11/04/2026: The location on the lake is truly beautiful, but unfortunately the experience was completely ruined by the service and the final bill. As soon as we were seated, we had to ask for menus ourselves, as well as water and even bread. After ordering, the wine was opened for us at the table... but without bringing us glasses, which was quite surreal. The staff seemed inattentive and poorly organized throughout the entire meal. The most disappointing thing is that, despite all these obvious shortcomings, there was no attempt to make amends: not an apology, not a complimentary liqueur, not even a discount (considering the very high bill). The only redeeming feature were the appetizers.

15/02/2026: Between Paratico and Sarnico, this is the best takeout pizzeria.
Excellent pizzas and very reasonable prices compared to the local average.
The friendly staff makes the (few) minutes of waiting easy.

25/04/2026: I'm celiac, and my gluten-free pizza was really good. I found the dough to be good and the toppings were also nice.
My son's pizza was overcooked, but it was replaced immediately with many apologies. If I ever return to Sarnico, I'd order pizza from Fermento 45.
23/04/2026: We only found ourselves at this restaurant because one of our friends is celiac. We ordered four pizzas, and the gluten-free pizza was truly worth it—plenty of toppings, and the dough wasn't burnt. Our three regular-dough pizzas, however, were a different story: two were quite burnt but still serveable (though we had to discard most of the crust), and the third pizza had literally the entire crust burned, plus three bubbles in the center, all burned. It was topped with four very thin slices of salami. We had it redone, of course, and they at least apologized, but I honestly thought it was very unfair to serve a pizza in that state.

05/01/2025: Per me essendo del mestiere è una delusione vedere ristoranti che servono prodotti di bassa qualità.
Impiattamenti discutibili,tipo scatoletta di acciughe nel piatto sull insalata, pizza immangiabile.
Non consigliato!!!
