16/10/2025: The tablecloths were white, but the cutlery was glass. Cleanliness wasn't good. The pizza wasn't bad either for €8-10. Chili seasoning in a plastic container was served at the table, and the cheapest olive oil was served at the table... sorry, not again!!

14/11/2025: For me, this is the best wood-fired pizza in Civitavecchia. Serving by weight is simple and straightforward, and the choice of only three types only underscores their confidence in quality. They're open from 12:00, and every time I'm in Civitavecchia, I'll definitely come here. The pizza is always fresh, delicious, and made with love. I highly recommend it!

08/11/2025: A rare gem discovered in the meanders of Civitavecchia, wandering as I like to do, getting lost; only thanks to a banal coincidence did I stumble upon a new, FOR ME, concept of pizza: before, I thought only Roman and Neapolitan pizza existed, now I know there's also GHETTO pizza: cooked over hot coals in large pans that make it crispy on the bottom and soft on top. EXCEPTIONAL! I'll definitely be back, greetings from Reggio Calabria :)

12/10/2025: Pizza by the slice and round pizza—try both, with different doughs—they're spectacular, easy to digest, and come in a variety of flavors! Handmade fried food deserves top marks! The supplì are incredible! A must-try!

06/10/2025: First of all, a special thanks to all the staff. We had to change our reservation on a Saturday night at the last minute, and everyone was helpful and kind. Four of us went for dinner on a Saturday night. The place was packed, but there were no problems whatsoever. The appetizers were excellent (fried mozzarella, Ascoli olives, supplì), and the pizza, which you can choose between thick or thin, was also very good. The only dish that could be improved was the scallops in Marsala wine. Total cost less than €20 per person, excellent. Overall, a decidedly positive experience, and a highly recommended place.

The atmosphere was welcoming and completely Western-themed, with waiters dressed in themed costumes, a sheriff, a saloon, display cases with boots, rifles, and much more. It was all very charming. We had the pizzas (also themed), which were excellent. Overall, a good experience, highly recommended.

15/11/2025: It was the second time I went, not by choice. I wonder how it's possible to have a lukewarm pizza delivered to your table, fresh from a wood-fired oven, and a small one at that. If you want the classic Roman pizza that overflows the plate, that's not possible here. You can only get a larger pizza if you pay extra. The toppings were truly lacking. Among other things, I asked for a pizza with lots of tomato and little mozzarella, and I paid 0.70 cents for the extra tomato (which wasn't there), but no discount for the lack of mozzarella. We ordered simple suppli (plain, not with 'nduja), which arrived burnt and spicy. I didn't eat them, but the people I was with were happy with them. We didn't even mention it... luckily, there were no children with us. The benches were uncomfortable to sit on and too close together, and there wasn't even a paper placemat on the table. I think it's really unhygienic to put napkins and silverware directly on the table. The bathroom is located above a staircase... I think they have a bathroom on the ground floor too, I didn't ask... for those who can't climb stairs.

10/08/2025: We returned after two years... it was the potato festival, sold out, but they still found us a table. We found the same kindness, the same courtesy. The pizza is thin, with lots of toppings, a real treat. The fried foods are fragrant and light, and the fries are excellent. I'd also like to point out that the prices are the same... Very fair... thanks for the lovely evening.

13/10/2025: A true institution for those who know Tolfa. I was lucky enough to see Adriana at work, and certain images are unforgettable: she would place the pan in the wood-fired oven, then, halfway through cooking, she would take it out with a confident gesture and place it on the counter. Then, with her plate piled high with mozzarella, she would top it with her unmistakable gesture. A gesture that has remained in the hearts of those lucky enough to watch her work. Today, the baton has been passed to Rosella and Raffaella, who continue to carry on this beautiful tradition with love and simplicity. The shop is still there, on the Tolfa avenue, tiny, but rich in history and flavor. The pizza? Just one, as always: mozzarella. It's not thin, it's not thick: it's unique. Every 10-15 minutes, a steaming pan comes out. Watch your taste buds! It's piping hot... and impossible to wait. For those who go there today, it's a corner of the true Tolfa, still intact. You have to try it at least once in your life. But trust me: it will be the first of many.

24/10/2025: The pizza is too thin and lacking in salt—it's true that salt is unhealthy, but a little doesn't hurt. Furthermore, the place isn't suitable for large groups, as instead of everyone sitting at a table together, they're split up.

13/10/2025: The pizza is truly fabulous and the staff is exquisite. It's a shame there's very little seating, but otherwise it's 5 stars.

17/10/2025: We booked this restaurant for a weekend in May, and upon our arrival, a waiter of about fifty greeted us, immediately telling us: "Hey, it's full...you'll have to wait outside." When we complained that we had booked, the waiter reiterated: "You'll have to wait outside, there's a line." Finally, another waiter arrived and seated us. As for dinner, I can't say it was any better... I understand that everything has gone up, starting with the bread, but the price of the main courses has increased despite the reduced quantity of food, while the cover charge is €2 per person. We don't recommend it.

13/10/2025: Rustic and well-kept atmosphere, good service, excellent spaghetti carbonara, good and creamy lemon sorbet, shame about the veal cutlet which was a bit calloused.

18/06/2025: We know this place well because part of my family is from the place and every time we come here to eat we always find the same cordiality, helpfulness and kindness that are really rare to find around, in addition to the high quality of the dishes that are made with zero-mile products and very fresh homemade pasta. You absolutely have to try the sagnozzi with sauce, the ravioli with truffle and beans with sautéed chicory with croutons that are spectacular. A place immersed in peace and tranquility. Internal parking available. We will return as always! Highly recommended!!!
