It's not possible to make any changes to the pizzas because if a pizza isn't on the menu with the desired version, it means it's rubbish (quote). But that wouldn't be a problem in itself, because the menu is very varied and there are many pizzas.
The real negative is another: it's best not to argue with the staff to avoid getting into serious trouble. They don't take criticism, and they have no problem responding rudely to customers, so even in this case I expect a rude response!
I've had customers ask to leave the place several times because they've been rudely treated for requests. And with that, I'll finish my review, which wasn't initially so critical.
09/03/2026: I've been coming to this city for five years now, and I never knew there was such an amazing pizza place!
The whole wheat dough is bursting with flavor, with a super thin center and a thick crust that absorbs the flavors of the toppings, a surprising tomato sauce, and the punch of thinly sliced guanciale - I could eat this forever.
And the prices are unbelievably low!

07/01/2026: A guarantee. Every chance I get, I stop by for an excellent pizza. I've also tried some of their first and second courses and have been very satisfied. The wait times are short and the staff is extremely friendly. I recommend the sausage and potato pizza, it's spectacular!!

24/02/2026: Pizzeria and restaurant that have been popular for years for their excellent service...but this time it was truly a disaster, disgusting and dangerous...a slice of tuna with scaly, smelly edges. Unfortunately, just one bite was enough to make me vomit all night...very serious!!
The manager didn't charge for it...anyway, you don't bring a dish like that to the table.

Courtesy and hospitality are a feather in our cap.
The kindness of the waiters combined with their professionalism make the meal pleasant.
At peak times there may be some waiting which is compensated by the very good food.
The coffee is good, which is rare in restaurants, even the barley one.
15/03/2026: Takeaway pizzas that definitely fell short of expectations! €12 for a pizza without toppings and the dough balls aren't even normal, which doesn't mean they're offering a thin, digestible pizza, but rather a cost savings to the customer. I asked for double mozzarella... out of the question... the dough was so thin and soft that it couldn't even be cut... what a shame, the location is very beautiful and the staff are qualified... personally, if I were the owner, I'd monitor how her product is delivered a little more closely. No, definitely not fair and out of line, I don't recommend.

23/01/2026: We went for lunch during the Christmas holidays with our two children. The welcome was wonderful, the atmosphere was family-friendly, the food was good, and the pizza was fantastic. The polenta skewer deserves five stars. We'll definitely be back.
28/12/2025: Seriously, that pizza was something else. I'm still dreaming about that crust. And the toppings? Absolute perfection, a truly inspired combination. It felt like every bite was a little celebration. I'm so glad we went with that option. It definitely hit the spot after a long day. Honestly, it was a fantastic culinary decision. I'm already looking forward to having it again soon.
