10/06/2026: While riding my motorcycle with my partner in the Taleggio Valley, I stopped at this restaurant, which I knew from previous visits. The restaurant is located next to the Sottochiesa provost church. It's a quaint establishment adorned with farm tools on the walls. It has two rooms: one on the ground floor, which also serves as a bar, and one upstairs. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The owner serves typical Berganasca dishes, well-cooked and generously portioned. Even pairing your meal with the house wine won't disappoint! Customers are always attentive, without being intrusive. Excellent value, highly recommended!

11/07/2026: The pizza dough is very light and easy to digest. Reservations are required, but it's worth it.

05/07/2026: The best Neapolitan pizzeria! When they're closed for vacation, we can never find a good alternative. Plus, since I have an early dinner with the girls, they open at 6:30 pm, which makes a difference for us, as we dine so early. Top pizza, and their amaretti dessert is also excellent.

03/06/2026: Excellent! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was unbeatable—clean and well-air-conditioned—and the service was attentive and professional. They even brought us meringues as a complimentary touch, without us even asking. Highly recommended.

24/05/2026: The waiter was unprofessional; he bumped into our chair and didn't apologize. He didn't seem at all helpful when taking orders. We spent a whopping €58 (€40 + €18 on the bill) for a seafood appetizer platter for three people, which was actually just a taste. The 1-liter house wine was €14, but it tasted like a soft drink. The first courses were very salty, leaving me thirsty all night. I wouldn't go back.

26/07/2026: It's absolutely beautiful here, right at the top of the funicular. We were treated to complimentary Aperol Spritz and lots of delicious snacks. Unbeatable, and the view is simply stunning. The staff is very friendly. We'd love to come back again.

21/05/2026: One of the best pubs, if not THE BEST, in Bergamo and its province. Danny, the owner, an experienced master brewer, always knows what to recommend on the right night. Giorgia, a friendly and helpful waitress, is always available and ready to welcome you with a warm smile. Michele, friendly, kind, and very courteous. In short, if you're looking for a nice place to drink excellent beers and eat delicious burgers, accompanied by board games, cards, and darts, yes, because they also have that space, don't hesitate to come and try it!!! Nembeer THE beer hall in Bergamo!

13/03/2026: I hate to give it only 2 stars, but an hour and a half wait for a burger and two focaccias is excessive, especially considering there weren't 1,000 people dining there, as practically everyone had finished dinner or was just drinking beer. In addition to the interminable wait, the dishes arrived cold (I should point out that they reheated them quickly, but still not enough). NOTE: The table next to ours also received cold fries.

26/07/2026: Beautiful restaurant, old-fashioned style with modern touches, cool hillside location. Truly excellent food, friendly, kind, and helpful staff. Great prices too. Recommended!

02/05/2026: We stopped for lunch today at this inn, with its carefully crafted and original decor (especially the wooden cutting boards as placemats). The quality and quantity of the food were excellent: we shared a cheese platter and had venison bites with excellent taragna polenta. The price was fair considering the above.

10/08/2026: The place was nice (the outdoor area was even nicer), but inside it had a Neapolitan vibe, so I didn't mind... as a welcome, they offered us some Prosecco cicchetti and pizza dough fritters. For appetizers, we had the pasta frittatina and the tomato bruschetta. The frittatina seemed a little bland, but the temperature and breading were perfect and nice and dry. The bruschetta was delicious, and we really liked the bread. The tomatoes were missing a couple of grains of salt, but overall, it wasn't bad. For pizza, we had the 4 Stagioni, where I personally found the tomato sauce a little too much for my taste and, in my opinion, it overpowered the flavor of the other ingredients. Then we had the Rustica, which had potatoes and caramelized onion, and that's my least favorite because the onion covered everything and was too sweet. Finally, we had the Genuina, and that's my favorite because it had lots of mozzarella and the crust was filled with cooked ham and ricotta. For dessert, we asked for the lemon delicacy, which was disappointing...it was very creamy and tasted very little like lemon. Finally, we were offered limoncello and mini sfogliatelle with ricotta, which were delicious...almost better than those we'd had in Naples...I'd go back to try the Salsiccia e Friarielli and to try the Genuina again.
