23/05/2025: Stopped for lunch , just found the place on google as we drove . Welcome was friendly, views delightful . Menu is via QR code, which is a pest when you have to keep flipping backwards and forwards , but hey ho it saves on paper! Other diners not too tech savvy had great difficulty getting the menu and ordering, staff were not good in assisting them. Good food choices in the menu, but it was easy to miss items whilst flicking back and forth! Hubbys seafood pasta was good, my tortellini was bland, would have benefited from fresh pieces of fish rather than puréed fish. The fried lake fish was not to our liking, but that may just be personal taste.

17/05/2025: Siamo arrivati a questo ristorante io e la mia famiglia (5 adulti e tre bambini) dopo aver telefonato e chiesto la disponibilità di posti; abbiamo ordinato dei primi di pasta cacio e pepe ed altre pietanze chiedendo di fare dei piatti abbondanti. Risultato hanno servito prima gli adulti (da quando in qua si servono prima gli adulti?) e dopo un pò hanno servito i bambini; i primi piatti di pasta sono arrivati con dei piatti a forma di cappello di don Camillo il cui contenuto è stato di due forchettate di pasta e poi è finito tutto, abbiamo fatto notare che il contenuto era molto ridotto e ci hanno portato altre due pietanze da dividere. Al momento di pagare, abbiamo segnalato che non eravamo soddisfatti del servizio (lamentando che avevano servito prima gli adulti e poi i bambini) e della quantità del cibo servito che era scarso, ci aspettavamo delle scuse e magari un modo per offrire qualcosa o una sconto, un gesto di gentilezza, invece si è generata una discussione in cui loro sostenevano delle ragioni tutte discutibili, oltretutto il conto è stato abbastanza caro e le due portate di pasta in aggiunta sono state conteggiate.

23/04/2025: Unique room created from a period building with enormous fireplace, convivial tables, few seats. There is therefore intimacy and the proposal with local foods, mostly self-produced, is refined and excellently executed. It remains possible to socialize with Anna and Marco who are more than happy to explain the courses and more, but also linger to share wine and chat with the diners. A rare possibility in modern catering, at least in cities. Considering the care and rarity of the proposal, the prices are correct.

19/05/2025: Very helpful and cheerful waiters, elegant location, the prices are a little high but I assure you that they match the quality of the food. The first courses are imaginative, the menu offers many choices that are difficult to find in any restaurant, not to mention the wide selection of very tasty dry-aged meat. One of the best places in the area to have lunch after a nice motorbike ride

29/04/2025: Right in front of the Tusciavillage there is this very good pizzeria, the pizza I went to make was the Giro Pizza, the one with Porcini Mushrooms was excellent. The restaurant is made up of two very welcoming rooms with the pizza oven in plain sight. The staff is always in a hurry, friendly sprint. Outside the car park I go on Wednesdays is always very crowded

04/05/2025: While passing through, we stopped at this restaurant in Tuscia for a quick meal. We ate some excellent fried artichokes and very good pizzelle with raw meat. Followed by excellent fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. Compliments!

27/04/2025: Pizzeria chosen by chance, staying nearby, it was an excellent discovery, a particular environment with a series of connected caves that go down underground where you eat, excellent pizza, light and well made, I also recommend the focaccia with Nutella with a contrast of sweet and salty, excellent service

Elisabetta and Matteo recommended places to visit and where to eat...mother Diana pampered us with her excellent ciambellone. The apartments were comfortable, functional and very clean. Everything perfect!

05/05/2025: We were passing through for an Alfa Romeo meeting, and we stopped in this place. Very nice, welcoming, large spaces both inside and outside. Great service, great food. Don't be intimidated by the extra-large shape of the pizzas, they seem huge but they are good, thin and well cooked. My husband is gluten intolerant and when he makes the exception he still suffers, BUT their pizza didn't cause him too many problems 😉. Absolutely recommended. Better to book on weekends as there are a lot of people.

04/05/2025: Splendid and pleasant restaurant in the Vetralla countryside. We ate very well in a beautiful, characteristic environment. In good weather there is also an external dehor.

27/04/2025: Cortesia , garbo,bontà dei cibi ,musica in sottofondo lieve e distensiva.Un luogo dove pranzare in quel di Caprarola ,consigliato dalla signora Antonella addetta alla ricezione del parcheggio afferente Palazzo Farnese.Abbiamo sperimentato il sentirsi in un altrove gastronomico molto piacevole rispetto ai ristoranti accorsati e pubblicizzati ora in voga.Saporiti i ravioli fatti a mano ripieni di crema di castagne,gustoso il pesce di lago indorato e le patate al forno.Molto delicata la torta alle pere che ha terminato il pranzo.Lo consigliamo vivamente
