Excellent diner! Quality products and kind, professional owners. In addition to pizza, they have a wide selection of first courses, second courses, and side dishes, which are always fresh. I recommend the supplì, which they make by hand and are amazing! 👍💥

15/03/2026: The only good thing about a forgettable day at Borgo Mandela. Arriving to visit the palace of the Marchesi Del Gallo di Roccagiovine, we found the doors locked because the staff had unilaterally decided to cancel the 3:00 PM tour, which was clearly stated on the website. We stopped for breakfast at this sincere trattoria. Traditional food of excellent quality, the service always managed in a family-like manner by the owner's charming and friendly daughter, is simple but perhaps could be improved. The fresh pasta, cordoncini del frate, with bacon and artichokes, is exceptional. The tripe and grilled vegetables are delicious. The white focaccia with olive oil is amazing (although the Umbrian oil is definitely better). The price is fair.
