05/06/2025: Eravamo in gruppo, una trentina, di cui metà bambini, ma ciononostante il servizio è stato abbastanza buono. Menù monumentale, un intero volume, con pagine e pagine di proposte, il che mi fa sempre sorgere qualche dubbio. La pizza non era un gran che, bruciacchiata, pomodoro acquoso, ustionante, però disponibile in un'infinità di scelte. Buona la birra.

09/12/2025: I was there this evening...the pizza is exceptional! Too bad the service was terrible! I was there with my kids. I ordered pizza and asked if it was possible to cut them, but the waiter said, "Ma'am, I don't think we have time today, it's a holiday. Do you have cutlery? You can cut the pizza yourself."... That alone shows the waiter's complete incompetence! The pizzas are served by the slice; I don't think it takes much time to make two extra cuts with a pizza cutter. Plus, it was 7:30 PM and the place wasn't terribly crowded, yet this guy was struggling for nothing! He could have simply said, "It's not possible," without making any unsolicited suggestions, since I know I have cutlery. A man in front of me had ordered a pizza with anchovies... they brought him a Margherita pizza, the waiter noticed the mistake when the man had already started eating, and took the pizza away. I followed him with my eyes and saw him put the plate down with the pizzas coming out, take a pair of tongs and start adding the anchovies, dripping all the oil onto a pizza that was ready to be served... and lo and behold, it was mine. When the waiter at our table came to bring me the pizza, I stopped him and told him I didn't want that pizza because all the oil from the anchovies served to the customer in front of me had dripped on it. Instead of apologizing, he said, "I didn't see anything, ma'am." I replied, "I saw it! If you want, you can smell the pizza and you can smell the anchovies!" The waiter replied, "Yes, but calm down." If it weren't for the fact that I was with the children, I would have gotten up and left. I've never seen such a rude waiter. Never again...it's a shame because the pizza was delicious, but being served by such rude staff isn't worth the cost. I think they can close down!

When I asked, the girl exclaimed to her colleague, 'Oh, but you know how to make a tub, I don't.' Result: more than 10 minutes of improvisation, with the final result being puke-like and all the flavors mixed together. In the end, the ice cream dripped onto the tub, which was cleaned with a paper towel. NEVER AGAIN

I'd like to explain what I think this place is good for, because we're talking about flavors, not flaws or strengths: the pizza is thin by design and not overly large, but it's not burned on the bottom. If you want it well done, you can ask. If you wanted to change ingredients, they were very accommodating. The place is located in front of a large parking lot in a nice area of ​​Milan. The price is commensurate with its location and not excessive. It's a place suitable for everyone; even a very elderly person eating a good pizza there won't feel bad; they won't go home incredibly thirsty. Everything is well-kept. If some people prefer a thick or huge pizza, that's not the option for them, but that doesn't mean they deserve to be discredited. So now, in my opinion, you have an idea of ​​what you can expect, beyond the top-notch ingredients, in my opinion.

18/10/2025: This is the neighborhood's go-to pizzeria, right in front of the Certosa di Garegnano. The atmosphere is refined and very pleasant, and in the summer you can even eat outside. The pizza is excellent, and the owners Giulia and Luca are incredibly kind and are the heart and soul of La Botte! In the photo, you can see Luca and Romeo, the pizzeria's sweet mascot dog. Highly recommended!
