24/06/2025: I've been there many times recently, on Saturday with a colleague of mine we had a great time, the girls were very kind, the outdoor table was very good, the pizza was delicious as were the fried foods.

30/01/2025: Discovered a few months ago, I wanted to try it a few times before writing my review. I went there in summer, in winter, with few people, with lots of people and I always had a good time. Delicious pizza, spectacular fried foods not to mention the desserts, all good. Very kind and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended, I forgot to write that they don't just make pizza but both first and second courses. It was a nice discovery.

14/07/2025: I highly recommend this pizzeria. Last night I ate here with friends and was delighted with the food (excellent pizzas, superb eggplant tart, generous platters, and phenomenal desserts), the service (very friendly, courteous, and smiling staff), and the atmosphere (quiet and very clean). We'll be back very soon!

11/08/2025: Located at the entrance to Anguillara Sabazia, my family and I visited here on a Sunday, recommended by an acquaintance. We ordered pizzas and immediately moved on to dessert. The pizzas were truly excellent, with a light and flavorful crust. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu, which was also delicious. A small "cicchetto" worth mentioning: the tiramisu is made with Pavesini biscuits, but it's as beautiful to look at as it is to eat! Otherwise, the service was very fast and the staff were extremely friendly. The location offers a stunning view, especially at sunset, but it's rather sparse. I'd recommend sprucing up the veranda area, perhaps even adding some cascading fake plants to add a touch of rustic charm to the place. We'll be back to try other dishes.

25/08/2025: For lunch, there's a self-service line offering well-prepared, plentiful, and reasonably priced first and second courses and side dishes.

15/06/2025: Directed by a great master baker, bread, white pizza, Roman, yeasts in particular the maritozzl also with cream if desired belong to the excellence of the traditional Roman bakery. The service depends on the hours at the bar always top the rest suffers from the large influx of customers who often do not know what to choose the clerks would say help by explaining the ingredients of the various types of bread. At the expense of time but in the end in the bakery you also come to learn how to choose this fundamental food. Surely the takings do not suffer if the customers appreciate the collaboration of the clerks.

09/07/2025: Consistently good cuisine, but with a few setbacks compared to the past I returned to Frantoio di Lubrano after some time, driven by the excellent memories of previous experiences. A restaurant nestled in the tranquility of the countryside, with a rustic and welcoming atmosphere, which had won me over in the past for both the quality of the dishes, the generous portions, and the variety of the offerings. Unfortunately, this time the experience fell a bit short of expectations. The quality of the cuisine remains good: the dishes are prepared with fresh and well-cooked ingredients, the flavors are authentic, and the attention to detail in the preparation is evident. However, what I noticed—and what made the difference—was a noticeable reduction in portions, which in the past were one of the restaurant's strong points. This time, the portion sizes were rather small, and in some cases barely adequate. Another slightly disappointing aspect was the menu, which seemed much more limited than usual. There was little choice, especially for first and second courses, and no real surprises or specials of the day. I understand the desire to focus on quality or seasonality, but such a limited menu makes it harder to find something to please everyone, especially during a dinner with friends or family. The service was courteous and prompt, as always, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere remains pleasant: refined, quiet, and perfectly in keeping with the setting. The atmosphere, therefore, continues to have its charm. I sincerely hope it was a special evening or a temporary phase, because Frantoio di Lubrano has everything it takes to offer a high-quality experience, as it has always done in the past. I will definitely give it another chance, hoping to rediscover the mix of abundance, variety, and flavor that made it a must-visit in the area.

22/07/2025: Non sarà l’indimenticabile pizzaiola del famoso film di De Sica ma è dalle gentili mani di Michelina che viene fuori un tavolozza di colori perfetta: bianco, rosso e verde…l’arcinota margherita, la preferita da Sua Maestà, come mai l’avete mangiata. Unica, irresistibile e sempre capace di portare gioia, fatta con una antica ricetta alla quale Micheliana aggiunge l’ingrediente più prezioso: la passione! Ed è così che gli ingredienti più semplici (acqua, salsa, farina, lievito, pomodoro, fior di latte, parmigiano e basilico) grazie alla magia che lei compie con diventano equilibrio perfetto di bontà e felicità: perfetta! Perché la pizza di Michelina è come una bella donna, napoletana ben probabilmente, bella anche senza trucco, a volte forse capricciosa ma da corteggiare con impegno nelle quattro stagioni.

15/08/2025: Terrible experience: a rat in the restaurant! We were shocked during our dinner; we clearly saw a rat (not a small one) approaching the table. At that point, understandably disgusted, we ended our dinner by asking for the bill. The final surprise? The bill included dessert and coffee, which we naturally declined. This behavior was unacceptable, both from a hygiene standpoint and out of respect for the customer. An experience to forget. I strongly advise against this place, especially since the food isn't good.

14/08/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant and I can definitely say the staff is incredibly kind. The food was good, although I didn't like some things. One thing really disappointed me: I have a little girl and the menu specified "Milanese chicken cutlet" for €12-13, if I'm not mistaken. It's a shame that a restaurant serves you a spinach-style cutlet; I was extremely disappointed. It takes nothing to make a cutlet with chicken breast, and I think if you can't offer a decent dish, you might as well just leave it off the menu. In short, I was disappointed.

10/03/2025: Great little historic pizzeria hidden down a side street. The pizzas made by them are delicious, the fried foods are also delicious, although they are the ready ones they are of high quality and fried to perfection. Honest price, Fabio and his wife kind and professional. Go there and you won't regret it.

26/08/2025: Historic restaurant in the center of Grottaferrata, excellent waiters, especially Maurizio, all kind and always attentive. Generous portions and homemade food. Special strawberry tiramisu.

18/08/2025: This restaurant is top-notch! It's a must-have! Traditional Roman food, cooked with extreme skill. Attentive and professional service, a rustic yet elegant location. If you're in the Castelli Romani area, skip the "fraschette" (especially the ones that win at 4 Ristoranti) and come for lunch or dinner here. You'll eat like a king, treated with kid gloves.

04/09/2025: The food was good, and some of the waitresses were friendly. One was able to make up for a lack of products that hadn't been communicated when ordering. At times (we've been there twice), the wait times can be a bit longer (even during payment). Perhaps a computerized ordering system would help organize and speed up the process (all orders are taken by hand on a pad) and payments. Overall, a positive experience.

16/05/2025: We tried Mille Voglie's pizza for the first time and we were very happy with it. Given that we like very well cooked pizza, they fulfilled our request perfectly. That said, the pizza is very good, light and well-seasoned. The staff is friendly and inspires sympathy. Congratulations! Personally highly recommended.
