23/04/2026: If you're looking to dine at a niche Roman osteria serving tasty thin-crust pizza, you've come to the right place. The decor, flavors, and aromas are reminiscent of home and childhood, bringing to mind authenticity and Sunday lunch. The owners are known for their "pampering," treating their customers with kid gloves, and the service is impeccable and attentive. The pizza is unique; no matter the flavor, the dough is impossible to replicate, and you'll always want more. And what can I say about the appetizers? Like the rest of the menu, they're exceptional and of superb quality. What more can I say? You'll just have to try them to believe them. Oh, and I almost forgot about the affordable price.

12/04/2026: We stayed here during a weekend in Viterbo and were pleasantly surprised by this simple place located right at the entrance to the medieval city walls. The atmosphere was family-friendly, the service was prompt, and despite the place being packed, the service was quick. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, and the waitress was lovely and friendly. We had a delicious pizza made with a special dough and served by the slice (you can choose up to three flavors per slice). It was a great experience; we'll definitely be back!

09/04/2026: Easter Monday lunch. Despite the crowds, the service was quick and courteous. The food was of decent quality, well-cooked and presented. The atmosphere was casual, yet the location was charming, right on the lakeside. I plan to return.

19/04/2026: old 16th century monastery that now serves as ristorante. The food was delicious! Great craftmanship! Even something so simple as patatine fritte was made perfectly! We had the Pici, the Parmigiana, tagliata con porcino, it was so good. Also, with our kids, the staff was amazing! Surely we will come back

11/04/2026: What can I say? So much! We had such a great time the first night we went, we wanted to come back the next. The atmosphere is charming, the refectory of an old convent. Excellent food, both the pizzas and the other dishes. Generous portions, and fair prices. Thank you!

Well, I go to Baldini's and it's always full of flavors on the counter and a lot of choice, always everything is delicious, in short, a guarantee... and then another important thing, there's a cheerful atmosphere in the place. and it's a pleasure to go there, see you soon for the next pizza

10/05/2026: We went on the evening of the patron saint's day, thanks to a recommendation from some locals. We weren't familiar with this restaurant. We were greeted warmly, the food was delicious, and the staff were professional and attentive. I really appreciated the dining room carved out of local stone.

26/04/2026: In 40 years, I've never eaten a pizza so overcooked and tough, and the first serving was even cold. Everything you can't do with a pizza...this is it. The service was attentive, with a few minor distractions. I definitely won't be returning.

03/05/2026: Absolutely amazing place with the best pizza I ever had. Thin crust, really really big size and the ingredients were top class. No waiting on the table too much, drinks were served immediately and the pizza came after like 10-12 mins. We were a group of 8 people. On top of that the owner Mario was so helpful and kind, as I asked if it’s possible to add the tab on my ltd(basically to get an invoice). He literally called the people with the software on his POS on Saturday night and got that resolved for me within minutes. Spot on place. I will return 100%.

01/05/2026: It's one of the most popular pizzerias. People go there to get a gigantic pizza served on two plates, then complain that the second half is freezing, so after hearing their complaints, we ordered the regular one. As soon as we arrived without a reservation, we were told a 5-minute wait, which turned into 30 minutes. A few friendly couples who arrived later were seated before us. They arrived saying we hadn't called, and the person who welcomed them said, "Come inside and I'll seat you." We were near the entrance and could hear everything. We were about to leave when they called us. I found the €2.50 cover charge on a paper placemat very expensive; they pay the waiters with that price. In every restaurant in Viterbo and the surrounding area, we spent €2.50, but with a cloth tablecloth, cloth runner, and cloth napkins. The tables were packed tightly together, and it was almost impossible to talk. We could hear everyone else's business and couldn't wait to finish so we could leave. Too much noise. We didn't enjoy the pizza.
