05/02/2026: I'd heard about this restaurant on the Tiberina, and I wanted to try it myself. I went there for lunch today. I found it to be a quiet, very clean place, with friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Monica (who was very kind). We had delicious paccheri with lobster and fried fish that tasted like a seafood restaurant. The owner, Mr. Fabrizio, is a friendly person, a full-fledged professional in the industry. He has a rough but empathetic personality, and we enjoyed a pleasant chat with him. It was a positive experience that I will repeat, and highly recommended.

20/03/2026: We ended up at this restaurant by chance, as the owner approached us on the street. We'd like to give an honest and fair review: The salami pizza was unfortunately very disappointing. It completely lacked seasoning – neither spices nor oil nor a balanced flavor were discernible. It has to be said that even a frozen pizza made at home has more flavor. The pasta also failed to impress us. The noodles were mostly still hard, the sauce very watery, and overall the flavor was unappealing. Of course, taste is always subjective, we're aware of that. Nevertheless, it's particularly disappointing in Italy when classic dishes like pizza and pasta are served in this condition. We never usually return food, so this unfortunately doesn't reflect well on the restaurant. On a positive note, however, we would like to emphasize that our complaint was handled smoothly and very courteously – that was exemplary. We only had to pay for our drinks and were free to leave. During our short stay, we also noticed that other guests were sending some of their food back. Therefore, we were probably not the only guests dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The ambiance is okay. It's a very basic restaurant. Those looking for a fancy dining experience and aesthetics will likely be disappointed. The staff was always polite.

25/02/2026: Highly recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs alike! They only serve gluten-free, so there's no risk of cross-contamination, and the pizza is truly delicious. I'd recommend it to anyone. There aren't many tables, so I recommend booking ahead of time.

09/02/2026: Regina no gluten is a paradise for celiacs. The warm and welcoming place offers all kinds of gluten-free products, from daily groceries to baked goods and fresh pastries. And the best part is the pizzeria, which serves fantastic pizza, one of the best gluten-free pizzas in Italy! Congratulations! I think it's the first gluten-free concept store! Well done, guys. P.S.: The prices are also relatively low for a certified and truly gluten-free place. 👏👏👏

28/01/2026: Simply fantastic! We ate homemade fettuccine, spectacular steaks, tagliata with porcini mushrooms, and sautéed vegetables... speechless, everything was excellent and of the highest quality.

Margherita pizza with one side charred and cooked. 1/2 Pala potatoes and sausage, with the sausage replaced (without warning) with some unspecified meat so dry it looked like crumbled dirt. I don't like to say certain things, but I hope they help us improve, because there were some serious mistakes. It's a shame because we started with high expectations and were well-disposed, given that we had eaten it at friends' restaurants and enjoyed it.
