The chicken schnitzel was tasty but we were offered fries which ended up tasting just like from McDonald’s, super salty and oily, and with an additional cost of 5€ - such a shame. The prices are higher than average but the food is tasty.
The staff seems nice and the interior is really cosy as well.
30/03/2026: This is a great place to stop when exploring Tremosine. The food is fantastic, and the view towards the lake and Monte Baldo is equally stunning. I've only ever found the Insalatizza here; it's definitely worth trying. And sometimes you'll even meet travelers who've made the journey on some rather unusual vehicles.

01/05/2026: The food was good and reasonably priced, but that's where the positives end. We've never before been asked to leave a table because it was needed for new guests.
And they could have phrased that more politely. It was actually quite convenient for us, as the service had already stopped 20 minutes earlier, so we'd started sharing the remaining bottle of water. But it's only a few meters to the next (friendly) restaurant...
29/04/2026: The price-performance ratio is not right. The food was good. The service was friendly. The prices were far too high for what was on the plate, and we didn't even order pizza. What a shame! None of us will be coming back; there are better alternatives!

03/05/2026: A spacious restaurant located in the center of Desenzano, yet slightly away from the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful courtyard. The attractive colors and relaxing decor allow you to enjoy delicious dishes in complete tranquility. The bigoli with fava beans and anchovies are excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable for the service, presentation, and quality of the dishes.
03/05/2026: We came with friends and ordered six pizzas. For the first part of the evening, the staff were very welcoming, and great attention was paid to intolerances and allergies (written everywhere).
The menu was beautiful, beautifully designed, and organized with specific sections for those with intolerances and allergies.
Unfortunately, they mixed up the orders a bit, with pizzas arriving with ingredients missing or where it was clearly stated not to be included.
The waiter also explained to us that the restaurant was particularly busy, but they'd prefer to have a few fewer tables so they can be more attentive to customer needs and avoid overwhelming the kitchen.

08/05/2026: We've been going to Baia del Vento regularly for many years and have NEVER been disappointed! The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, filling, and reasonably priced. Dogs are always welcome!
Regarding some of the reviews: it's a beach restaurant, not a gourmet establishment. Locals and tourists alike spend their day swimming and might then go there for a bite to eat. Therefore, the atmosphere is casual, which suits us perfectly.
They also offer good gluten-free options.

We ate here with our daughter and were absolutely thrilled. From the pizza to the pasta to the dessert, everything was simply delicious. We were particularly impressed by the service: the food arrived very quickly and piping hot.
The value for money is more than fair. The available parking is also a big plus, making a visit very convenient. The absolute highlight, however, is the direct view of Lake Garda – a breathtaking backdrop for a wonderful dinner.
We will definitely be back!

04/04/2026: For several years now, I've enjoyed staying at Al Veliero on business trips to Northern Italy. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The service is very flexible, and the breakfast is good. The attached pizzeria is a particular advantage, where you can always get something delicious to eat even late in the evening. As a modern hotel with very friendly staff, it's definitely worth recommending.
29/12/2025: A charming hotel with every comfort and meticulous attention to detail. The rooms are spacious (we stayed in a triple room with my family), spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The staff is professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly (special thanks to Raffaele, who welcomed us and answered some of our questions). Attached to the hotel is an excellent restaurant offering both delicious fish and meat dishes (we even had lunch there on Christmas Day, with a very extensive special menu at a reasonable price). Highly recommended.

Good pizza, very easy to digest.
Just the right amount of toppings, using high-quality ingredients.
Very fast service, the girls are very kind, and so are the pizza chefs.
The place was renovated a few years ago, removing the old-school patina that the dining rooms had.
Much better now.
The nearby parking lot is always full when the place is busy. But there are other parking lots nearby (50 meters) that are often free.
The bar is also excellent for an aperitif with friends.
Prices are average, fair.
It's among the best in the area for pizza.
