06/04/2026: Terrible experience. We'd heard about the reopening of the famous Bruciata, which had been closed for a while, so my friend and I decided to go. We made a reservation for 8:00 PM, arrived, and were seated at a table. After 20 minutes, I called a waiter to at least bring drinks and place our order. The place was busy but not full; we'd opted for two pizzas to save time. We waited an hour without receiving anything except drinks. I asked the waitress what had happened to our order. Conclusion: our order hadn't been noted. We got up and left; we definitely won't be back.
