14/07/2025: I've been frequenting Le Sorelle Trattoria for years, with great satisfaction, thanks to the food, friendly and fast service, and excellent value. I was there today and witnessed the complaints of the person who critically reviewed the place... well, I've been saying for a while that to review other people's work, you need to develop the necessary skills, but it's clear that beyond just their Italian grammar, some people also need to improve their gastronomic culture. I highly recommend Le Sorelle for their food, service, and quality.

28/05/2025: Arrived after 9pm without a reservation, even though the pizzeria was full they told me that within half an hour they would have me seated (there were 4 of us). 20 minutes later I was already at the table, many varieties of pizza and very good.

20/07/2025: We found this pizzeria on our way to the Fair. We were immediately struck by the entrance. We asked if they could seat two people (without a reservation) and if our German Shepherd could come in. The staff (very kind) told us that there was no problem with the dog (and for that alone they had already earned points). We ordered two pizzas (they make them thin here), but for my wife and I, the important thing is the dough and the toppings... FANTASTIC! Delicious (for us), then we ordered two desserts and they were equally good. So, a beautiful place, very kind to animals, good pizza and dessert, friendly waiters... A place we will gladly return to when we return to Crevalcore. Thanks everyone.

06/06/2025: Ho chiamato questo venerdì sera, 06/06/2025, per prenotare una pizza d'asporto e al di là del fatto che il ragazzo con cui ho parlato non conosceva la differenza fra asporto e domicilio, è stato profondamente maleducato e svogliato. La pizza? Niente di chè.

29/06/2025: My girlfriend and I arrived two minutes before closing time, we asked if there was still the possibility to eat inside the restaurant and the staff even waited for us beyond time. For me, the best pizzeria in Bologna in terms of staff and pizza.
