27/06/2024: siamo arrivati piuttosto tardi (14.00) senza prenotare e affamati...siamo usciti felici e satolli come non ci capitava da tempo. ottimo il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo e la rapidità e la cortesia con cui siamo stati accolti.

23/06/2024: Incredibly good fish dishes and seafood. Large portions at normal prices. House wine excellent quality. Huge wine selection. A bit inconspicuous from the outside, but a nice atmosphere inside. Parking lot very large. Service: if there are a lot of Italian guests, the staff will be a bit in trouble as they are obviously very popular and like to be drawn into conversation.

13/08/2024: Pleasant restaurant with large air-conditioned spaces. The food doesn't inspire, however, dishes with a retro pot and botched house aperitif (olives, Russian salad, cabbage salad...) with products of dubious taste next to excellent cured meats that perhaps should be exalted. Tasty first courses but with excessive restaurant ambitions and perhaps not exactly successful gourmet attempts. Maybe less, but better? Average prices

10/08/2024: Ordered some bruschettine and a pizza with chicory, mozzarella and sausage... Not bad. Quality of ingredients, dough and cooking... not excellent... but well made. Normal environment. Good value for money.

23/08/2024: Very impressed, really good (local) food, staff excellent. You won't be disappointed. I'd have rated a 4.5 if that was possible. This is what eating out should be. Update 23/8/24, so back in Soriano after a couple of years and tried again. Food still fantastic, indulged in the breaded lamb cutlets again, still as good. Pizza was excellent too. Restaurant is spotlessly clean and all the staff are so nice and very attentive. Oh, and the kind of toasted flat bread that comes with the normal bread at the start is devine.

23/08/2024: We went to this trattoria/pizzeria during our stay in Soriano nel Cimino. The environment is as simple as the service. After taking a look at the menu we ordered an appetizer that they prepare for the month of August because we were intrigued by an ingredient: fig loin. We asked the girl in the dining room what it was and after seeing the photo (taken from the internet) we confirmed the order and on the advice of the girl herself, we also took a focaccia with local raw ham. When the dishes arrived, however, we realized that the fig loin was missing, we started to taste the cheeses that were supposed to accompany the loin in the hope that perhaps they would bring it shortly thereafter. Since it didn't arrive we call the girl and ask where the fig loin was... her response was but didn't you eat it? When we responded in the negative, she went to find out more and shortly after, smiling and a little mockingly, she told us that it was finished!!! If we hadn't said anything they would have given us four leaves of green grass for the loin to cover the lack. After this incorrect behavior it seems almost superfluous to say that on the bill they presented us there was no discount or rather it had been offered by the house. However, we rounded the bill up!

16/08/2024: very kind and helpful staff, delicious food and a unique wood-fired oven! Beautiful and delicious dinner, I will definitely be back!

31/08/2024: Comfortable location, with comfortable seating and a spacious, raised exterior. Service with good care towards the customer, education and relaxation also of the staff contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. Mixed menu with focus on local products, with attention from the owners to the selection of raw materials. Well-executed dishes, price within the standard of the proposed offer.

19/08/2024: It was highly recommended to to Il Monastero The Monastery pizzeria and I was not disappointed. The Pizza was simply fabulous but I had to wait 1.3 hours before the pizza arrived

17/08/2024: Siamo arrivati alle 20:30, abbiamo atteso fino alle 22:00 per sederci.. le pizze sono arrivate alle 22:50. Deludenti le pizze dove nella capricciosa non c'era l'uovo, né i carciofini e le olive erano verdi non nere.. tutta la pizza dopoa era ricoperta di prosciutto che copriva ogni magagna! Ma era una capricciosa🤔?? Anche la boscaiola con i funghi porcini era piena di prosciutto che copriva i piccolissimi pezzettini di salsiccia e di porcini. Talmente pochi che non insaporivano la pizza. La 6 formaggi una soletta. La pizza é molto grande ma sottilissima tanto che sembra un impasto normale di pizza steso fino a diventare così grande. Siamo delusi e non torneremo più. Il labirinto a due passi, la settimana scorsa ci ha fatto una pizza decisamente più ricca e buona . Qui tutto fumo e niente arrosto!!!

30/08/2024: What can I say, WIDE gluten-free and gluten-free choice and for this reason it deserves 5 stars. We ordered 2 birthday cakes there with a very honest price (I had to order two cakes 4 days apart both with and without gluten and I was able to compare the price, I paid the same amount!!! Unbelievable). The prices of pizza, fried foods, hamburger-type sandwiches and gluten-free desserts are only slightly higher due to the price of the flours and totally justified (this is my personal opinion by logically comparing the prices of with and without gluten). There is some space outside and inside so you can organize a quiet mini event or order products for a party at home/elsewhere. The friendly staff explained their history to me a little and for me it is useful information to be able to think about my family and how to act in the context of celiac disease. Highly recommended for 'mixed' families regarding the problem with gluten.

01/09/2024: August 2024. The owner cares more about taking action to delete my review than caring about the service and quality of his restaurant. I will therefore have to limit myself to rewriting 2 lines and strongly advise you against this exercise. Rating: 3 out of 10.

31/08/2024: Cute overall, but the table outside is too sloping, it feels like being on the Straits of Bonifacio during the crossing, having to hold on to the cutlery to prevent it from flying to the ground. Very kind waiters but not inclined to description, an appetizer tasting of cured meats and cheeses arrives without any description, so I don't know what I'm eating. Very abundant first courses, but really exaggeratedly large, but with too much pepper. Gaviscon will come to help tonight. I've already been years ago and that's why I went back, only to be disappointed by my expectations, I'm sorry but something has really changed. How come?

10/08/2024: Leaving aside small errors in the service, pappardelle with wild boar and amazing chestnut ravioli, even the desserts pleasantly surprised me. Welcoming and pleasant environment
