The pizza my group ordered, regardless of the finishing touches, had undercooked crust.
Assuming it was a bad night, I'll leave, given previous visits, and give the benefit of the doubt.
I recommend providing more appropriate lighting (very low), at least for my seating position.

27/04/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat here, fantastic food, excellent service, and a very clean environment. Luckily, restaurants like this still exist.
08/04/2026: Luca, the host, prepared a truly delicious dinner using local Deco products (with a municipal designation of origin), including gluten-free options. The asparagus tart was excellent as an appetizer, as were the fettuccine with cream of local peppers and anchovies with local herbs. Excellent wine and excellent extra virgin olive oil. The dessert was delicious, even for gluten-free eaters. I highly recommend it for its exquisiteness and for Luca's passion for creating and revisiting traditional local recipes.

30/05/2026: We had dinner here, including two supplì and two pizzas, water, and a beer. The bill was a fair €31. The staff was friendly. We saw pasta dishes served, which looked inviting and had generous portions. Overall, we were satisfied, and if we're ever in the area again, we'll return...to their new location, where they'll be moving soon.
05/05/2026: This was our first visit to this delightful restaurant, as our friends who've been there several times knew about it. We were pleasantly surprised by both the location and the beautiful view. We sat inside, of course, because it's still early for outdoor seating, but we looked out as soon as we left, and the view was truly marvelous. The pizza is delicious, thin and crispy, and the various types of suppli are also very good. I especially loved the griciette, which were truly amazing! The atmosphere is truly welcoming, and there are only a few tables, so reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays. It's located in the upper part of town. Good value. Recommended.

17/05/2026: A sure thing! Thin, crispy pizza, topped with both tasty and traditional ingredients, but always excellent. Excellent fried foods, delicious desserts, friendly and always attentive staff, and a super reasonable bill! TOP!!!
03/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria and delicious meat. I recommend the tartare, not to mention the fried foods. The pizza is exceptional, with a very digestible leavening.
Affordable prices, polite and courteous staff.
Everything is excellent. I recommend the desserts.

19/05/2026: An absolutely disappointing experience. The food quality was terrible, nothing seemed fresh, and it was definitely not worth the money. The staff was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. The place was overly crowded, with tables and chairs packed together, to the point of being uncomfortable for the entire evening.
Furthermore, the whole aperitivo system seems like a scam: whether you order an aperitivo or not, they still charge you. This place may have been good three years ago, but it's definitely not good now. I will never go back, and I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your time or money.

24/05/2026: A quaint, small but welcoming place run by a family... on a Saturday night at 9:30 PM, they were obviously packed, and the pizza chef and owner kindly told us that if we gave him half an hour, he'd make us two pizzas to go... in the meantime, he offered us a glass of beer... Good pizza and a GREAT welcome...

22/04/2026: In the historic center of Vitorchiano. A very unique, charming atmosphere carved out of the local peperino stone. The welcome is informal and extremely friendly, and the service is attentive. The pizzas are thin and crispy, with a wide selection and takeout options. The price was a pleasant surprise, as it felt like we'd gone back twenty years.
