12/04/2026: I've been to this restaurant before and left a positive review: very good food, a splendid location right on the lakefront (must be truly enchanting in the summer), and fast and friendly staff. The only thing that could be improved is the decor, which is a bit dated. After returning several times, I want to update my review: the staff is overall very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and this is confirmed every time. That said, I was particularly impressed by one senior waiter who really makes the difference. It's clear he has a wealth of experience: he's always attentive to the dining room, instantly understands if anyone needs anything, is quick, kind, and never intrusive. He also has a quick quip at the right time and a natural manner that puts you at ease. This is also evident in the way he presents the menu and manages the service: precise, confident, someone who truly knows this job well. I frequent many restaurants, but people like him, with this level of experience and customer care—they are increasingly rare. Sincere congratulations to all the staff, and especially to him, because he really makes a difference.

02/05/2026: Very good restaurant overlooking the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gluten-free pasta and pizza are available. I had a gluten-free pizza with poecini mushrooms, truffles, and mozzarella; the crust was ready, but it was very good! The gluten-free pizza with arugula and parmesan was also good! Highly recommended.

31/03/2026: The dinner atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, with a varied and thoughtful menu, meticulously presented dishes, and courteous and attentive service, never intrusive. A sommelier is available to recommend wines.

04/05/2026: An experience to forget. We arrived at 8:15 PM with a reservation, and the pizzas arrived at the table at 9:45 PM. All three pizzas were wrong; mine and my wife's should have had olives, but they forgot them. My son's pizza also had chips, which weren't requested. The pizza dough was dry and hard to cut after a few minutes. While waiting, I ordered a basket of chips, which was half full of paper towels. For €7, I expected it to be full. The tables adjacent to ours didn't fare any better; they had a very long wait for their pizzas, too. The next day, we didn't have a good time. I'm giving it 2 stars because I saw the head waiter go to help the pizza chef. At the cashier, they justified themselves by saying that almost everyone else had ordered pizza, and they offered us limoncello. The restaurant is large and has a terrace overlooking the historic center of Maderno. 3 pizzas, a beer, a still water, a basket of chips for €55.

09/04/2026: Nice and clean atmosphere, attentive waitress, food arrived quickly, polenta and mushrooms were good, but the venison was a bit bland. The pizzas were well-seasoned, but the dough was a bit chewy. There's a hefty markup on the wines.

Dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and carefully presented. Excellent options for business lunches, too: innovative and delicious. I always enjoy coming here.

29/04/2026: The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and cheerful. The location is truly stunning, far from the chaos of Sirmione but right on the lake, and the terrace overlooking the lake is incredible. All the dishes were delicious and carefully prepared. I didn't try them, but I saw many beautiful pizzas that I'll definitely recommend next time.

07/05/2026: We opted for this little place recommended by our host... well, we repeated the recommendation the next evening! We had fritto misto and rib-eye steak on our first night, everything excellent and generous portions. Tonnarelli cacio e pepe with crispy bacon and shrimp, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, oh my, how delicious!!! Fresh, quality products. Nicola, the owner, is incredibly kind and honest! We highly recommend it and will be back when we're passing through! Laura and Antonio.

06/05/2026: Second visit to this restaurant in two years, because we don't live in the area. The seafood menu was excellent!! Our friends in Verona suggested we see each other again in June, promising to dine at Le Tre Caravelle again. Friendly and friendly staff. Fair prices!! We highly recommend it!!
