03/08/2025: I went here for dinner on a recommendation. I have to say the food was good, and the portions were just right. We had rabbit, vegetables, and pizza. Everything was good, the prices were good, and the pizzas were huge and delicious. I recommend it.

Eccellenti Fettuccine ai tre pomodori, tenero e saporito manzo alla cacciatora e chiusura con un calzone di livello superiore come al solito, e pizza capricciosa bassa ,croccante e ben cotta. Il tutto annaffiato da una caraffa di birra alla spina. Servizio rapido, efficiente, e come sempre ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità

09/07/2025: Consistently good cuisine, but with a few setbacks compared to the past I returned to Frantoio di Lubrano after some time, driven by the excellent memories of previous experiences. A restaurant nestled in the tranquility of the countryside, with a rustic and welcoming atmosphere, which had won me over in the past for both the quality of the dishes, the generous portions, and the variety of the offerings. Unfortunately, this time the experience fell a bit short of expectations. The quality of the cuisine remains good: the dishes are prepared with fresh and well-cooked ingredients, the flavors are authentic, and the attention to detail in the preparation is evident. However, what I noticed—and what made the difference—was a noticeable reduction in portions, which in the past were one of the restaurant's strong points. This time, the portion sizes were rather small, and in some cases barely adequate. Another slightly disappointing aspect was the menu, which seemed much more limited than usual. There was little choice, especially for first and second courses, and no real surprises or specials of the day. I understand the desire to focus on quality or seasonality, but such a limited menu makes it harder to find something to please everyone, especially during a dinner with friends or family. The service was courteous and prompt, as always, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere remains pleasant: refined, quiet, and perfectly in keeping with the setting. The atmosphere, therefore, continues to have its charm. I sincerely hope it was a special evening or a temporary phase, because Frantoio di Lubrano has everything it takes to offer a high-quality experience, as it has always done in the past. I will definitely give it another chance, hoping to rediscover the mix of abundance, variety, and flavor that made it a must-visit in the area.

08/05/2025: Ottima pizza, impasto buonissimo e leggero, cottura perfetta con forno a legna. Ampia varietà di scelta, dalle pizze classiche alle gourmet. Servizio di sala e pizzaiolo cordiali e simpatici. Consiglio di provarlo assolutamente!!

03/06/2025: I am a Roman transplanted for a couple of years in the splendid Tuscia. I couldn't find a decent pizza until they took me to eat at tris and finally, finally I found the delicious and giant Roman pizza at a very honest price. You must try the pizza with friarielli and sausage. Ask for the spicy oil, but don't overdo it because it is very strong!

16/06/2025: Amazing pizza, both with classic and gluten-free dough. Both vegetarian and classic appetizers are delicious. Delicious desserts, fantastic. TOP staff. If we were to return to the area it will definitely be a stop to make.

10/06/2025: Pizza and ice cream are controversial topics, personal tastes are the masters, tastes that are often very different between people. Here I can only represent my preferences for pizza: quality ingredients, slightly crunchy and very digestible dough, complete cooking but without burning, flavors highlighted, especially those of tomato and mozzarella (but they depend on the quality of the ingredients). That said, Doppio Zero in Vetralla is the pizzeria that in my opinion best corresponds to these preferences in the Viterbo area. Quality in the foreground. Even the desserts made by them are particularly valuable. The bill is not cheap but perfectly corresponds to the quality (e.g. Bufalina 8.50, small draft beer 3.50, dessert 6 euros).
