12/05/2026: A clean, welcoming restaurant with polite, smiling waiters. The menu is comprehensive, catering to both vegans and non-vegans. The pizza selection is vast, with various dough types and unique flavors—truly delicious! It was a wonderful discovery, especially since, as a vegan, it's not easy to find such a varied menu! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

04/05/2026: Smeraldo in Brescia is an absolute winner. The pizza and pasta are both out of this world—fresh, full of flavour and just done right. The service is warm and easygoing, which makes the whole experience even better. Great food, great people. Definitely worth a visit!

03/05/2026: A spacious restaurant located in the center of Desenzano, yet slightly away from the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful courtyard. The attractive colors and relaxing decor allow you to enjoy delicious dishes in complete tranquility. The bigoli with fava beans and anchovies are excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable for the service, presentation, and quality of the dishes.

03/05/2026: We came with friends and ordered six pizzas. For the first part of the evening, the staff were very welcoming, and great attention was paid to intolerances and allergies (written everywhere). The menu was beautiful, beautifully designed, and organized with specific sections for those with intolerances and allergies. Unfortunately, they mixed up the orders a bit, with pizzas arriving with ingredients missing or where it was clearly stated not to be included. The waiter also explained to us that the restaurant was particularly busy, but they'd prefer to have a few fewer tables so they can be more attentive to customer needs and avoid overwhelming the kitchen.

04/04/2026: Always a blast! Good pizza, very easy to digest. Just the right amount of toppings, using high-quality ingredients. Very fast service, the girls are very kind, and so are the pizza chefs. The place was renovated a few years ago, removing the old-school patina that the dining rooms had. Much better now. The nearby parking lot is always full when the place is busy. But there are other parking lots nearby (50 meters) that are often free. The bar is also excellent for an aperitif with friends. Prices are average, fair. It's among the best in the area for pizza.

The highlight is the green spinach dough: a rarity you won't find anywhere else. Light, digestible, well-leavened, with that color that piques your curiosity just by seeing it arrive at your table. Impeccably cooked in a wood-fired oven, a high Neapolitan-style crust, and a dry base. You'll leave feeling uninhibited, and for those who love pizza but hate feeling heavy, it's gold. A simple atmosphere, friendly and punctual service. In short: if you're looking for a light, meticulously crafted, wood-fired pizza with a true story behind it, this is the place for you. One of the best in Brescia, off the beaten track. Recommended.
