01/03/2025: This is a real "Sincere" Roman pizza, a little thin, a little crunchy, a little toasted, with many options of Roman ingredients, but also easily digestible, you can see that it takes years of experience to get to the right balance and you can also see that they are always busy with a lot of work, so you should know that if you like Roman pizza like this I recommend it to you, for me it's good, but usually I personally go to buy the hot pizza made on the spot and I never find disappointments, I will absolutely go back!

22/02/2025: I don't usually give negative reviews. On Saturday 22/02 I went to Mirko's pizzeria, who lives nearby, and bought a chicken. He had several and they were still hot and fragrant but he preferred to "feed" me an old and cold chicken, certainly from the day before, hard and dry and even when heated up it was clearly "old" and I had to throw it away after tasting it. Commercially I think it's a bad move. I live nearby and I can only advise you to choose serious pizzerias that don't try to foist you with non-fresh or fresh goods, just to make ends meet.

23/02/2025: Only the premises of this place are saved. They served me carbonara with scrambled egg. Finally I would like to add that they put too much pepper and also the water bottle contained pieces of food inside. HORROR!!!

04/04/2025: Paying €7 for a portion of pizza, with 3 layers of potatoes, a spit of cheese and a skimpy slice of speck, I think is bordering on decency. It's theft. And what can I say? with many excellent pizzerias in Guidonia, it wasn't even the only place with parking... like today unfortunately. The pizza chef was smart to put in all those potatoes to make it weigh more.

26/03/2025: Very good service, very tasty food, waitress is very kind. Perfect location at the side of Basilica of Saint Mary Major. We enjoyed house white wine, Spaghetti allo scoglio, Spaghetti Carbonara, Fettuccine con zucchine. Perfect!

01/03/2025: FAKE: Present on Just Eat as a pizzeria also active in the morning, once the order has been placed and accepted they call me 10 minutes after delivery telling me that the order is canceled as the oven is turned off in the morning without even offering me an alternative solution or even the necessary apologies. Very bad.

03/04/2025: We visited twice in our 5 day stay, once for drinks and a meat platter on our first night, and looking at the food that was being delivered to tables we were tempted back the next night for dinner. The fact that we came back for a second visit should refute some of the comments about the service, we found the service to be very good and very friendly. On our second visit my husband had lamb and I had sea bass, I wasn't expecting a whole sea bass so being a bit squeamish the waiter noticed straight away and came to my rescue to filet the fish for me. Both dishes were really good, it's probably hard not to cook lamb and fish well but both were flavoured beautifully and portion size v value for money was great especially in central Rome so close to the termini.

22/02/2025: Pizza troppo cara e neanche tanto buona! 13 euro per una pizza al prosciutto cotto! Presa una cheescake che alla fine era più un gelato e non una vera cheescake! Dovreste segnarlo sul menù. Unica nota positiva la cameriera molto gentile e simpatica.

12/03/2025: Excellent neighborhood rotisserie. From pizza to cannelloni through lasagne, aubergine parmigiana, fish fillet, meatballs, kebab... all very good. Cheap, nutritious and popular. Super staff.

06/10/2024: Historic pizzeria by the slice. Overall good pizza with different varieties of fillings. The one filled with escarole and olives is excellent. There are tables set up in the square for on-site consumption but I preferred a takeaway overlooking the sea.

17/09/2024: Pizza already cut into pieces. In 2021 the daisy increased after 15 years: from €1 per piece to €1.20, due to Covid; in 2022 due to the war in Ukraine it increased by another 10 cents!😒 (I removed a star for this reason) Thin and crunchy as I like it. Fresh out of the oven it is exceptional! This summer 2024 a piece of daisy reached €1.50, I'm removing another star.

18/02/2025: Mediocre quality, I won't go back again. On the pizza which was supposed to be mushrooms and sausage, to see the latter you needed a magnifying glass.....
