Alternative!!! Very good, high-quality ingredients

A fantastic evening at Pabo's in Rovato. Instead of the usual single pizza, we decided to try several specialties, and it was a winning choice. We tasted four spectacular flavors: • Franciacortina: a must-try for those who love local flavors (the Salame di Montisola makes all the difference). • Fumè: a perfect balance between the sweetness of the onion and the smokiness. • Picc-acciù: just the right amount of spicy, nice and bold. • Bubba: rich and flavorful. The thick, soft dough allows you to enjoy the toppings without feeling too heavy. The Curtense Rossa beer paired with it was also excellent. If you're unsure, do as we did and order several flavors to share!
