20/10/2025: We ate there several times during our one-week stay at the Villaggio Turistico Lugana Marina and were more than satisfied. I have to give special mention to George/Giorgio, who served us on the restaurant's rooftop terrace. He was very attentive, friendly, unobtrusive, and always had good recommendations for us. This man is invaluable at this location!!! Keep it up, we'll be back.

09/10/2025: Encouraged by the resort where we were staying, we went to their restaurant on Monday evening. Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. From the start, the waiter was rude and rude. He graciously pointed us in the right direction. As soon as we got our menus, the waiter returned a minute later, expecting us to order immediately. We were with a two-year-old, and it's impossible to order something that quickly. As soon as we got to the "secondi piatti" menu, the waiter reappeared and rolled his eyes at us, ostentatiously indicating that we weren't ready yet. This put us in such a bad mood that it was impossible to sit and eat in such an atmosphere. This place is of a very low standard. The waiter needs service training. I don't understand how anyone can treat customers this way? Is it because we didn't speak Italian? Or maybe we weren't welcomed by the child? I don't recommend it, I advise against it, I warn you!!! Don't go to this cruel place.

10/02/2026: I found the restaurant to have a rustic style that I really like. I had an appetizer and a first course because the portions were so generous that I couldn't finish the main course. We enjoyed everything they served. The wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is very nice. We'll be back.

20/02/2026: I went there on Saturday for Valentine's Day. I booked practically 24 hours in advance... thank God there was room 😉 Good food, quick service, very good fried lake fish (although the red shrimp are strange because they don't have much to eat). Right prices... Thanks for saving my Valentine's Day.

08/03/2026: We went for a romantic dinner on Saturday evening. The atmosphere was elegant, the service professional and friendly, and there was no waiting time between courses. The dishes were exquisite and sophisticated, and you could see the chef's care and attention to detail in his creations. I loved the shrimp soup, truly amazing. The prices, in my opinion, were fair for this lake-view location.

08/03/2026: I'm not going to judge the atmosphere; it's nothing special, with lots of tables packed together with a view of the lake, four perfectly normal boats, a bridge with the river across it (because it's a river, the lake view is something else), a busy street, but the cook, given the prices, still has a lot to learn. A bad experience, I definitely won't be back again!!!

08/02/2026: The pizzas are delicious and the atmosphere is welcoming! We were lucky enough to celebrate our daughter's birthday at Cormorano! Barbara welcomed us kindly and was immediately very helpful and patient. She was always available to answer any questions. It's the best choice for those looking for a comfortable and organized environment to celebrate with children. The food quality, variety of games, and cleanliness were excellent.

27/01/2026: If there were seven stars, I'd give them all! We had lunch on Sunday. The pizza was light and easy to digest, with top-notch ingredients (mine had tuna, and I got tuna fillets, not the usual, crappy canned tuna). The service was attentive and very helpful (a rare treat!). The bathroom was spotless and the tables were beautifully set. The playground downstairs was well-equipped and varied. The icing on the cake was that our 2- and 4-year-old daughters wanted ice cream for dessert, and it was served in cute animal-shaped ice cream cups, which they then took home. We'll definitely be back!

05/03/2026: I think it's now well known throughout the region that Diego's serves some of the best pizza around...what can I say? You have to try it at least once in your life. Light, flavorful, and so easy to digest, it makes you want to eat another one right afterward...truly remarkable. It's a definite must-try. Well done everyone, great teamwork.

14/01/2026: My partner and I went here for pizza, at the recommendation of a friend. The place is very cute and mountain-style, neat and clean. The staff is really very kind and helpful. The pizza was very good; we tried the charcoal dough. We'll be back!

24/02/2026: Great discovery. A very beautiful, original, and distinctive place. Huge spaces, plenty of seating; reservations are recommended. Young, dynamic, and very friendly staff. Good food and quality beers. I recommend it.

27/02/2026: The restaurant is definitely worth a visit for the quality of its food: well-prepared dishes, excellent ingredients, and meticulous presentation. The rooms are also beautiful, spacious, and decidedly clean. The tables are large, well-spaced, and ensure a certain amount of privacy... at least on paper. It's a shame that the staff organization seems inspired by a game of hide-and-seek. The waiter appears as frequently as a comet: he passes, disappears, and then, perhaps, returns. With large rooms and tables far apart, the few waiters present tend to disperse, making even a simple request a test of patience. Acoustic note: the atmosphere is quite noisy. It only takes two people at the back of the room talking at a slightly higher than normal pitch for the rest of the room to be caught up in the collective echo. When there's more than one busy table, conversation at your own table becomes an exercise in lip-reading. In summary: the cuisine gets top marks, the location is pleasant and well-maintained, but the service and acoustics definitely need work. With a few more waiters (and perhaps some soundproofing), it would be a near-perfect experience. Prices: medium-high but adequate for the quality. Client: wealthy Brescians, generally followers of the cult of the double F.

22/03/2026: We went for lunch on Sunday; we're regulars because at least there's parking. The dishes are quite good and plentiful. For two, we ordered two tagliolini with shrimp, and they brought us two plates with less than 50 grams of pasta. We always order this dish, so we know it's not like this normally. The kitchen must have only prepared one tagliolini and, realizing the mistake, split it into two portions, mistakenly thinking they were pulling our leg. We told the waiter, and he told us we should have said at the beginning if we wanted larger plates. I don't care about eating a lot, but I don't care about being pulled over by being charged for one plate for the price of two. Instead, let us know of the mistake and we wait, because mistakes can happen. Next time, we won't say anything at all because they won't even see us painted.

19/03/2026: I was traveling for work and stopped for lunch at Ristorante La Bussola in Brescia, almost by chance, but it was truly a pleasant discovery. The service was fast and efficient, perfect for a quick lunch break. What struck me most was the atmosphere: it exudes a feeling reminiscent of Campania, perhaps the Amalfi Coast, with those white and blue colors that make you feel almost on vacation. A detail that makes the place different from the norm and very pleasant. The food was also excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and good-quality ingredients. It's one of those perfect places when you're away for work but want to treat yourself to something more than just a quick lunch. I would gladly return.
