27/01/2025: The local service and kindness of the staff were impeccable... my three guests had a starter and a fish main course which were judged to be good. I don't eat fish, a good quality cut and a raw appetizer which in my opinion was the only flaw of the dinner because it was cold from the fridge which takes away the flavor of the raw a little, the dish itself in my opinion would be better accompanied with at least some spring onions or gardinera or Russian salad.. we spent 181 euros, I would say slightly above average..

22/02/2025: Sabato sera. Proviamo questa pizzeria trovata sui social. Posto semplice, personale subito accogliente. Ordiniamo due pizze e arrivano in 10 minuti. Pizza con cornicione abbastanza alto. Molto buone . Leggere e ben lievitate . Prendiamo anche una cheesecake buonissima . Coca , acqua e due caffè. Totale 37€. Prezzi nella media. Locale pulito, servizio veloce. Gentilissimi tutti. Dai ragazzi al servizio alla signora delle ordinazioni. Consigliatissima. Bravi.

23/03/2025: An absolute flop and not recommended! Unfortunately, it's not worth the trip! Incredibly small portions! We were guests at the restaurant two years ago and loved it, so we went back. Apparently, the concept has changed for the worse. Our main course consisted of a portion of meat, weighing a total of about 40-50 grams! The pizzas were also drowned in greasy cheese and soggy. Unbelievable what they give guests for their money! There are definitely better restaurants on the promenade, in Salò!

23/03/2025: We were here two years ago and had a really good meal. Today, March 23, 2025, we were here again. And we were very disappointed. I had grilled beef. And I got about 40 grams of meat and a handful of potatoes. I think that's absolutely lame for one person.

30/03/2025: I return after many years and it is always a pleasant confirmation. Excellent raw material [yesterday I was enthusiastic about the "sapori di lago" and the spaghetti alla chitarra with trout and whitefish carbonara]. Attentive service, reasonable bill. If I have to find a criticism, I suggest improving the acoustics of the room, which could be renovated a bit, but it is really a detail.

26/01/2025: We ended up there by chance and found a welcoming environment, delicious and not obvious typical dishes, excellent service, honest prices and top quality, the girls were knowledgeable and very kind. Super recommended.

17/03/2025: Excellent pizza with a soft and light dough, I recommend the fried calamari (photo). I really appreciated that with the request for sauces (we also took french fries) we received a whole jar full of single-serving calvé ketchup and heinz mayo, usually it works that when you go out to eat they are stingy and bring you 2 maximum. We took the table with a lake view, shame about the reflections of the ceiling light on the glass otherwise it would have been really top. The women's bathroom was a bit far from where we were sitting but nothing to say about the cleanliness. The tiramisu was also excellent.

12/03/2025: We stopped for lunch and ate the pizza with seafood, which was delicious and very rich in fish. We accompanied the pizza with a recommended sparkling white wine from the house, which was very good, and to finish with two equally good desserts. Congratulations for the education and professionalism of the young waiter. We will be back.

17/03/2025: Delicious food, friendly staff and a wonderful view of the lake - it was a really nice experience to eat here.

05/03/2025: I only stopped for an aperitif, I had a packed lunch, which obviously I ate on the wall. They were kind enough to lend me a knife to cut my sandwich. The spritz was super, as was the friendliness of the bartenders: highly recommended! Next time I'll leave the sandwich at home and have lunch with them.

08/01/2025: I had dinner at the "La Svolta" restaurant last August 23rd, together with my girlfriend and two other friends. We opted for 3 cuts and a Milanese cutlet, chosen by my girlfriend. After a first bite, she immediately realized that the meat was spoiled: from the smell and greenish color it was impossible not to notice that it had gone bad. Having pointed out the serious problem to the owner, he quickly apologized and brought a new cutlet. At the checkout we didn't have any preferential treatment, on the contrary. €93.80 was the total and €93.80 we paid. If I were them, at least I would have offered coffee! Not at all elegant!

22/03/2025: very poorly trained staff, continuously 45 minutes late!!!!!!! they take orders telling you a time to increase sales and they bring you pizzas when they want!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! ps: it didn't happen just once... it's a routine now... I repeat, UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

23/03/2025: I go with a friend he gets a glass of wine and I get a coffee..... The waiter doesn't come to ask I get up to order..... After more than half an hour they bring the wine and appetizers but NO coffee after ten minutes I ask sorry for my coffee??? And here on the counter you have to come and take it in an annoyed way.... Then okay, I'll do it again.... Given that you don't do the service halfway, either you do it or you don't do it but it has to be written somewhere.... there was nothing visible.....at the time of paying to pay they made us pay for two coffees, even the one we didn't consume, telling us we made it.... Arrogant staff incapable of being behind the counter ...... You set yourself up as a posh place but you are not at all ..... You will never see me again

11/03/2025: A place that aspires to refinement by serving good pizzas and dishes in small quantities, all at above average prices. Not to mention the drinking; only craft beer at unheard of prices (18 euros per litre). If you can, avoid it and move on to something else; not that Montichiari offers much choice
