29/03/2025: Another local’s favourite restaurant! Definitely not a tourist trap restaurant. It was full of locals so better reserve you seats in advanced. Very delicious , fresh and of course with a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and professional. They do have an outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Definitely will come back here:)

20/03/2025: Always our spot for a special lunch when in Ostia!! This restaurant overlooks the sea, and the hospitality of the people that work there are matched by the beauty! We seem edto be the only English speaking people there, as everyone spoke Italian, and it was nice to be among the local people. The staff speaks English perfectly, and always treat us family. The food is exceptional. We had mussels as our Appetizer, fried calamari and spaghetti con vongole/clams… Everything had a beautiful flavor and the house wine and bread were great too!!! I highly recommend!!

Now, Lucio's nephew is at the helm, and they've done a fantastic job of introducing exciting new dishes while maintaining the restaurant's charm. The food is incredibly fresh and truly delicious. 01/01/2025: what a beauty to be "pampered" here by Mastro Titta who really makes a tasty and easily digestible pizza! its staff is attentive, friendly, nice and... "cuddly".!!! While waiting they brought us appetizers and they didn't let us leave without offering us sweet and bitter and....as if that wasn't enough, a miniature poinsettia in a vase as a "little gift" for the Happy New Year! but what more could you want? quality price super balanced service! they don't need advertising from me... they already have a queue!!! Anyway thank you so much for pampering us even though we were obviously people passing through... I loved you!!!

31/12/2024: Before every evening departure with the ship from Civitavecchia I stop here for dinner! You must say that I am happy in terms of quality, price and freshness of the pizza which is freshly prepared to order. You wait a little but you choose the pizza by the shovel based on your tastes. Extensively tested

Smiling and fast dining room staff, special mention for the "chubby" (he asked and authorized me to define him that way!!!) and for Alice. Rich “gluten free” option with AIC authorization. 15/03/2025: Excellent pizza. I always get the margherita with a high edge and I find this to be one of the best places I've ever eaten it. Even though the place is small, you can always find a place to sit and dine, without waiting too long. Kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

02/03/2025: I ordered pizza to take away by ordering on the phone with an online menu. I order a puffin, a frankfurter and white chips and a more mountain peasant and olives, listen to them. I go to collect them, I get in the car and I realize that the olives are not there, I call and go back, they had forgotten them. I get home, I open the pizza, one doesn't match the one ordered, I call and ask for explanations, the girl replies saying: the peasant is no longer on the menu so I made her an Ortolana. I'll start by saying that they were two completely different pizzas, one with bresaola and rocket, the other with vegetables. I tell him that I ordered another pizza and he replies that that one is no longer on the menu, I chose it... after this answer I have no more words. 😡

15/02/2025: Pesce fresco cucinato come si deve da Ernesto e il suo staff. Ambiente casereccio che quasi ti riporta agli ambienti di una volta, genuini e pieni di entusiasmo. Non si può e non si deve pretendere un servizio di alta classe in quanto la bellezza sta proprio nella loro semplicità. Passiamo alle pietanze: pesce fresco cucinato a mestiere. Antipasto 12 portate con ogni ben di Dio (cozze gratinate top di gamma). Spaghetti alle vongole e fritture a volontà.. Complimenti ragazzi

10/03/2025: Description of the whole day: The reserved parking is small for the capacity of the restaurant (plus I had to get up to move the car while I was having lunch) The chairs, out of 6 we changed 3 due to lack of stability. Starters, little choice Frozen mixed fried food, waiting time for first courses approximately 1 hour, Wild boar ragù had nothing like ragù brought in cubes and not reported.. (tasteless) Picanha meat not even worth mentioning.. served cold believe me cold and stringy naturally.. full of nerves.. €45!! They bring me sautéed Broccoletti brought super SALTY. I report everything to the owner who repays his debt by bringing a cut of meat and an additional unsolicited side dish At the time of the bill I pay 329 euros, without even 1 euro discount for what happened. As an expert, you can make a mistake on a day or a service, but this is not the treatment to be reserved for the customer... once the problem has been reported and confirmed at the time of the bill, the meat and the side dish should be removed from the bill or given a different treatment.

09/03/2025: Excellent restaurant, beautiful Roman evening. The food is excellent, the menu is complete and plentiful. The evening was too fun, we sang, we drank and we ate very well.
