20/03/2026: I reserved a table for my graduation party, they are thieves, be really careful, I gave the waitress cash and asked for a receipt and when she came she said there was a mistake and in the envelope the cashier had put the money she only gave me back 40 euros out of the 45 euros and i saw it was 45euro in envelope and she trow a receipt quickly!, many times i counted and reach they wrong !girl kept trying to convince me that it was right and then I went to the cashier and told her the story and she said she gave the waitress back 45 euros! And she asked her to give me the rest of my money! And then the girl came and threw the money away angrily and said it was like a tip! I should give the tip, not that if I wasn't careful you would steal my money!! Be careful!!!! Rud behavior!! And I booked the table because it was added to my guests I asked them to add a table for us but they didn't do it and with rud and very bad behavior she changed our place to a super cold place and ruined my party and the manager there was extremely rude!!!! I don't recommend it at all

18/03/2026: Very spacious and welcoming place, full of young people. I ate there on Wednesday evening, with an ever-changing buffet for €16, including a drink! Congratulations, we'll be back on Friday.

17/03/2026: The restaurant is listed on Just Eat (which, I must point out, is not to blame) and, a couple of nights ago, I ordered a pizza, since it was the only place open at that time. It was around 12:30 AM. Delivery requested as soon as possible and expected (by them, of course) at 1:10 AM. After a half-hour delay, still nothing. So I decided to call the restaurant and spoke first with a man but decided to hang up (not very polite because he was sleeping?) and then with a woman who called me back (same as above). I complained about the delay and a very unpleasant conversation ensued in which, due to the absolute lack of courtesy on both sides, I decided not to provide my address so they could verify the order. Which, as far as I was concerned, was tantamount to giving up. I didn't mince words, so imagine (!), since the conversation was getting heated, I asked which seedy area the two of them lived in. At this point, the woman insinuates that I've never placed an order, accuses me of being a nuisance at 2 a.m., and finally calls me crazy, thinking she's offending me. Crazy. The truth is, these "gentlemen" are completely unsuited to the job they do. They have no way of dealing with customers, and this is—and will always be—the main requirement for running a business. Unless this is their primary concern, and I'll stop there. End of story: at 2 a.m. I receive three consecutive calls, which I decide not to answer...it was too late and I'd lost my appetite. So I'll never know if the pizza actually arrived or if it was a call to let me know it was on its way (maybe around 3 a.m.). I'm not advised, with the utmost certainty that the pizza won't arrive. I sincerely hope Just Eat revokes the space they're granting these people. Lastly: regarding these troubled or failed deliveries, I've read interesting reviews not dissimilar to mine, with which I concur. I'm now waiting for a response from the owner. We're having fun. After speaking with Ella on March 16th, and after Ella barely let me speak, as if she had a script to recite and couldn't lose her composure, I called Just Eat back (had the line been dropped?) to clarify that: 1) we hadn't had any chance to speak cordially on this occasion either, as we had on the 14th; 2) given the late hour on the 14th, there was certainly a misunderstanding because I was simply tired of waiting and feeling a bit uneasy; 3) I didn't answer the phone calls that probably—I'm not sure—announced the arrival at 2:00 of my pizza, ordered an hour and a half earlier, and therefore 4) I didn't intend to request a refund, which I rightly (no need to bold it) wasn't interested in, other than I wasn't entitled to. You know, sometimes people prefer dignity to a few pennies. You can keep them. Calls made to Just Eat customer service are recorded, so I have no fear of being contradicted on the points listed. They won't deliver the food you ordered through the app, and you'll end up wasting time waiting for an order that will never arrive, leaving you hungry. About a week ago, we ordered food through Just Eat. Since my phone number is French, I was worried the courier might have trouble contacting me once it arrived, so I went out and waited in front of my accommodation starting 10 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. However, despite the wait, the courier never arrived, and suddenly the order was marked as "delivered" and closed. However, I hadn't received anything at all. The restaurant's behavior after the incident was truly disconcerting. They rejected my calls and blocked me on WhatsApp, making any further contact impossible and denying any form of assistance. I was very angry and wanted to write a review right away, but I preferred to take the time to reconstruct the facts and describe the situation objectively. That's why I'm writing only now. • Looking at the lowest-rated reviews, you can find many other users describing exactly the same experience as me. 14/03/2026: A casual place where you really enjoy eating pizza. They also offer meat. Hilarious menu. I ordered a Margherita and finally ate a proper pizza. They also make Neapolitan pizza and the desserts are worth trying. Prices are average, and the staff is kind and professional.

05/03/2026: I've been frequenting this pizzeria forever, and for years it was a true neighborhood staple. The supplì were fantastic, the pizza was truly good, and the service was always reliable. It was a given. In recent years, however, the situation has changed dramatically. The pizza has become mediocre, the supplì are still decent but no longer the best they once were, and above all, the service has deteriorated dramatically. Deliveries consistently arrive at least 40 minutes late, the pizza arrives cold even though I live just a few meters from the pizzeria, and orders are often incorrect (like last time: I ordered classic and 'nduja supplì, and only the classic ones arrived). The most disappointing thing, however, is the quantities, which no longer match those stated or those served in the past. A tray of Margherita pizza, for example, is delivered in two boxes, but the pizza inside is small, doesn't fill the container, and bears no resemblance to the "real" tray of pizzas they once served. It feels like they're trying to cut corners on portions, and that's unacceptable to me. After many years of loyalty, unfortunately, this has become a big no for me.

Now let's get into the details: 1) Location: A magnificent 500-year-old structure on Via Nicolai, the long central street that leads to the foot of the magnificent Palazzo Farnese. 2) Ownership: A husband and wife team run the place, and as we all know, family-run business minimizes risk. Mrs. Ilaria, working in the dining room with Germana, and Ilaria's husband in the kitchen, creating excellent dishes, truly form the perfect team. 3) Service: Ilaria's kindness and helpfulness gave us moments of absolute pleasure, with service that was never intrusive but also never absent. 4) Food Quality: From the excellent mixed fried fish, to the excellent (and beautiful to look at) grilled dishes, to the interesting and delicious first courses, and the desserts, everything that arrived at the table was met with admiration and a great taste. The generous portions are typical of places that do well, and therefore cater not only to tourists but also, and above all, to locals. Locals, especially in this area, prefer these generous portions. It's good to know this before ordering... 5) The price: not a cent more than you'd hoped to pay!!! Exceptional!! I can only say good things about this place, and if you're in the area and looking for a place to stay, Ilaria will also welcome you to her B&B. Could you ask for more?

13/02/2026: The beef steak was good quality and well-prepared. Unfortunately, however, the service was rather slow and the atmosphere was excessively noisy. In particular, we weren't informed about the karaoke station, which made the atmosphere very chaotic: the high volume and the constant raucous singing of other customers made it difficult to converse and enjoy the dinner in peace. More attention to the overall customer experience would have been appreciated.
