19/07/2025: The food as a hotel guest on an adventure trip clearly showed where savings needed to be made. The hotelier's motivation can be described as disinterested. A la carte guests were significantly more important.

29/05/2025: We did not stay at the hotel but we did eat at the restaurant a couple of times. The first time all went well, but the second time was disappointing. The second time we went ( as a medium sized group of seven ), the waiter quoted us 7 Euros each for a group appetiser platter but charged us much, much more. Be careful!!! Unacceptable business practise!!

15/04/2025: I've been here now to make 4 pizzas from the grocery store, terrible and not very disgusting, Margherita pizza all with holes and no flavour, a marinade without garlic or oregano, only half a bottle of oil that could make ragù, a fried dish divided half and half with salami inside and thank goodness we were told the classic one with sausage and chips instead yiustel and raw chips on top and just a disgrace but where did the Pizzaiolo make it if it continues like this for a short time to let you know we threw it all away

The food was excellent — we ordered the pizza, the onion and beef pasta, and a mussel dish, and every single one was divine. You could truly taste the care and quality in each bite. The restaurant is family-run, and the atmosphere reflects that in the best way — warm, friendly, and welcoming. The staff made us feel right at home, and their passion for what they do really shines through. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious food in a cozy, down-to-earth setting. We’ll definitely be coming back!

19/06/2025: Excellent value for money, the food is good and fresh, water and soft drinks included in the fixed lunch, the place is a little dated but the spaces are fine - the ventilation should be changed a little as the windows do not open like vasistas (tilting) - Internal parking at the restaurant entrance - easily accessible from the main road.

13/07/2025: Visitamos este encantador lugar dos de cada cuatro noches. Muy a un precio razonable. Porciones enormes. El personal suele ser local y te atiende tan pronto como les das un vistazo. Las pizzas están ricas. Lasaña irreal. Pan de ajo delicioso. Lo visitaría nuevamente si regresara.

07/07/2025: Bastante promedio, para ser justos. La pizza no tiene nada de especial y las he probado mejores en casa, en el horno de pizza. El pez espada estaba congelado y, para ser justos, no lo anunciaban, por lo que comprarlo fue un gran error. Buena ubicación, precio razonable y personal aceptable, pero no esperes nada especial.

14/07/2025: If I could do one star I would. Usually don’t give bad ratings as it will impact the business. However in this occasion I had to. This was the absolute worst. The spagetti was sooooo salty you cannot eat it and they will say oh well. The management is so horrible and have attitude problem all of then

13/07/2025: I am rating the service. I fell on the street and the friendly staff helped me, gave me ice and they were very empathetic.. Limoncello, which is perfect, took pain away immediately!!

13/03/2025: Ho organizzato un pranzo con le mie amiche in questo ristorante centralissimo nella splendida piazza, difronte alla chiesa di Santa Sofia. Nonostante fossimo in 15 la proprietaria e il suo staff ci hanno offerto un ottimo servizio, veloce, senza lunghe attese nonostante le ordinazioni tutte diverse. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo sia la carne che il pesce e la signora Susanna ci ha anche omaggiato di una piccola bottiglia di limoncello. Ci siamo trovate benissimo e soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo che ci abbiano dato la possibilità di apparecchiare la tavola personalizzandola con i nostri colori. Lo consiglio vivamente

14/07/2025: Il locale è molto apprezzato per la sua posizione privilegiata, a due passi dal lungomare, dal Castel dell'Ovo e da Piazza del Plebiscito: offre veranda e saletta privata, ideale per cene romantiche o in famiglia . L’ambiente è descritto come elegante, curato e accogliente, con attenzione ai dettagli. La cucina propone piatti classici campani, sia di terra sia di mare: baccalà alla Luciana, orata, paccheri, spaghetti allo scoglio e fritti . Prezzo medio intorno ai €30–€40 a persona .

15/06/2025: Unfortunately, the experience with this place was rather negative: we ordered two take-out pizzas, one of which was diavola, which was inedible due to the very salty sauce. When we called to explain the situation, they responded by saying they didn't know how to help us, and then ended up very rudely hanging up the phone. I will never order from this pizzeria again.

