13/10/2025: Delicious pizzas at a good price. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

26/09/2025: Small pizzeria that makes custom slices with a very effective choice of pizzas, they all look very good, I had a margarita and another four cheese mushroom. Both are incredible. The dough is thin and super crispy. You can ask him to heat them up for you on the spot, the welcome and the service is fast and very friendly. The place is small so there is not much space there is no seating, the restaurant is clean and well kept and the servers are very friendly I loved it and what's more I didn't find it very expensive because I paid five euros for both. I highly recommend it if you are passing through the area.

08/10/2025: A wonderful experience, the staff were super friendly and welcoming; I arrived just as they were closing, and they served me politely, creating a pleasant, family-like atmosphere. The food was truly delicious and fresh... I'll definitely be back to try all the products available.

23/09/2025: Exceptional products, but unfortunately, one of the two people behind the counter is incredibly unpleasant. It feels like he's doing you a favor every time he serves you. He doesn't even look at you, and I've even heard him raise his voice to himself. Aside from this "pop of color," it's a guarantee for celiacs and those with gluten intolerances: their fresh products are truly delicious.

22/10/2025: The staff here is so kind. My friend and I were having car troubles and Luca let us use the hotel’s charger. We had dinner at the restaurant while waiting for the car to charge and the hotel staff was so helpful to us. We did not stay here so we cannot comment on the rooms but we loved the people

07/10/2025: An older hotel in need of significant maintenance. Rooms are adequately sized, with limited furniture for luggage. Breakfast is adequate, with takeaway options available. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the price is reasonable.

24/06/2025: I've been there many times recently, on Saturday with a colleague of mine we had a great time, the girls were very kind, the outdoor table was very good, the pizza was delicious as were the fried foods.

16/09/2025: Right in front of the Anna Micheli school is a small pizzeria. Fabio's pizza is so tasty, thin, and crunchy that it really makes you happy first thing in the morning. But the real discovery is the homemade pastries... His wife, Barbara, makes some truly divine ricotta and chocolate cakes, and the almond and chocolate one is incredibly light, a true delight: soft, lightly sweetened, made with simple, natural ingredients and no preservatives... and they also make excellent coffee. The kindness of the owners rounds it all off and harmonizes it all. What more can I say? A hidden gem of excellence. Highly recommended!

08/05/2025: Good and quiet place to have a quick bite if you are around. When we arrived in the morning pizza wasn't ready and it looked different compared to the previous pictures posted. But then the shelf was replenished.

01/10/2025: Piazza alla Romana, I didn't really like the supplì (carbonara, cacio e pepe, and amatriciana) because they didn't taste like what I ordered. We had a great time, the service was nice and helpful. The price was excellent. I recommend it! (If I ever return, I'd definitely go there again ;)

20/09/2025: I had a super delicious gluten-free pizza here. It's a paradise for people with celiac disease. The food tastes excellent, super tasty. The menu is extensive. There are hamburgers, French fries (they were simply super delicious 😁👌👌👏), pizzas, and desserts, all gluten-free. And super good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

16/09/2025: Found by chance on The Fork, prices below average, all traditional Neapolitan products. Excellent appetizers and pizza, we'll definitely be back. It's a shame we had to wait a while for the pizzas, but the quality was worth it.

07/09/2025: Located in Genzano di Roma on the street where the town annually hosts the Infiorata, a display of works designed with real flowers (photos attached on the restaurant's website). Beautiful restaurant with attention to detail. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful with any questions or requests about the menu. I went on a Saturday night and it was very busy. I recommend booking a table in advance. Service was a little slow, probably due to the large crowd. The food was delicious. I had a mix of fried foods and pizza (pizza and Neapolitan fried foods). I'd definitely go back.

04/10/2025: My wife, son, and I spent a couple of days in Rome and checked off everything on our bucket list. The last thing we wanted to do before catching our train to the next destination was enjoy an authentic Roman-style pizza. Our hotel recommended San Marco, a local favorite. We knew most restaurants close between lunch and dinner, so we were happy to find a place that came highly recommended and was open. When we arrived, there was only one other table occupied, and we chose to sit on the patio. The menu offered plenty of options, but we were there solely for the pizza. We ordered two different pizzas, and unfortunately, both were a bit of a letdown. There wasn’t anything particularly wrong with them—perhaps they just weren’t our style. We had high expectations since everything else we’d eaten in Rome up until that point had been exceptional. All in all, if you’re looking for a quick, convenient place to eat, San Marco fits the bill. But if you’re after an authentic experience and some of the best pizza in Rome, this probably isn’t the spot.

02/10/2025: We came here for dinner. The food was OK , not more. They didn’t serve all the entrees at the same time , the pizza arrived a little cold. And after paying the bill the waiter was a bit aggressive over the fact that we didn’t add service to the bill ( we thought it was automatically added) .

19/07/2025: Nice and well-kept place. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pinsa wasn't particularly exciting in my opinion: not very flavorful but well-leavened. In this context, I'd definitely recommend it again to try the rest of the menu.

29/06/2025: I highly recommend this place, Don Bosco area, Tuscolana. The staff are great, prepared and very kind. Last night was yet another special event I did with them and now I can only say that Alchemico is a sure thing for me. Very good beers and food, top quality ingredients and top service. Come on! 💪🏼😃😃😃

06/07/2025: Unfortunately yesterday I should have tried this restaurant but it was not possible as it closed unexpectedly. I had booked 10 days before by phone a table of 20 people for the hen party of a dear friend of mine, after a beautiful day we arrived there ready for a nice meal in Testaccio and ... SURPRISE .... Place closed without any warning. I'll let you imagine the panic, Saturday night, Rome, Testaccio, 20 people and a bride to surprise ... fortunately we resolved with an excellent restaurant nearby that helped us and welcomed us by preparing a table at the last minute. We all hope nothing serious happened to close without warning the customers with the reservation ...

05/06/2025: Ieri sera sono stata per la prima volta in questo ristorante in occasione di una cena di lavoro. Locale molto bello, all’interno è possibile vedere anche i “cocci”, lo spazio esterno è gradevole, soprattutto nelle belle sere d’estate. Ho trovato una cucina romana ottima, una grande disponibilità da parte di Michele e dello staff alle svariate richieste da parte degli ospiti e grazie mille per il trattamento che avete riservato a me! Spero di tornare da voi presto!

28/09/2025: We happened to stumble upon a place and went in, and it gets incredibly busy in the evenings. It's not wow-worthy, but it's quite tasty. The wood-fired pizzas are delicious.
