09/05/2026: Unfriendly and uninterested staff! A truly unpleasant experience. I had booked a table for 15 people to celebrate my birthday at 7:00 PM; unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances, the group was reduced to 9 people. I promptly apologized and advised that we would arrive at 7:30 PM, while ensuring that we would free up the table in time for the next shift (we left 20 minutes earlier than scheduled). The receptionist was very professional and kind, but the colleague who showed us to the table immediately appeared annoyed and condescending. She greeted us with obvious annoyance, glaring at us and demanding that we leave the table within an hour and a half. When she returned to take our orders, she continued to display unprofessional behavior: expressions of disgust for every request and eye rolls when someone asked for a change to a pizza ingredient. We ordered a salad and eight pizzas; After the appetizers (french fries, which were very good and homemade), we had to wait about 40 minutes for our dishes. Meanwhile, another waiter approached and asked if we had ordered; when we said yes, he rolled his eyes and left without saying anything else. Later, a waitress came by to collect our empty water bottles (which were very small, by the way) and asked if we wanted anything else. As I was responding, asking for more water, she walked away without letting me finish my sentence and never returned. We then had to ask another waitress again, who fortunately listened to us and took care of it. When they finally arrived, the pizzas were mostly burned and, according to many of my guests, not very tasty. Considering the treatment we received, we felt uncomfortable even asking for a remake. In conclusion, an evening that started badly and got even worse. Beyond the personal inconvenience, I'm sorry for the poor impression I made on my guests. We maintained a polite and respectful attitude, paying for decidedly poor service. I will never recommend this place to anyone again. This isn't meant to be controversial, but simply to share my experience and that of my guests.

22/01/2026: Today, January 22nd, I had the Burrata pizza during my lunch break. I really enjoyed it. It looked great. I had the tomato sauce removed because it makes me feel acidic. I also had raw arugula served on the outside, with a lovely giant mozzarella in the center. I'll definitely be back when I'm passing through. Friendly pizza chef. The place is well-kept; I didn't find a speck of dust, and you can even eat outside (in better times). There's a spacious table available.

07/04/2026: We arrived and sat at our reserved table for 3 and immediately asked the waitress for a small plate of cooked ham for my 1-year-old son. After 20 minutes, the plate still hadn't arrived. I went to check and they told me it was coming. After another 20 minutes, the plate still hadn't arrived. I went to check again and asked her what we'd like to order. Shortly after, the waitress arrived. We ordered our pizzas and the plate hadn't arrived yet. I asked her for it and after 15 minutes, the cooked ham finally arrived! Shortly after, our pizzas also arrived and they were WRONG... by now I told her that we'd just eat them and not remake them because we'd already waited too long! At the cashier, I told her that it was terrible service and the waitress replied that when there are too many people, they can't manage the place 😱😱 Get a move on guys because you can't hear a sentence like that!!

06/04/2026: On Via Zanardi, before Noce, is Trattoria Pizzeria Vaporino. We'd never been there before, so we made a reservation and were extremely kindly informed that they accept dogs. The atmosphere is unique, both old and new, yet comfortable. The dining room is truly full, yet still allows us to chat freely. The place setting is classic—keep in mind that we're in a pizzeria, after all. We ordered a schiacciata upon entry, which was exceptional, crispy and flavorful. The seafood first courses were spaghetti bianchi with clams and scialatielli with shellfish, superb! The grilled tuna steak with pistachios was incredibly fresh, and the desserts were just as delicious! A classic crème caramel from days gone by, and the zuppa inglese and ricotta with pears were superb. The owner, very approachable, clearly has years of experience behind him and knows exactly how to put you at ease, as do the servers, who are quick and witty. In conclusion, our opinion is relevant to the flavors of the sea and even if the location does not meet our standards, we believe it deserves recognition!!!

05/04/2026: We went to Vaporino for a last family dinner before dropping my son off at Bologna airport for his departure. The location was incredibly convenient and strategic for us: we had a great time. The atmosphere is truly welcoming. We started with mixed fried foods, dry and crispy, and continued with pizza, which turned out excellent: light, well-leavened dough, and quality ingredients. The desserts were also delicious. The staff was extremely friendly, and the service was quick and pleasant. Excellent value. Highly recommended!

01/05/2026: The food is good...but the service leaves much to be desired! One of the waitresses is very uninterested and unprofessional! I won't be returning! I had Swiss friends who wanted to eat traditional Bolognese food, and I didn't make a good impression.

29/03/2026: We all had a first course and a mixed grill for three...everything was delicious with huge portions. The desserts and cream-filled fried food were equally good. We'll definitely be back.

22/04/2026: What you see in the photo cost €18.50. I took the fruit and paid more, the coffee is separate for €1.30, total cost €19.80... a bit too much for a self-service lunch, but generous portions.

17/04/2026: I went to a dinner. The parking lot wasn't lit because it was raining, so we had to go in blind because we couldn't see the parking lines and couldn't figure out where the entrance was, having come from behind. We wanted to eat local produce; I was told they only make it on weekends. Not knowing what to order, we ordered a pizza, which the waiter held in his hand as he went around the room to seat some customers who had just entered, talking with his pizza in his hand (hoping he hadn't spat in it while talking). Then we ordered a risotto with zucchini and shrimp, having chosen the Italian cuisine room because they also have Chinese cuisine. I was expecting an Italian risotto, but instead we got rice that was almost in broth with shrimp cut Chinese-style and zucchini, and the added stuff tasted nothing. The only good things were the charcuterie board (at least that was available) and the packaged ice cream. The gentleman who served us afterwards was also extremely disappointed; you could see his face, as well as mine, with disappointment! I don't understand why truck drivers always go to places where the food is good. But here, it's clear they only choose it for the parking.

05/05/2026: A gastronomic reference point for the town and the area. Highly visible on the main road. A family-friendly atmosphere and a very extensive menu with a focus on seafood. Fair prices considering the season and the general average.
