19/10/2025: You can choose from three types of dough, all excellent and very digestible. The pizza is truly excellent, both in terms of toppings and cooking. The price is excellent, and the service is very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, I gave the ambiance 4 stars because it's small but cozy and original.

30/12/2025: A classic neighborhood pizzeria, without any particular pretensions to elegance, but with good food and excellent value.
The space is quite spacious, but unfortunately, due to the lack of sound-absorbing ceiling panels, it's very noisy.
12/12/2025: We ordered pizza to go. They were quick, friendly, and reasonably priced, and the pizzas were good. They even gave us a free bottle of Pepsi.

27/11/2025: For me and my family, Piazza di Boccione has become a unit of measurement... ever since I was little, when we still had to go to the square to make phone calls from the SIP booths... no one in all these years has ever knocked it off the podium for the best pizza by the slice! Given that the red, white, and Margherita were mandatory for breakfast or to take to the beach... I have to mention my favorite of the non-classics... the gamberi!!!! Thanks for your tireless work from a true admirer!
16/09/2025: A day at the beach with the family in Lavinio to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. Before leaving and returning to Rome, the now grown-up couple expressed a desire
to stop by Boccione to relive the taste of the pizza they used to buy before going to the beach as children.

17/03/2026: I'm sorry, but I won't be back. The wait was ridiculous: 1 hour and 30 minutes for a pizza (a 6). I expected more given the rating and the various reviews.
The fried food, the supplì, was nothing special. The panelle were good,
and the breaded mozzarella balls were delicious.
08/03/2026: Raw pizza, cold fries, and mozzarella, let's forget it. It takes +20 minutes for 3 people, €57, service €5. I'm sorry about the place, but we won't go there again.

11/03/2026: After a tiring stroll around Porta Portese, we ate a delicious pizza at a great price! We chose the vegetarian options that appealed to us the most and the tuna and onion pizza (which is a must!) The place is very rustic and the atmosphere is welcoming; we immediately felt at home!
28/12/2025: As soon as we arrived in Italy, we were hungry and went to the pizzeria near our hotel, but unfortunately it was terrible and hard, we didn't even finish eating it, unfortunately I don't recommend it.

14/04/2026: The pizza is excellent, as are the burgers. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service excellent. I must say that the staff I've met over the years have always been extremely kind. Everything creates a sense of serenity, I'd say, that makes every visit to Giando's a pleasure.
09/04/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant, and I have to say it's a nice place, but the prices are really high, and the plates are half-empty... like, child-sized portions and not at all tasty. We didn't wait long for our orders to arrive, which makes me think they were reheated. The rice was cold, cooked first... maybe.
Too bad....having had friends from France over, we thought we'd take them to dinner somewhere nice with good food, but instead....and we paid a lot, way too much for what we ate and how small the portions were..😔😔
Never again!!!

19/04/2026: The food is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. It's very, very slow. You have to ask at least twice to ask for anything. Be careful, though. I've read a lot of complaints about the staff's politeness. The waiters are very friendly and polite, but their speed and understanding of requests could be improved.
10/04/2026: Terrible experience, never again.
I ordered from this pizzeria expecting a minimum of professionalism, but it was a total disaster. The sorbet was delivered in a bottle of water (San Benedetto), which was absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. To make matters worse, I had ordered a cheesecake and without any warning, they sent me a panna cotta because it "ran out."
The worst problem? The panna cotta completely spilled during transportation, ending up on top of the sorbet and tiramisu: the result was everything dirty, smeared, and inedible. A completely ruined order.
Zero customer care, zero attention to packaging, and a total lack of seriousness in order management. Waste of money. I strongly advise against it.

12/05/2025: Negli anni ci sono stata più volte e mi è sempre piaciuto, ieri sono rimasta molto delusa. Servizio totalmente disorganizzato: i camerieri che non sapevano dove portare i piatti, il vino l’abbiamo dovuto chiedere 3 volte e dopo aver chiesto di metterlo in ghiaccio non è stato fatto. Abbiamo preso i primi di pesce che erano un lago di olio all’aglio e basta (allego foto di quelli che dovevano essere spaghetti con vongole).
Mi dispiace molto, ma è un grande no.
12/05/2025: Siamo venuti in questo ristorante per cena. Già all' entrata ci siamo trovati molto bene, il posto è luminoso e molto accogliente. Gli ordini sono arrivati e subito e nonostante abbiamo ordinato 5 piatti diversi, ce li hanno portati tutti insieme. I camerieri sono molto gentili e il cibo è molto buono. Consiglio.

02/04/2026: A great place—I highly recommend it to everyone! The food
is delicious; the seafood spaghetti and the mixed meat platter for two were excellent choices, and the tiramisu for dessert was also outstanding. No matter what you choose, you definitely won’t leave hungry. The service is incredibly friendly; the staff are helpful and cheerful, and you can make yourself understood if you really try—we were able to communicate easily using a mix of Italian and English, and the bottom line is that the food is fantastic! It’s definitely worth coming back here again and again! Thank you everything!!
13/02/2026: The pizza is pretty good, but there's better in the area. Capricciosa + house wine €19.00. Maybe a little too much... The staff are very friendly.
