11/02/2024: Beautiful location near Lake Iseo with a panoramic view of the valley. The food is top quality and the service excellent. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff with a glass of white wine and a piece of savory cake. As a starter we shared an excellent platter of cured meats and fried gnocco and as a first course we opted for pappardelle with hare salmì and a lake fish carbonara. Truly everything delicious! I think the specialties of the place are the various types of meat, they brought different ones and they all looked excellent. Definitely a place to return to!

31/03/2024: I don't give 5 stars only because the mixed fried food was not "complete", in the sense that there were squid rings, salmon, a few prawns. But we are still talking about a restaurant 1000m above sea level, I can't expect complete fresh fish. However, the quality was excellent, the frying was excellent, the wine was ok and the "Bergamo" portions were. Very positive rating, I recommend it.

01/04/2024: Wonderful experience for Easter Monday lunch 2024. Delicious dishes: Alpine bruna cheek cooked at low temperature and baked potatoes, braised meat and polenta taragna, and polenta taragna with mushrooms. Exquisite fior di latte ice cream and buckwheat tart. Warm and welcoming environment. It's better than feeling at home. Really friendly and nice staff.

06/04/2024: My boyfriend brought me here for the first time and I had a very good time, the young waitresses were kind and inexperienced (a little confusing, they called another couple in our place and the girl couldn't tell us the names of the cheeses ). The starter cheeses were amazing, the first ones a little heavy, but with the second ones we really took off. Delicious dishes presented in a somewhat homemade way, a very warm environment (in every sense) and a not very high bill for everything we ate, the roe deer and a (light) amaro that they suggested I try, with hazelnut, sweet, are highly recommended. and perfect for the finale.

01/04/2024: How can you not love this place? Excellent food, helpful, kind and smiling staff. Super honest prices. They open on the fixed closing day, for the most important holidays without imposing the hateful fixed and tasting menus. Waiting time? Inexistent. Perfect, perfect, perfect. Finding a flaw is impossible. The jar of polenta, Zola and porcini mushrooms is a piece of heaven. Well done. 💜

07/04/2024: After many years we return to this restaurant in the valley… What can I say, top dishes (Italian cuisine is always at the top), management and friendliness always favourable, a warm, home-made and informal environment. We ate very well, the polenta and taragna were super... after a long time I needed to savor so much flavour. The boys had burgers and potatoes and my husband had pasta, butter and truffles... all very good, here's the only thing I thought was good but very expensive was the cutting board (not even large) €26, which was a bit exaggerated. In any case I recommend it for a Sunday lunch, welcoming and always very welcome.

07/04/2024: It was an Easter lunch (for me only Spring Festival), so usually we spend too much and eat less well than on normal days. Here, however, it was a normal à la carte lunch, only with some forgetfulness in the orders. I chose as a starter a piece of beef with, in separate bowls, avocado sauce and orange marmalade, really excellent, it's a shame that the quantity was minimal (for my tastes). A first course made with local pasta, such as casoncelli, I don't remember the filling, with butter and sage, and a tagliatelle with baked potatoes. Pleasant environment, it's a shame not to have had the opportunity to admire the numerous objects hanging on the walls.

31/03/2024: Exceptional pizzas, we tried two of the gourmet ones, delicious dough and ingredients. Good craft beer, very nice and particular place in decor, excellent background music. Very friendly owner and staff. Good quality/price ratio. Advised!

10/01/2024: Tavolo prenotato per due: entriamo e ci fanno sedere a un tavolo che si trovava nel punto di passaggio di tutte le persone che entrano in sala, e soprattutto nel punto di passaggio di tutti i camerieri proveniente dalla cucina, pizzeria e bar. Vi lascio immaginare quanti colpi alla sedia ho ricevuto durante la serata. Ordiniamo la pizza e attendiamo a questo punto erano circa le 20 e il locale benché prenotato era riempito solo a metà. La posizione mi dava visuale sulla pizzeria, e nell'attesa ho visto uscire svariati ordini da asporto, almeno una 40ina di pizze in 1h circa. dopo un'attesa di 40min cerco di fermare quello che sembrava essere il gestore di sala: nel mentre che chiedevo se poteva verificare il nostro ordine visto che stavamo appunto aspettando da parecchio la persona in questione non si ferma nemmeno per parlarmi continua a muoversi e a fare le sue cose e mi risponde molto scortesemente dicendomi che stavano facendo le pizze in ordine e molto scocciato che con 3 pizzaioli non possono fare di più. tutto questo mentre si allontana dal nostro tavolo e continua a parlarci masticando la cicca. Con la coda dell'occhio vedo che si reca al computer di sala e controlla qualcosa, poi si reca alla pizzeria e sento da una distanza di circa 15 metri che urla qualcosa. Praticamente ci ha urlato che le pizze erano in forno, da circa 15 metri. dopo 5 min arrivano le pizze, dall'ordine sono passati 53 minuti. La pizza sicuramente buona e molto condita, anche se molto carbonizzata sia sul fondo che sulla crosta (non è molto salutare). Penso che i commenti si facciano da soli, posizione del tavolo, scortesia della persona incaricata di interagire con i clienti. Poi mi chiedo, se il tuo personale con quel forno ti permette di sfornare (ipotizzo) 100 pizze/h non pensate che sia un po' controproducente prendere ordini per 150? Inoltre non pensate che 53 minuti per due pizze siano un tempo un po' esagerato? E ancora non sarebbe più giusto dare la precedenza ai clienti seduti (che pagano coperto e bere ecc ecc) rispetto all'asporto?
