19/07/2025: Nice and well-kept place. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pinsa wasn't particularly exciting in my opinion: not very flavorful but well-leavened. In this context, I'd definitely recommend it again to try the rest of the menu.

29/06/2025: I highly recommend this place, Don Bosco area, Tuscolana. The staff are great, prepared and very kind. Last night was yet another special event I did with them and now I can only say that Alchemico is a sure thing for me. Very good beers and food, top quality ingredients and top service. Come on! 💪🏼😃😃😃

27/08/2025: A restaurant with great potential, except for a few small issues: we asked for a buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto (€10) and were served a plate with four slices of prosciutto and two small, refrigerated eggplant slices passed off as buffalo mozzarella. We specifically asked for two Italian appetizers (there were five of us: the waiter assured us that one appetizer was perfect for two people, so two would be fine with the addition of prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella). Besides having to reiterate our order because the waiter insisted on forcing us to eat the entire appetizer (an Italian appetizer plus tripe, which we don't eat but apparently, according to the waiter, "you can't say you don't like it if you don't try it," even in a rather annoyed way. We don't eat tripe because we've already eaten it, and don't indulge our taste buds), we were served a plate with 10 slices of cured meat (count them, not just a random number) and two small eggplant slices, the same ones as the buffalo mozzarella described above. Vegetable dish: two slices of zucchini, two slices of eggplant, and some puntarelle all'agro (sour chicory): this one was also recommended (one for two people), but the reality is that only one person can eat it: we felt like five ants putting off food for the winter, and considering the overall price of just the appetizer, it's truly surreal. The first courses are the most borderline and, even days later, still confuse me: the dishes themselves are excellent (they could have improved the gluten-free dish: the short pasta, like the penne, never pair them with any particular ragù, the sauce stays on the plate and doesn't hold together at all), but there's so much, so much oil. Too much oil. Perfect place, impeccable courtesy from the owners, and the final price of €120, split between five people, was also excellent (but ruined by the fake refrigerator hoax and the liters of oil on the plate), but they should reconsider the positions of some of the workers, from the kitchen to the dining room.

26/08/2025: Oh dear! How me and my family love Rainero’s restaurant. And now, with new location in the center of Nemi. So much fantastic food, absolutely the best pasta, my daughter dreams of it ♥️ Sides are delicious, and the pizzas - mamma mia they are good. New wines as well, with some very high class ones among them. As always, the staff is sweet, funny, interested, even the kitchen staff. See you soon again 👍🏻

21/08/2025: My family and I arrived in Valmontone as a stopover after a very long journey from Sicily, and this restaurant truly revitalized us, both for the food and the friendliness and kindness. The saltimbocca alla romana was exquisite, as were the sautéed herbs on the side. The same was true for the special pasta with cacio e pepe and the straccetti. Highly recommended, the price was right, I've never tasted saltimbocca this good. Thank you for everything!

25/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Pizzeria L'Economica in Rome with a group of 15, and I can say it was a truly exceptional experience! On Saturday night, the place was packed, but despite that, the staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. They kept us waiting very little for a table, and while we waited, they kept us updated on the wait. In the meantime, we had time to enjoy an excellent beer! When we were shown to our table, the service was impeccable, with one of the staff members being particularly attentive and attentive to our needs. The quality of the pizzas was excellent, and the price was more than reasonable. The value for money was truly excellent! Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming pizzeria in the heart of Rome. I will definitely be back!

15/07/2025: Friends, the pasta portion is very small and tasteless, the atmosphere is barely acceptable. It didn't look anything like the photos, and the price for a traditional pasta dish is high, which is really unfortunate.

07/08/2025: I discovered this delightful place last night with my wife and had the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, which, in my opinion, was the best I've ever eaten. I then decided to try the bruschetta with stracciatella and Pachino tomatoes, which was simply wonderful. My wife also gave an excellent review. She ordered the parmigiana pizza, which she was impressed not only with its deliciousness but also with its thin crust and easy to digest. The incredible thing is that yesterday the chef was missing, and the owner took over the cooking, to whom I personally congratulated him. I will definitely return to focus specifically on the meat, which everyone raves about so much. The only flaw that kept me from giving the atmosphere 5 stars is the mosquitoes.

18/06/2025: Fantastic pizza and bruschetta... Personally I'm more for the thick pizza but this is the first thin one that has thrilled me!

15/08/2025: The food is excellent, with classic seafood dishes made with excellent ingredients and all expertly executed. They also serve pizza. Their shellfish soup is stellar, but you need to order a few days in advance. Excellent value for money.

12/08/2025: We made a terrible impression on a dear friend of mine by taking him to this restaurant, unfortunately, an experience to forget. They were completely disorganized and inattentive, and the quality of the food didn't satisfy us at all. They brought our focaccia only 30 minutes after we asked if bread was included... it arrived with a bland first course that I was forced to send back, not without some annoyance about my taste... then as soon as a table of people arrived for a party, we were completely forgotten. Unsolicited dishes were brought twice, and cutlery was missing... the place is noisy, it was impossible to talk because of the noise... the icing on the cake, when it came to the bill (very expensive for the quality of the food), we were left with a bottle of water that was never brought to the table... In short, a real disaster. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere.

01/09/2025: It's overrated. Pizza was good but waiters kept trying to push other items on the menu. It was not cheap. House wine was expensive and so was beer. Not really a nice atmosphere which is why we chose this place.

31/08/2025: I'd like to give 10 stars, but I can't. First of all, I'm very hard to please. However, I ate very well at this restaurant. I had octopus and potatoes and a truly exceptional stuffed pasta with scallops. My daughter also ordered a stuffed pasta with polenta and Montasio cheese with calamari sauce. Both entrees were delicious. It was recommended to me, and I was truly amazed by the quality and presentation. The price was reasonable, and you're truly happy to spend it. Highly recommended.
