Out of pure hospitality, we were also treated to lemon liqueur (very tasty but may be felt as strong) and local delicacies. Amazing experience, absolutely recommended.
