06/03/2026: What a wonderful discovery! At New Bistro, the food is truly tasty and carefully prepared. We started with a rich and generous appetizer, perfect for sharing and made with top-quality ingredients. The first courses were also fantastic, with balanced flavors and perfect cooking. A complete culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for substance and quality in a modern setting.
31/01/2026: We stayed here and the welcome and friendliness were our calling card as soon as we arrived. We were very happy with the service and the quality of the food we received. We can only recommend it and will definitely be back ♥️

07/03/2026: A reunion with old friends and a pizza menu, classic appetizers with good-quality cured meats, cheeses, focaccia, and fried foods. It's a shame there weren't any supplì, a classic fried dish to test the quality of a pizzeria. The pizzas are classic Roman-style, thin and richly topped. I tried various types, and they all passed with flying colors. Importantly, even after overindulging in the quantity and types of pizza, I didn't have any digestive issues. The service was discreet but attentive, in a unique, if somewhat dated, setting. The price was a pleasant surprise, excellent value. I'll be back to try the cuisine, especially the grilled meats.

16/03/2026: Nice location, nice outdoor space, and super friendly and professional service. Excellent food, from the appetizers to the meats and even the pizza. Prices are average, and the pizza menu is really affordable. Congratulations, definitely worth a try.
10/03/2026: Very friendly staff and excellent pizza because so far I've only tried that one. The place where it is located is in a nice area outside the city with ample free parking.

I'm delighted, and I'll definitely be back.
15/02/2026: After a long time, we returned to this place and found it renovated, different from how we remembered it, and very, very well-kept.
The staff was young and friendly, the place was spotless and welcoming.
The fried food was spectacular, absolutely excellent.
The pizza was superb; the potatoes and sausage were truly special!
Now we'll try the more gourmet ones because they have some very unusual and interesting combinations.
Congratulations to everyone!!

28/02/2026: Appalling service. I witnessed an absurd scene: the woman, whom I believe to be the owner, told some customers to get lost because they were paying the bill with two-euro coins, and she even threw the receipt at them. I've never seen anything like it.
27/02/2026: Dined at san marco on two ocassions while visiting rome. Food and service was very good. Best food we ate in rome. Would highly recommend

28/02/2026: We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of an acquaintance, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to our expectations.
We started with fried food, which turned out to be of poor quality: the zucchini flowers were so soaked in oil that they were heavy and unpleasant, so much so that we couldn't finish them.
The first courses were average, but nothing special: very simple flavors, easily replicated at home.
For dessert, I had a tart with cream and strawberries, unfortunately completely bland and tasteless.
All this was accompanied by a "Riflessi" white wine, worth about €7, but sold for €19.
Overall, a disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend.

20/03/2026: I've eaten at this pizzeria and restaurant several times and have always had a great experience. The pizza is very good, with a special leavening method that makes it easy to digest. You can choose between thin or slightly thicker Neapolitan-style pizzas with different dough types. The first courses, such as amatriciana, cacio e pepe, and carbonara, are also excellent. The service is fast and the staff are very polite. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
