28/06/2025: Terrible experience – avoid this store at all costs! I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away from the Nespresso boutique at Euroma II in Rome. My experience there was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The store displayed several promotional offers with both the old and discounted prices clearly shown, but nowhere did it mention that these offers were restricted to Italian citizens only. I spent nearly two hours in the boutique carefully considering my purchase, taking photos and discussing options with my wife. Once I finally made my choice and decided to buy two machines, the sales assistant suddenly informed me that the discounts do not apply to foreigners. When I asked why I hadn’t been told this earlier, especially given how long I had been there, the employee responded rudely and dismissively. We checked the promotional signage together, and even he had to admit that there was no indication whatsoever of this restriction in the store. He then claimed it was “mentioned on the Nespresso website” – as if that justified the misleading in-store information. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for a brand like Nespresso. This was not only a waste of my time, but also a clear case of misleading advertising. Save yourself the frustration – do not shop at this boutique.

03/06/2025: Truly a typical Italian trattoria, where you are welcomed with kindness in a place with a retro style and exposed faces. The cuisine is typical of Lazio with excellent raw materials and with some truly special dishes. Highly recommended are the pappardelle with mangalitza ragù, wild pig cooked in wine. Excellent choice of desserts all homemade. Excellent service and trained and professional staff. Finally a typical place to feel good.

30/04/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant and the experience was truly pleasant. The environment is welcoming and well cared for, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes the meal even more pleasant. The staff was courteous and helpful, attentive to customer needs.

21/06/2025: I happen to pass by there returning from Anzio after a nice day at the beach, a nice slice of pizza is needed, I want to tell you a story when I was little my father with our catering (delicatessen) supplied him with the food for the pizza fillings and I remember a nice diploma hanging there in the pizzeria fourth place in the world for pizza by the slice Alessandro Giorgioni the owner and we are talking about many years ago and to this day nothing has changed the quality and also the price within everyone's reach highly recommended

13/05/2025: First time. Excellent pizza both for dough and toppings. Fast and friendly service despite the many customers. The only flaw is the very small parking lot for the many customers who arrive considering the place all in cars. Definitely to be repeated and without a doubt recommended. 💪 👋 😉 😋🍀

11/06/2025: Buffet-style food looks like it's been out for days. We went to ask for a menu to sit down and they told us they don't serve dishes from the menu, only the buffet and the portions were small. The atmosphere was bad, it was almost empty and expensive.

31/05/2025: We stopped by on a Thursday for lunch; the service was very fast and the guy in the dining room was friendly and kind. As I already said to the person who served us, "Hands down one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten", a statement that I confirm 100% because they were truly delicious! At the end the guy also offered us some bitters, a gesture that we really appreciated. The price was more than fair for the quality of what we ate, among other things the bread was visibly handmade (and this almost never happens in restaurants). We will definitely be back to try other dishes, we really appreciated everything. Highly recommended!!!!

15/04/2025: I had dinner here with some friends on a Saturday evening. The pizza is very good. The place is characteristic (an old oil mill in one of the houses in the centre), unfortunately it is small and you need to book, at least on Saturdays!

26/06/2025: One of the first things that strikes you at Sir Jasper’s is the impeccable cleanliness of every room, from the dining room to the bathroom. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest details, a sign of great professionalism. The waiters are of a rare kindness: always smiling, available and attentive to every need. A service that really makes the difference and makes you feel pampered from start to finish. Compliments to all the staff!

26/06/2025: Super dish, super experience! Soft and succulent meat, wrapped in a shower of truffle that smells from afar — a real taste bomb! The side dish of gratinated vegetables is the extra touch: crunchy, tasty and super delicious. A dish that knows how to get noticed and remembered, perfect for those who love to eat well… with style!

04/05/2025: I don't mean to criticize the food or the service, but something much more serious: respect for the rights of the workers who work in this place. I waited some time, to protect the privacy of an acquaintance who worked here, before sharing the following - but what I learned deserves to be reported publicly (unfortunately given the lack of controls even following the complaint sent to those in charge) The picture that emerges is, without exaggeration, desolate: an almost total absence of contractual regularity, a context dominated by working practices that undermine every basic principle of dignity. One of the chefs, a parent of two children, is employed completely illegally, and the same fate concerns a large part of the staff in charge of the kitchen and the pizzeria. The situation is similar for some assistant chefs, paid around 60 euros for continuous shifts from 3.30pm to 12.30am (9 hours). Finally, waiters are entitled to between 35 and 40 euros net for 6/8 hour shifts (5.30pm – 12am, with frequent extensions until 2am). I speak of "net" wages only by linguistic convention, since the total absence of contractualization makes any distinction between gross and net a mere abstraction. I therefore invite the reader to reflect that behind apparently competitive prices there is no hidden efficiency or sacrifice of entrepreneurial revenues, but rather savings obtained by exploiting those who work hard and without protection. It is a profit margin that falls on the shoulders of those who, day after day, serve you with a smile that covers up a reality of abuse of fundamental human rights with "salaries" of €5 to €6 an hour. ~ someone like anyone