30/05/2025: Met by chance during a pizza party with friends and relatives, I discovered an exceptional pizza: exquisite, light, with excellent ingredients well measured, excellent leavening and hydration. The service is also adequate. A pizza to try absolutely. Light. I recommend it. I especially love the tomato fillet. Average prices. Enjoy your meal.

21/06/2025: It's a pleasant weekly appointment now! There are so many super gourmet pizzerias now, but we are for tradition! Always the same, Margherita provola and pepper made excellently I have tried others, but nothing is unbeatable! Before the pizza two giant crocche' made of potatoes of an unparalleled exquisiteness! Everyone is very kind, now the waiter of great professionalism and friendliness knows perfectly what we will order😂 Do we want to talk about the prices? Unbeatable, the only ones still where you can go with your family for dinner and not break the bank.

08/02/2025: Ieri sera abbiamo festeggiato 50esimo di mio marito devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto ma quello che mi ha sconvolta sono i croche' del signor Antonio che mi hanno lasciato senza parole buonissimi ,ottimo cibo in generale tutto fresco bene cucinato e servito. Un grazie va al signor Aldo che ci ha fatto divertire con il suo caraoke e la sua allegria non meno i camerieri stupendi gentile e velocissimi. Ci siamo sentiti severamente soddisfatti della scelta fatta ci ritorneremo sicuramente consiglio a tutti di andare anche i bambini si diverto tanto un grande abbraccio e grazie di tutto

21/07/2025: This restaurant is a tourist trap. They had a DJ playing American music outside to lure you in. There was a long line of people waiting. When you are seated, everything is rushed. They didn’t have recommendations, or want to answer questions. They were just in a hurry to get you in and out. The bread was hard and not very good. The only gluten free options for my daughter were Risotto or steak / other meat. My husband ordered lasagna and said it was “ok”. My spaghetti with tomatoes was nothing special. We wouldn’t eat here again.

20/07/2025: Got off the ferry from Almafi & the lift to the city center was too long so we voyaged by foot. Upon reaching the top, this place caught our eye after only being able to walk a short distance more. Waiters were friendly & older one was most social. Our food was DELICIOUS! We both cleaned our plates dry. Gnnocchi was cooked on point & loved the sauce! I asked for Parmesan & the waiter agreed with me - life is cheese ❤️. Husband enjoyed his linguine with calamari & shrimp. Side of grilled veggies had good crunch and was a nice addition to the pastas. I’m no wine connoisseur so idk names to prices. I was a little bummed that a glass of Chianti was €16 but when in Sorrento right? We definitely did not have room for desert. Eating outside was a pleasant experience, noisy enough to feel like I’m eating dinner outside in Italy, but not loud enough to not hear our table conversation. The waiter did prompt that they did not charge a service fee- I knew what that meant & had already intended to tip anyway. Im not mad at yeh hustle. When tourists eat in Sorrento right?

14/05/2025: Reported but negative experience for a very obvious defect: fried and baked pizza (double cooking) cannot be too greasy with oil. Too much. Served pre-cut into 4 impossible to enjoy with your hands, but even worse covering the flavor of the aubergines since only the oil is predominant. No it really doesn't work, just for this score ONE!!!

08/06/2025: ideal place to have a birthday party. Excellent food and fast service. They are not particularly friendly but I have seen worse. There is a large parking lot which seen around many places do not have it is a lot of stuff. The pizza was good but not excellent however the fried fish even if not abundant together with the octopus salad was good. Overall a nice 8 deserves it. Price average for the place.

26/05/2025: A wonderful café with a wide selection of fresh pastries and meals. They also offer a variety of sweet treats and drinks that children will love. The staff is exceptional, and the service is top-notch. The coffee is especially delicious—rich in flavor and perfectly prepared. A special shoutout to the waitress Rosa for her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended! 😃

16/05/2025: Great place to eat a pizza fritta and drink a nice cold Peroni. Prices good, service good. Right in front of the entrance/exit of Pompei Scavi.
