21/08/2025: I used to give it a higher rating; it was a regular stop in Fregene for takeout pizza. I went back last night after about a year and a half, and unfortunately, the quality has gone down. The pizza is oily and rubbery. Service is slow and confusing, and the outside tables are dirty. What a shame!

26/07/2025: The pizza was delicious; we ordered takeout to eat on the beach. We were really satisfied; it made for a wonderful evening! Highly recommended; excellent value.

16/05/2025: We tried Mille Voglie's pizza for the first time and we were very happy with it. Given that we like very well cooked pizza, they fulfilled our request perfectly. That said, the pizza is very good, light and well-seasoned. The staff is friendly and inspires sympathy. Congratulations! Personally highly recommended.

08/10/2025: We ordered multiple pizzas parts and each one of the pizzas slices were really good. If you want to taste true roman pizzas you can come here, it was really good.

21/09/2025: Unfortunately, it's extremely negative. We've known the place for many years, but since the management changed, the restaurant's quality has fallen below par. Unfortunately, this has been observed on several occasions, as it's possible for things to go wrong. But if, after repeated experiences, the quality is the same, it's no longer a bad day, but a way of operating. The place is nice in its simplicity as a local tavern, certainly not overly sophisticated, but what makes a place pleasant is the food and the people who serve you. If even these are missing, the soul of the place is certainly missing. There's no zero star; otherwise, I would have given it zero stars. I feel sorry for those who work there every day and want to continue their business, but this comment should encourage you to do better or look for another business other than catering.

21/09/2025: A relaxed evening with friends. The dishes were very good, especially the stewed octopus. The pizza dough was excellent, truly flavorful. I didn't have the courage to order the paccheri alla Meid in Sud because they say it's for two, but it's actually for four. The desserts were excellent, ranging from baba, cheesecake, and so on. The only downside was something dry to pair with a passito or sweet wine.

12/08/2025: Every time I try to come, I find it closed. I Google the phone number, call for half an hour with no answer, and think they're busy. I arrive and find it closed for vacation. You need to update the page when there are any changes. Today I try again, I see they're open from 3:00 PM. I arrive, and the sign says they're open at 4:00 PM. This is the second time you've made me drive 30 km without a hitch. I needed the parking in Montefiascone; I'm coming from Viterbo, so if I'd known, I'd have taken it directly from Viterbo.

22/08/2025: Very good pizza and homemade fried food, kind and helpful staff, standard environment perhaps in need of a bit of freshening up.

10/08/2025: We returned after two years... it was the potato festival, sold out, but they still found us a table. We found the same kindness, the same courtesy. The pizza is thin, with lots of toppings, a real treat. The fried foods are fragrant and light, and the fries are excellent. I'd also like to point out that the prices are the same... Very fair... thanks for the lovely evening.

02/11/2025: Friendly staff...too much confusion...fried food not exactly light...too much oil

20/10/2025: Staff are friendly and it’s a nice ambiance, but the service is a bit clumsy and the food is not great. For some reason, the dessert was served before the main course, and both drinks were forgotten. The pizza was alright, though the “fritto misto” was not a good dish and we left most of it.

10/10/2025: Excellent, we ate well, I recommend trying a pan.

23/09/2025: Make a reservation, it's definitely worth it, especially on weekends when it fills up quickly. The pizza was delicious; we were just amazed by the shrimp placed like that on the pizza; we'd never seen that before. The appetizers were very good, and the octopus was perfect. Approved!!

31/10/2025: The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the waiter is friendly, discreet, and attentive to customer satisfaction. We chose a classic menu and still found something original. Highly recommended!

24/09/2025: A restaurant you wouldn't expect from the outside. It was our first time there, and we were amazed and captivated by the unique, comfortable, elegant atmosphere, the excellent service, and the refined food! If we ever return to Subiaco, I Tre Bruschettieri will be a must-visit!

16/09/2025: The staff are extremely friendly, the place is clean, and they pay special attention to children (there's an entire wall dedicated to games to keep them entertained). The food is excellent, with unusual but delicious options. The entire staff takes great care in the restaurant. Definitely worth a try.

29/09/2025: I often go to this restaurant for seafood, especially seafood. I like the friendly service and the quality of the food. On Sunday evening, I went to try the pinsa. It was delicious, very fragrant, and well-cooked. I recommend it for both lunch and dinner for a nice pinsa.
