23/09/2025: Make a reservation, it's definitely worth it, especially on weekends when it fills up quickly. The pizza was delicious; we were just amazed by the shrimp placed like that on the pizza; we'd never seen that before. The appetizers were very good, and the octopus was perfect. Approved!!

10/10/2025: Small beach with various amenities, umbrellas and loungers for €15, drinks service on the beach, and a bar/restaurant. The service was good, but I can't say the same about the food and the bill. The service was friendly and helpful.

27/10/2025: Pleasant and clean atmosphere, attentive and courteous staff, and authentic, delicious ingredients. I ordered the house special: fresh pasta with pumpkin cream, guanciale, and pecorino cheese. The presentation was exquisite and the flavor unbeatable. The freshly sliced, homemade bread and the house white wine were an excellent accompaniment, along with, of course, the ever-present Fiuggi water. I couldn't resist the homemade dessert, a delicious ricotta and chestnut tart. Thank you, Cinzia, for your passion in creating a unique sensory experience! Long live the New Bistro! 🥰🎉😋

03/10/2025: A wonderful, authentic family pizza restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you're in Fondi, you absolutely must visit for a meal. The menu is extensive and offers a wide variety of dishes, even if you're not a pizza lover or just want something different. The service is excellent, and they speak some English.

14/09/2025: Very nice, clean place, with friendly and welcoming staff. There are plenty of seats. The menu offers a wide selection: you can choose from pizzas (many options) with bruschetta and fried foods to the classic full lunch with appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, ice cream, and desserts. You can choose between meat or seafood. The selection is truly extensive. From the products I've had the pleasure of trying, I can say they're excellent, well-prepared. They have an extensive selection of bottled wines and a selection of beers. Excellent value for money. I think it's a good place to try. It's far from my home, so I was just passing through the area, but I'd love to return if I could.

29/11/2025: We ordered the board pizza with 3 types of pizza. The margarita and 4 cheese pizza were exquisite. The tiramisu was elite!

16/09/2025: Found by chance on The Fork, prices below average, all traditional Neapolitan products. Excellent appetizers and pizza, we'll definitely be back. It's a shame we had to wait a while for the pizzas, but the quality was worth it.

07/09/2025: Located in Genzano di Roma on the street where the town annually hosts the Infiorata, a display of works designed with real flowers (photos attached on the restaurant's website). Beautiful restaurant with attention to detail. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful with any questions or requests about the menu. I went on a Saturday night and it was very busy. I recommend booking a table in advance. Service was a little slow, probably due to the large crowd. The food was delicious. I had a mix of fried foods and pizza (pizza and Neapolitan fried foods). I'd definitely go back.

07/12/2025: Loved all the food we ordered. Pizza was huge and best we've eaten! Crisp thin crust with generous toppings. Fried mixed seafood was excellent!

02/12/2025: I had some authentic Italian pasta and pizza. My favorite calzone was delicious and huge!!! The owner speaks English well, has a sense of humor, and is very friendly.

The service was excellent – the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, perfect for a nice dinner after a long day. 04/11/2025: A simple restaurant, the only distinctive feature being the fresco on the vault. Typical dishes are average. Good desserts. Average prices. Friendly staff.

04/11/2025: The staff were friendly, the food was decent, and I didn't like the creamy scampi risotto at all, but the rest was good. The gnocchi, which were off-menu and on the blackboard, were delicious.

09/11/2025: A client of mine recommended this place to us. It's a simple, rustic place, but the food is good and reasonably priced. The service was super fast, and the staff was friendly and very experienced.

05/11/2025: Bonus money from the website (you can see it in the photo) came right on time — I decided to grab something to eat and relax a bit. The pizza was perfect: hot, with melted cheese and fresh basil leaves. Just a little treat for myself, but it totally lifted my mood!

16/09/2025: Right in front of the Anna Micheli school is a small pizzeria. Fabio's pizza is so tasty, thin, and crunchy that it really makes you happy first thing in the morning. But the real discovery is the homemade pastries... His wife, Barbara, makes some truly divine ricotta and chocolate cakes, and the almond and chocolate one is incredibly light, a true delight: soft, lightly sweetened, made with simple, natural ingredients and no preservatives... and they also make excellent coffee. The kindness of the owners rounds it all off and harmonizes it all. What more can I say? A hidden gem of excellence. Highly recommended!

08/05/2025: Good and quiet place to have a quick bite if you are around. When we arrived in the morning pizza wasn't ready and it looked different compared to the previous pictures posted. But then the shelf was replenished.

12/11/2025: We stopped after a motorbike ride on the occasion of the chestnut festival of Rocca di Papa, a place with a large parking lot, very kind staff, even without a reservation they found us a table, good quality food and abundant first courses, I recommend

22/10/2025: The dishes are few, but of excellent quality, both in terms of preparation and ingredients. The staff in the dining room are extremely kind despite the hustle and bustle (and fatigue) of the festival. I'd say more than excellent!

02/10/2025: A rustic place with welcoming and friendly staff. The pizza is very thin and delicious, easy to digest for those looking for that pizza that doesn't come along the next day. The waiters are very friendly and make you feel at home. I happily return every time I have to decide which restaurant to go to for a delicious pizza, although I confess I order two because they are so thin and delicious.

06/11/2025: An unexpected bonus from the website (you can see it in the photo) turned out to be a great reason to go out for dinner. The pizza was amazing — crispy crust, stretchy cheese, and that rich ham flavor. I didn’t spend all the bonus, of course, but that little bit made the evening so much cozier and tastier.

20/10/2025: The food was amazing — you can tell it was made with care and real skill. Everything was fresh and perfectly balanced in taste. I also counted the calories using the service shown in the photo — it was super quick and convenient. I definitely recommend trying it; it makes tracking your meals so much easier, especially if you care about what you eat.
