Excellent pizzeria both in terms of product and courtesy, the price is perfectly balanced, it has an appetizer that is worth a visit and frequent in quantity and quality.

Pizzeria with indoor and outdoor covered dining, and parking in the adjacent campground parking lot, but we couldn't find a spot. Pizzas with various toppings, some quite elaborate. The dough is good, but I found the capricciosa to be tasteless because the Jerusalem artichoke chips covered the rest of the toppings. I didn't like the fried food; it was bland and dry, especially the frittata, but it's a matter of taste. The wait was long, and we weren't the only ones waiting in the dining room. They also make gluten-free pizzas.

We had delicious food in a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very attentive. We loved the pizza so much.

I finally got to try Aria Nuova for the first time, after years of waiting! Living abroad, I hadn't been able to before, but the first chance I got, I couldn't resist, so I decided to take my family there. A very welcoming, rustic, and warm place, with very kind and helpful staff... but the star of the show is the pizza! To start, I tried the Frittatina di Pasta and Panzerotto with pistachio and mortadella, both a side dish, not at all greasy and delicious. Then a pizza al ruotino with various types of tomatoes, spectacular, crispy and soft at the same time, beautifully homemade and full of flavor... a true experience. Personally, I tried a pizza with broccoli, sausage, and nduja (I forget the name)... an incredible mix of flavors, very light dough, and just the right amount of flavor. Congratulations to everyone, and a special thanks to Enzo, the restaurant's owner and chef. Well done guys 👏

It's been almost a year since we've been back, and we took advantage of this evening. Everything was great: the atmosphere was quiet, tidy, and well-organized, and the staff was kind, professional, and helpful... 😊 👌 Quality and attention are the basic rules. Prices are in line with the quality of the place.

We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance and it was a pleasant discovery. We chose the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great care was taken in sourcing the finest ingredients, coupled with a strong dedication to their work. The tasting menu allowed us to try four different pizzas, all delicious. Well done!
