It's not fancy, but it has a great Italian flair. The price is fair for the food and drinks, Card payment accepted. I'd happily go back to Flávio's anytime.

28/10/2025: What a great find! Went to this restaurant when the city was packed for the chestnut festival and we weren't sure if it would be any good. The dishes were well prepared using local and fresh ingredients. We hadn't reserved but the maître made a small space for us and sat us anyways (super grateful)! Make sure to take a look at the woman power in the kitchen. Those ladies are the superwomen of food preparation!

In the summer, it also offers a terrace with panoramic views of the city. The dishes served are carefully prepared and of excellent quality. Among the most popular are dishes such as strozzapreti all'aglione, puff pastry with porcini mushrooms and taleggio cheese, and dishes featuring typical local products such as chestnuts. The staff is also friendly, professional, and attentive. The restaurant is easy to find and close to convenient parking. Good value for money. Recommended. 👍

12/08/2025: Every time I try to come, I find it closed. I Google the phone number, call for half an hour with no answer, and think they're busy. I arrive and find it closed for vacation. You need to update the page when there are any changes. Today I try again, I see they're open from 3:00 PM. I arrive, and the sign says they're open at 4:00 PM. This is the second time you've made me drive 30 km without a hitch. I needed the parking in Montefiascone; I'm coming from Viterbo, so if I'd known, I'd have taken it directly from Viterbo.

23/09/2025: A delightful discovery My wife and I ate excellent meat in a very pleasant atmosphere, with a piano bar that accompanied the dinner without being intrusive. Excellent quality meat, attentive and punctual service, absolutely fair prices. Recommended if you're passing through Sutri or aren't too far away and want to eat well, this is a restaurant worth considering.
