We had gone with great enthusiasm, hoping to enjoy local food. Unfortunately, we were completely disappointed. Terrible service. The dishes we ordered arrived drowned in oil and onion. A chickpea and chestnut soup was undignified (it tasted only of oil and rosemary), served with a meager crouton. When we asked for more, we had to wait an indefinite amount of time while the soup cooled. Not recommended.

28/10/2025: We went for aperitivo one evening. I was very impressed with the atmosphere. It's a very unique place, meticulously crafted with countless details and decorations. Everywhere you look, there's something charming and unique to notice. The exterior is stunning, full of plants and decorations. The interior is also unique, full of different styles that blend together beautifully. And what about the bathroom? It's one of the most beautiful and creative I've ever seen. The owner is truly kind and welcoming, and the place reflects her artistic and creative personality.

23/11/2025: The owners are very kind. However, for the past two years, I've found it unfair that the menu has been the same for all pizza flavors. Someone choosing a Margherita, which usually costs €6.00, is honestly exaggerated here. The pizza turned out rubbery, which was much better and cheaper back in the day.
09/11/2025: Pizza served on two generously sized plates, with good dough and quality ingredients (it was my first time trying nettle pizza, and I have to say it didn't disappoint). The fried foods were also very good, especially the various types of supplì. Friendly staff, good value.

04/11/2025: The staff were friendly, the food was decent, and I didn't like the creamy scampi risotto at all, but the rest was good. The gnocchi, which were off-menu and on the blackboard, were delicious.

03/10/2025: A wonderful, authentic family pizza restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you're in Fondi, you absolutely must visit for a meal. The menu is extensive and offers a wide variety of dishes, even if you're not a pizza lover or just want something different. The service is excellent, and they speak some English.
14/09/2025: Very nice, clean place, with friendly and welcoming staff. There are plenty of seats. The menu offers a wide selection:
you can choose from pizzas (many options) with bruschetta and fried foods to the classic full lunch with appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, ice cream, and desserts. You can choose between meat or seafood. The selection is truly extensive. From the products I've had the pleasure of trying, I can say they're excellent, well-prepared. They have an extensive selection of bottled wines and a selection of beers. Excellent value for money. I think it's a good place to try. It's far from my home, so I was just passing through the area, but I'd love to return if I could.

12/11/2025: We stopped after a motorbike ride on the occasion of the chestnut festival of Rocca di Papa, a place with a large parking lot, very kind staff, even without a reservation they found us a table, good quality food and abundant first courses, I recommend
22/10/2025: Nice place. We had dinner during the chestnut festival in Rocca di Papa. The polenta with wild boar was good. The wine was excellent. It's a shame the menu was displayed verbally. A written version would be better. The waiter was kind and helpful, though. Everything was quick. Good.

16/09/2025: Right in front of the Anna Micheli school is a small pizzeria. Fabio's pizza is so tasty, thin, and crunchy that it really makes you happy first thing in the morning. But the real discovery is the homemade pastries... His wife, Barbara, makes some truly divine ricotta and chocolate cakes, and the almond and chocolate one is incredibly light, a true delight: soft, lightly sweetened, made with simple, natural ingredients and no preservatives... and they also make excellent coffee. The kindness of the owners rounds it all off and harmonizes it all. What more can I say? A hidden gem of excellence. Highly recommended!
08/05/2025: Good and quiet place to have a quick bite if you are around. When we arrived in the morning pizza wasn't ready and it looked different compared to the previous pictures posted. But then the shelf was replenished.

The pizza is very thin and delicious, easy to digest for those looking for that pizza that doesn't come along the next day.
The waiters are very friendly and make you feel at home.
I happily return every time I have to decide which restaurant to go to for a delicious pizza, although I confess I order two because they are so thin and delicious.

09/08/2025: My review refers to the delivery service, which was simply perfect. The pinsa arrived piping hot, and we loved them. The dough is very light and easy to digest, and the ingredients are good quality. The prices are fair (Margherita €8). This is our second order, and we'll definitely order from Infarinare again.
