I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Brescia

12/08/2024: Do una critica solo al servizio troppo veloce. Per me il giusto tempo è quello del cliente e non della cucina o del cameriere, sarò esigente ma se ho tempo non voglio essere servito in 5 minuti e se sono di fretta non voglio aspettare più di 30. Eppure…mi capitano entrambi i casi e vado via sempre con la sensazione che è sempre colpa mia. L’arte del ristoratore ha una storia antica e va coltivata, comunque pizza ottima 👏

08/08/2024: Llegamos cerca de las 10 de la noche y nos pusieron la mesa enseguida. El camarero sabia hablar español y fue super amable. Pedimos gnocchis, rissotto, caprese, una pizza margarita y espaguetis carbonara (BRUTALES) y de postre merengata y tiramisú (INCREIBLE): TODO RIQUÍSIMO. Excelente relación calidad precio y excelente la atención y el ambiente en la terraza tranquilo. Destacar el magnifico trato de todo el equipo de camareros y en especial el de MATTIA que fue encantador. Si vas a Brescia es parada segura.

27/08/2024: The pizza was very good, especially the one with wholemeal dough. Punctual delivery compared to the scheduled time. I don't evaluate the environment because I waited outside and didn't eat on site. For the quality I recommend it.

18/08/2024: People who work with love and dedication deserve a positive review We were welcomed very warmly by the staff together with our little dog We ordered a crudité royale, which I can define as exceptional, excellent fried food and delicious octopus The waiters are very nice and attentive, the chefs are also attentive and cook with great passion We ended on a high note with the desserts, my favorite is their rose cake... sublime I also recommend it for the meat, one of my most invited guests took a Florentine steak and was highly complimented on the quality of the meat and the maturation Their excellent champagne accompanied us throughout the dinner Another important thing is the bill... completely in line with the quality of the food I will definitely return and recommend it

26/08/2024: Once back from the sea I call for two places plus the little girl, when we arrive they seat us at the table right outside the pizzeria and so far so good no problems also because having been a pizza chef for 15 years it's just a pleasure to see the work for me. I ask the waitress if it was possible to have the little girl bring a cutlet and chips because she couldn't wait any longer and in no time it arrived, thank you so much and it's delicious too, we order the pizzas and while we're eating I see the pizza chef right in front of the pizzeria eat two things left over from a chopping board of the stuff that is put out of cooking, let's say that you don't do it in the kitchen during a service, but actually put your thumb in your mouth and eat it with gusto, not even my two and a half year old daughter, pizzas taken put in the cardboard and take home for the dog because honestly who knows if it didn't happen like this before mine? I arrive at the checkout after I have paid, I say what has happened and I am told impossible. It doesn't matter, I paid what I had to pay, I certainly wasn't doing it for a discount or a free dinner. But I definitely don't think I'll go back. My former owners would have taken the pizza shovel from me and made me dream of many things.

17/08/2024: Tasty food but it took a very long time (30 minutes) before an order was taken and then a very long time before our drinks arrived on the table (more than 20 minutes). It wasn't very busy, so why taking an order and bringing drinks took so long is a mystery to me.

14/08/2024: It was the first time for us and it won't be the last. I found an excellent pizza, different from the usual ones, with a price that cannot be found elsewhere.

11/08/2024: Good pizza, normal prices, kind and attentive staff, even though everything was full, precise and fast service, air-conditioned place, possibility of eating outdoors for those who don't want air conditioning.

19/08/2024: The pizzeria is located in a beautiful, quiet village square and you can eat on site. some tables with chairs. The quality of the pizzas is top class and the price is very reasonable. We were thrilled and kept coming back, even though unfortunately there were no desserts.

14/08/2024: Die Begrüssung war so arrogant, dass man schon keine Lust mehr hatte dort zu essen. Das Restaurant war um 21.15 Uhr fast leer trotzdem wurde kein Tisch auf der Terrasse zu gewiesen. Offenbar hat der Eigentümer kein Flair für Gastfreundschaft. Wir sind weitergezogen und haben auf dem Weg von Gardone Riviera nach San Michele das Dimoro Bolsone gefunden. Ausgezeichnet.

20/07/2024: Horrible experience. We ordered two ribs for me and my son to say that we didn't eat anything is an understatement!!!! Full of fat and nothing else, they arrived after an hour and a half. My partner's cacio e pepe raw. My daughter Caprese with mozzarella the size of a grape. All this crap is 75 euros. We will never return again. Goodbye

20/07/2024: Il problema non è il prezzo perché 75 euro diviso 4 persone sono 18,75 il problema è la qualità, due costate solo grasso, una cacio e pepe cruda, patatine fritte non parliamone mosce, pane a volto, grazie

07/07/2024: Era anni che non andavo, ma avevo un ricordo bellissimo per aver mangiato del pesce buonissimo, invece è stata una grandissima delusione. Sconsigliatissimo il fritto sia misto che di calamari

11/05/2024: Town restaurant. Nice environment. Recently renovated. typical trattoria dishes, acceptable overall. Generous portions. Classic dishes such as spaghetti with seafood done in their own way. They could use a bit of push, they all have a very soft, very delicate taste and lack character. Acceptable raw material, after all they couldn't present fish first courses at 15 euros max.
