27/11/2025: What can I say? Excellent value for money. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is nice for those who stop by, and now they even have polenta. The food is better than at a restaurant. Not only that, they also have dishes for those who don't eat meat or fish. The people behind the counter and in the kitchen are excellent. Thank you 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

19/03/2026: There’s much better food in Rome. Service was fine. The main issue other than the pizza being average, was we asked for a recommendation on wine. The waiter mentioned there wasn’t a wine menu, recommended wine, and then when we got the bill the wine was 175 euro. For a pizzeria that has 15-20 euro dishes, a 175 euro bottle of wine is highway robbery. Also turns out there was a wine list as the table next to us received one. Simply put, would never return here and wishing we hadn’t gone in the first place.

14/03/2026: Worse pizza in Rome. Very small portions. They served different insalata than the one we ordered! The atmosphere is quite nice and some waiters really polite.

06/03/2026: Great for a quick snack, the pizza is exceptional. I ordered a slice with artichoke cream, ham, and cheese, which was mouth-watering. I also ordered a slice of red mushroom, which was also excellent, but unfortunately, it's no longer available at any other pizzeria. I think I'll happily stop by again when I'm in the area.

06/03/2026: I came here for dinner by chance, and I have to say I was pleased. Let's start with the location, which is very, very small: beautifully decorated, perhaps a little stuffy, but nice. As for the food, I had two appetizers: the bruschetta with porchetta, which was out of this world, and the supplì, which was very good. Then I had the carbonara, which was also excellent. Finally, I thought the price was fair.

28/02/2026: Quality is the adjective that best describes Mercurio Pizza. Starting with the service, politeness and courtesy are the hallmarks, complemented by a youthful and friendly atmosphere. The quality of the ingredients enhances the flavors of the pizzas, from the dough to the toppings. The prices are above average for "normal" pizzerias; this is largely offset by the truly high-quality products. The pizza's creation demonstrates the perfect balance between quality ingredients, cooking, and their use, which enhances the flavor. If I really had to find a flaw, perhaps the cover charge and bottled water prices should be reviewed. To conclude this wonderful experience, the atmosphere was very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

26/02/2026: I walked into this pizzeria and for a moment I thought I'd gone to the wrong door and ended up in a rented studio apartment in Milan. Four tables, five if you're slow, and an atmosphere so intimate you can hear your neighbor's thoughts as he chooses his Margherita. The quality? Undeniable. The flours are probably ground by Tibetan monks at dawn, the tomatoes were raised with maternal love, and the mozzarella has a resume longer than mine. Each ingredient is presented as if it were about to go to a job interview. And you can tell: the pizza is excellent, no complaints about that. The problem is that in the time between ordering and the pizza arriving, you could easily: - read "War and Peace" - reevaluate your life choices - watch the wheat grow for the next dough; An hour of waiting that allows you to create an emotional connection with the table. And then the bill. When it arrives, you don't look at it: you face it. The prices are so high that you expect at least a small plot of land included in the service. They'll almost ask if you want to finance your Margherita pizza at a favorable rate. In short: excellent pizza, a mystical experience, geological time, and a real estate investment account. If you have patience, a robust wallet, and a certain aptitude for spatial minimalism, it's the perfect place.

07/03/2026: A complete joke. Calling this "organization" a pizzeria is an insult to those who work seriously. I called days in advance to make a reservation, and they told me they don't accept advance reservations and to contact me the same day on an Instagram number. I started calling at 9:00 AM: the phone was ALWAYS off. At 12:00 PM, they finally answered only to say they were already fully booked and there were no tables available. Kudos to you for your professionalism... zero respect for customers, just confusion and rudeness. An excellent pizzeria ruined by ridiculous management: never again, and I hope anyone reading this will think twice before being treated the same way.

17/03/2026: A nice place to order food, they have ready-made meals and pizzas, among other things. I had a pizza and it was good, at a fair price. I would definitely go back.

23/02/2026: The wide selection of pizzas spread out on trays is a temptation for the hungry who visit. Unfortunately, the preparation method is utterly disappointing. Not only are the edges almost burnt after heating, but the seemingly delicious dish is soaked in olive oil like a sponge. This loses its flavor, increases its weight, and consequently, the bill. Olive oil dripped down my hands while eating, which was very irritating. My wife, who chose the vegetarian pizza, received it almost cold, perhaps as a punishment? It was the worst pizza we had in Rome and wasn't worth the rather exorbitant price. I can't comment on the other dishes on offer there, as I haven't tried them, but pizza is the pizzeria's calling card, and it's best not to order it here. On the plus side: communicative service, easy access to a table, and a restroom.

20/01/2026: We stopped by chance while staying overnight in Vejano, and this trattoria amazed us. We booked by phone and found our table ready at the scheduled time. The service was prompt and excellent. We had excellent bruschetta with puntarelle, not to mention the first course, where I even mopped up the bread. I couldn't even photograph the tripe 😂. A quiet place to eat excellently at a more than fair price. The portions are just right. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended Superb value for money I recommend it if you're in the area.

17/01/2026: A delicious traditional trattoria with excellent value. The bruschetta with coratella is a must-try. You can order half portions, full portions, and grandma's mega portions. Excellent service!
