14/12/2025: Friendly staff and a welcoming place. We tried excellent supplì and excellent, crispy pizzas. Easy to digest, among the best in the area. The desserts were also very good, although there are only two available. A few more wouldn't hurt. Recommended.

30/11/2025: A brand-new, very welcoming place that beautifully blends the modernity of the building, with its large windows, with the industrial style that evokes the pizzeria's name. The tradition has been maintained and, with the introduction of innovative appetizers, I must say it has even improved. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every course. The pizza, thin and crispy, with just the right toppings, is among the best I've ever eaten. And then there's the appetizers... and dessert, and a more than fair bill. Last but not least, the kindness and smiles of the staff contribute to making the visit pleasant. One small flaw: perhaps because the place is still new, or perhaps because of the large windows, it's a bit cold. Nothing that can't be fixed. If you don't know Ghost Chilly, you need to go there ASAP... well done guys!! I'll definitely be back.

20/10/2025: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria in Bolsena, in the province of Viterbo. The place is truly charming, a mix between an Irish pub and a medieval pub, but surprisingly, they also do pizza. The tap list is fairly basic, but the beers are well-tasted. They also have Guinness, which is a plus. Now let's talk about the food: the pizza is gigantic and incredibly good, with excellent ingredients and a very light dough (though the pizza was anything but light, given the heavy toppings). The staff is friendly and the prices are fair.

17/08/2025: Wonderful place with breathtaking views surrounded by nature, well-maintained structure down to the smallest details, very clean and welcoming apartment, Elisabetta and Diana really made us feel at home, always attentive to our needs. Thanks to Elisabetta for the precious advice on places to visit and restaurants/trattorias where we could eat well. This holiday was just what we needed, we truly found a little corner of paradise! 12/08/2025: It's rare for a place to surprise me enough to give it a five-star rating, but everything here is truly amazing: from the splendid farmhouse to the well-kept garden, from the cleanliness of the apartments to the pool. Despite the scorching heat these days, you can still breathe here because it's always breezy. Truly an oasis of tranquility and peace!!!! Highly recommended :-)

09/12/2025: Fantastic meter-long pizza. Crispy and great combinations. We had "Locatello" and "Radicchio e speck". From ordering to takeaway, it only took 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

24/11/2025: I'll start by saying that I've known this place for years and have always eaten their pizza, which I find delicious, but the other night things didn't go so well. I want to say that I don't know what went wrong, whether it was a problem with our table or something else, but the fact is that the waiter left us completely indifferent and careless. We were ordering drinks, he stopped taking half of our order and left. He came back a bit later, we tried to order pizzas, and again he took it and left, returning several minutes later. But the worst part came when it came to the bill, where, for no reason and without being explained beforehand, he wouldn't let us pay separately (note: not each paying their own, which creates problems, but splitting it Roman style and each paying their share), claiming that it couldn't be done and that "it depended on the table." We're not sure what happened, but the fact is that one of us had to settle the bill for everyone, and then we had to deal with it internally. A situation of general discomfort and embarrassment. Please improve your service and communication. Thank you.

03/12/2025: Had lunch for work. This is a quiet place that's even more impressive with the quality of the food! I had a really good cacio e pepe, highly recommended. The entrecote was also very good. Reasonably priced.

24/11/2025: A well-kept place, welcoming staff, and a good wine list. Kudos to the chicken stuffed with potatoes, olives, and pancetta!

10/10/2025: Walking the via Francigena, night in Viterbo - and I discovered a pub for cocktails and beer. Located in the old Pilgrims quarter it has atmosphere and charm. Staff is fantastic. Bar has selection of bourbons, beer and even mezcal. I had fried Jalapeño (better than 9/10 places in the states) and several other things they recommended. Salut gents! Insider tip - apparently it’s so hip that a recent movie production down at the piazza would hit this place up after shoots for drinks and mezcal.

28/09/2025: The good old pub, how lovely! Very nice location, fast service, and friendly staff. Ample selection of beers and spirits. Excellent cocktail ideas, even for non-drinkers. Excellent value. Recommended.

22/09/2025: A lovely trattoria like those of the past, with friendly staff and excellent, truly homemade food. The bread is also excellent. I also tried the pizza (the classic Margherita is the proof of the pudding), but I can't give it more than a passing grade... the dough is very good, even if a bit thin for my taste, and for €7.50 per Margherita, I could see the mozzarella through binoculars... come on, guys, add a handful more mozzarella! I don't think it's elegant or tasteful to make customers wait for takeout pizzas in the basement... but I understand that space is limited.

25/10/2025: While strolling through the center of Vitorchiano, we came across this pizzeria. Since we didn't make a reservation, we had to wait an hour to get a table, but it was worth it. It's a very nice place, the staff are very friendly, the pizza is really good, and it's excellent value. I recommend it to anyone visiting Vitorchiano.

08/11/2025: The stilt room overlooking the lake is charming. Service is quick and the food is good. The bathroom is a bit inconvenient; you may have to wait in line. The view is beautiful. Reservations are recommended. Parking is inconvenient and paid, 500 meters away.

23/11/2025: The owners are very kind. However, for the past two years, I've found it unfair that the menu has been the same for all pizza flavors. Someone choosing a Margherita, which usually costs €6.00, is honestly exaggerated here. The pizza turned out rubbery, which was much better and cheaper back in the day.

09/11/2025: Pizza served on two generously sized plates, with good dough and quality ingredients (it was my first time trying nettle pizza, and I have to say it didn't disappoint). The fried foods were also very good, especially the various types of supplì. Friendly staff, good value.

04/11/2025: A simple restaurant, the only distinctive feature being the fresco on the vault. Typical dishes are average. Good desserts. Average prices. Friendly staff.

04/11/2025: The staff were friendly, the food was decent, and I didn't like the creamy scampi risotto at all, but the rest was good. The gnocchi, which were off-menu and on the blackboard, were delicious.
