23/07/2026: Dinner with friends and family, a warm July evening, but magically a pleasant breeze kept me company. I'll start by saying that giving opinions on food is a strictly personal matter, depending on your taste, your expectations for the dish, and a lot of luck (or bad luck) in the chef's lucky star. I started with the mutton arrosticini, delicious, and I won't say anything else. The classic supplì are obviously artisanal. My supplì was undercooked, the mozzarella was a bit firm and lukewarm, and the sauce didn't enhance my taste—I was probably just unlucky. The boscaiola pizza was cooked perfectly, with plenty of toppings, but the dough was a bit too biscuity. This is obviously my personal opinion and taste. The atmosphere was quiet and the service was honest, and the owner was kind and friendly.

22/08/2026: What can I say, just reading the menu makes your mouth water! A very quaint place, the staff is friendly and, above all, very patient when you're a little hesitant. We ordered and tried several dishes: the whitefish was delicious, the Cinta Senese too—in short, it was hard to find anything we didn't like, but the porchetta and potato meatballs...I'm crazy about them, and I still dream about them. Highly recommended. Positive note (other): We dined with our three dogs in tow; not everyone is inclined to accept their presence.

04/07/2026: Let me start by saying that we've eaten there both in-house and for takeout and delivery. I swear, as a true pizza lover, it's hard to find better flavor and quality. For a change, I'll be ordering from them again this evening. At least for me, the best pizza in Viterbo. 10 out of 5 stars

12/08/2026: The best in northern Rome for digestibility, and the wood-fired cooking is the real deal. The service is always punctual, and the phone operators are courteous and helpful. I'd give it a 10 if I could.

29/06/2026: I'd ordered in the past and was so impressed, I even recommended it to everyone. Last night was a total disappointment. The pizzas weren't hot, but above all, they weren't good. They arrived earlier than expected. One was completely tasteless, and the other was limp and dry. A disappointment; perhaps they've changed the kitchen staff? I'm sad to say this.

20/06/2026: I booked a table about a week ago. Today, when I arrived at the pizzeria, the reservation wasn't listed, but the (very kind) waiter finally seated us at a table inside. We arrived at 8:00 PM and booked right afterward. The appetizers arrived within minutes, but for the pizza, we had to wait over an hour and a half after repeatedly reminding the staff, who were not at fault; in fact, they were very kind and helpful. That said, what bothered me most wasn't the wait, but the fact that people who arrived much later than us ate much earlier.

02/07/2026: We survived (with joy) the end-of-year school party. Foreword: I was there as a parent, so I was already psychologically prepared for a buffet of frozen croquettes and desperate wine. But no, a total surprise. A varied appetizer with more courses than a tired parent can count while yelling "stop running" at a child overexcited by sugar. Quality ingredients, meticulous preparation: something that almost made me forget why I was there. Then came the pizza, in various flavors, all excellent, but let's face it: the real star of the evening was the dough. So locally sourced that they literally make the wheat themselves. And the preparation? "Exquisite" is an offensive term: here we're talking about dough that deserves a lifetime achievement award. Drinks were included in the menu (a detail every parent is deeply appreciative of, given the state of their wallets at the end of the school year), and the grand finale was a Nutella pizza and coffee, just to make sure no child slept before midnight. Highly recommended. One of the best pizzas in the area, it survived the crossfire of thirty screaming children, almost twice as many exhausted parents, and the teachers, but ultimately, they were delighted. I highly recommend making a reservation.

04/04/2026: We often go to this pizzeria. The pizza is very good, even the gluten-free one is one of the best. The food is also good, and they have some specialties. I recommend it.

27/07/2026: Two of us went for dinner on Sunday with my girlfriend. The location was very romantic and well-positioned, with a lake view. One of the waiters (the kind one) showed us to our tables, but the table was for one person, as one of us had neither cutlery nor a glass. They quickly corrected the mistake by setting the table for the second person. We ordered two portions of seafood fantasia: very good and plentiful, except that the smoked salmon wasn't fresh (it was spoiled). We pointed this out to the waiter (the grumpiest one, which justifies the single star for service), who replied that this wasn't possible and that the entire restaurant had consumed it without complaint. Then we ordered the first course (tagliatelle with swordfish, cherry tomatoes, and pecorino) specifying "without pecorino." The dish arrived WITH the pecorino, and the flavor dominated everything else. The second course (squid on a bed of vegetables with soy sauce) was burnt. The grilled vegetables on the side were burnt and bland. The chicory (second side dish) tasted like nothing. The final bill, given the amount served, was excessive.

15/07/2026: Extremely expensive and greasy with old oil, probably recycled from frying. It's shameful. Barely edible, the smell of rancid oil is disgusting.

20/06/2026: Since when are boxes made the day before and refrigerated? Today I'm getting a box with a completely frozen bag, then to top it off, just pizza with chicory and mozzarella, and pizza stuffed with—guess what? With mozzarella and chicory... As soon as I have time, I'll be back to remind you, obviously when the place is full so people can see.

09/08/2026: A high-quality beach resort. The beach is clean and well-maintained. It offers all the amenities, including a bar, tobacconist, and restaurant. Free cold showers and coin-operated hot showers. Restrooms and changing rooms are available.

12/06/2026: Farmhouse surrounded by greenery just steps from Rome. The restaurant faces the Appian Way, while the rooms are located at the end of a small side street. Mini apartments equipped with every comfort, including a kitchen, bathroom, and spacious bedrooms. All recently renovated. Highly recommended.
