08/05/2025: Cena organizzata con amici che conoscevano questo locale da un pò abbiamo ordinato antipasti a base di pesce e poi qualcuno primi ed altri secondi sempre di pesce. Personalmente ho mangiato un ottimo spaghetto alle vengole che è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Globalmente positivo , prezzo medio alto se esci fuori dai menù loro.

18/04/2025: I can't rate the food, service or ambience as I wasn't able to dine there; even though I had called to book and advised that I had a medium-sized dog with me. Obviously I'm not naive and my dog ​​is used to going to places full of people, so to their question if it was quiet I answered yes and then they confirmed the booking. Once we arrived on site, since there are never too many scruples, before entering with the dog we were asked, showing the dog, if it was still possible to sit down, and the boy was accompanying us to the table. Suddenly a blonde lady started screaming telling me I couldn't come in pushing me to the door. I tried to calmly explain that I didn't just show up out of nowhere without warning with a dog, but she yelled at me. I left with a bad taste in my mouth about how I was treated. There are ways and ways of treating people, the normal ones use dialogue, but evidently the lady doesn't know what it is. I have never been treated in such a derogatory way in my life, even if I were a criminal or a thief or a murderer.

06/01/2025: Excelente pizza! Me encantó el Radicchio y Gouda (no estoy seguro de si tengo el queso correcto). El calabacín también era muy bueno. Ojalá hubiera tenido espacio para probar más sabores, como la papa en rodajas finas. La corteza era crujiente y ligera, las verduras caramelizadas a la perfección, los quesos ligeramente aplicados. Este lugar estaba cerca de nuestro hotel para nuestra estancia de una noche antes de un vuelo temprano. Francamente estaba un poco cansado de pizza después de más de 2 semanas en Italia, pero esto fue absolutamente excelente.

02/05/2025: We had dinner this evening, we found everything delicious, especially the tagliolini with butter and anchovies. They are all kind and very friendly. I want to compliment the chef Mimmo again. We will definitely be back

22/04/2025: I visited this place a few days ago and the guy who serves is very friendly. I tried the pizza for 9 Euros, they gave me a portion for one person, which was approximately 6 slices of about 10cmx10cm, which seems like an acceptable price for the area in which they are located. I also ordered a panino de pancetta and it reminded me a lot of the carnitas cakes from Guanajuato in Mexico, maybe not the best visual presentation but very good flavor. Highly recommended.

11/05/2025: Questo ristorante è il sogno per chi ama mangiare bene le cose del territorio e la Sabina non ha bisogno di troppa pubblicità. La coratella è sicuramente la cosa che più spicca dell'antipasto è veramente fatta bene. Gli gnocchi fatti in casa al sugo di castrato meritano veramente, molto apprezzato il vino rosso della casa,anche la location merita,questo posto è imperdibile per i buongustai!

La pizza (parlo solo per le pale) è scesa di qualità in modo indescrivibile rispetto a due anni fa (tempo in cui ordino più o meno consistentemente da questo locale). Ora sarà l'ultima volta, la pizza si è rimpicciolita, il condimento è pochissimo e il prezzo si è alzato.
