14/06/2026: 5 stars aren't enough! SUPERB pizza!! It's very thin, light, and easy to digest. And the staff is amazing, too!!! Overall...it's worth it!!!
28/04/2026: I had a takeaway pizza and I have to say it was very good, light, thin and you could taste the flavours of the ingredients (capricciosa)... the red beer on tap while you wait was also excellent and last but not least the girl who welcomed me was very polite and helpful which is not a given... recommended!!

15/06/2026: The restaurant was busy but they said they could seat us inside as we didn’t have a reservation which was fine. Unfortunately the service was non existent and after 25 minutes we left as we had not ordered drinks yet. There was a very large party which I assume was taking up a lot of attention from other tables. Disappointing as the food looked nice. The inside is a little more tired compared to the website photos and it was very hot inside.

08/06/2026: Thanks Fabio for the embarrassment yesterday... you gave our parents a free lunch... telling us that if they didn't eat everything you would give them a bottle and instead they had to pay the difference... the wife was very rude about it... never again... we gave them a full lunch without limits... the lady was really rude... never again

I personally had pizza because I had to go to a Franciacorta tasting afterwards.
The pizza was good.
Spying on other tables, I noticed that the portions of both the first and second courses were more than generous.
The dessert was also very good.
10/05/2026: The extreme kindness (a rare commodity these days) of all the staff, starting with the owner, is truly noteworthy. She was absolutely helpful and welcoming, even with our DOGS, which made me immensely happy. The food was good, the gluten-free pizza was delicious and light, and the fish dishes were delicious. Prices were reasonable for what was offered. Perhaps the organization could be improved, as the wait for one of the dishes was excessive, but mistakes happen. The place was packed today... We'll definitely be back.

14/01/2026: My partner and I went here for pizza, at the recommendation of a friend. The place is very cute and mountain-style, neat and clean. The staff is really very kind and helpful. The pizza was very good; we tried the charcoal dough. We'll be back!

17/06/2026: We ate here twice during our stay. First time for a quick lunch we both enjoyed a pasta course and the second time for dinner we as a fillet steak that was perfectly cooked followed by a lovely tiramisu. The location is beautiful and the staff were inviting, friendly and attentive. Hope to return soon!
17/06/2026: We ate at Caruso, right on Lake Garda, and were very satisfied. We started with antipasti – everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. You could immediately taste the quality of the ingredients.
The prices might be a bit higher, but that's perfectly normal in such a stunning location right on the water. In return, you get good food, friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere with a fantastic view of the lake.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will gladly return on our next trip to Lake Garda. 😊🍷🇮🇹

The waitresses were kind, fast, professional, and helpful.
We didn't like the pizza. I'm sorry, but the quantity and type of mozzarella were too much and made the base heavy.
Perhaps foreign customers like this type of pizza?
The basil (I think) should be added at the end of cooking and not served crispy and black!!
The fresh tomato was almost nonexistent.
What a shame.

06/06/2026: Terrible service! You order one dish and they bring you three because that's how it works, and then you have to pay for them. The staff is completely unqualified to avoid overpricing the dishes. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

09/06/2026: The best gluten-free pizza I've had so far. They also have a wide selection of other gluten-free dishes and desserts. The regular pizza is also good. I haven't tried it myself, but those who have said it was excellent. Highly recommended.
24/05/2026: Absurd experience and disgraceful service. I arrived at the restaurant and was told the kitchen was completely closed. They couldn't prepare anything, not even heat up a pizza in the microwave. No alternative, no solution, nothing at all.
At that point, I simply asked for a glass of wine, since I was sitting there as a customer anyway. I was rudely told, "It's a restaurant, you can't drink." A completely nonsensical response, considering I was prepared to eat and pay, but they'd just told me they had nothing to serve.
So: you can't eat, you can't drink, you can't have normal service. Just arrogant attitude and total disrespect for the customer.
One of the worst services I've ever received. Absolutely not recommended.
