Pizzeria Bella Mariana provided the absolute perfect ending to our day! We were completely charmed after shopping along the famous Christmas Lane, and the location of Bella Mariana couldn't have been better—it was exactly where we needed to be to relax and recharge.
The atmosphere and vibe are outstanding. It feels authentically Neapolitan, buzzing with warmth and genuine excitement, but still incredibly cozy. We felt right at home the moment we walked in.
What truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and truly seemed to love what they do. And of course, the pizza was everything you dream of in Naples—fresh, perfectly charred, and absolutely delicious. If you are in Naples, especially after visiting the Christmas markets, this place is a non-negotiable stop!

05/03/2026: What could you possibly expect from a restaurant located in the heart of Pozzuoli, a melting pot of Neapolitans and tourists from all over Italy and perhaps the world? It's not an elitist restaurant, so you have to settle for the culinary offerings and their quality. The first thing you notice upon arrival is the overcrowded outdoor terrace: often, all too often, you end up chatting with the people at the next table. If you're a tourist (which fits the stereotype), it might be fun, but if you're looking for a bit of privacy, this isn't the place for you! Quite the opposite! You might run into (as we did) a super-confident (and wine-fueled) person who takes his latest conquest out to dinner and shouts and screams because he has to let everyone know. If they then spot you and choose you as their conversation partner, they might start telling you how their love story began... the suggestion is to quickly pay the bill and run away: do you want dessert? Coffee? No thanks! You might also (again due to the limited range) witness some truly unpleasant scenes where the restaurant manager (as if he were the owner) rails almost ferociously against the newest member of the restaurant staff for a minor mistake (but the owner is happy). Ultimately, given the high attendance and the fact that it was almost the end of the season, the staff was definitely undercooked. The portions are fair for the price, the dishes are appealing, and after all, being a seaside restaurant, if even the fish dishes aren't good, it wouldn't be so renowned (unjustifiably, in my opinion). The fried fish is quite good when the oil is fresh, but it could be improved: I saw another one arrive at the next table that was overcooked. I must acknowledge the attempt to separate the aperitif area from the dinner area (though it's not always successful), and I can't imagine what would happen otherwise. I would have added half a point to all the options, but Google doesn't allow this.

03/02/2026: Although the pizza was a little burnt, I loved it. They have different flavors and there's only one size, that of a normal pizza.

16/02/2026: Terrible service; they sat us down and within 10 minutes, no one paid attention to us, not even asking us anything, and they didn't even have a menu (I had to find the waitress, who later brought me the QR code).
Then the order was taken by a waiter who was in a hurry and was completely unprofessional.
I asked for advice on which vegetables to put on the pizza (since they don't have any vegan options) and he couldn't suggest anything. In the end, we both (my girlfriend and I) chose a focaccia with broccoli rabe and French fries (they didn't have baked ones), and I had to stop him at the last minute as he ran off, telling him I still had to tell him what we wanted to drink.
So I asked for sparkling water (and then received it still).
I then specified that I wanted peppers on one of the two pizzas, if they had them, and he brought me a plate of peppers on the side (20 minutes before the pizzas) without even an empty plate for my girlfriend, who would have watched me eat on an empty stomach.
The pizzas arrived after a total of 40 minutes (the dining room was almost empty) because they were obviously focusing on takeout pizzas.
The pizza was quite good, but it was all fried and covered in too much oil... not to mention the hair and crumbs I found in my seat when I arrived.
Then the price was incredibly high...that measly pizza with just two simple ingredients was €7.50 (more than a pizza with cream, ham, provolone, and croquettes that they sell, and those ingredients are definitely more expensive).
They decided to put the peppers aside on the plate to justify an additional €4.
When paying, they also noted on the menu some bruschetta and croquettes from another table, as well as drinks.
I told her they weren't ours and explained that it would be nice to find some good vegan alternatives to the usual foods in the future, and the cashier replied that it was Valentine's Day... (which has nothing to do with what I said).
But these days, you know... if someone wants a vegan meal, it's normal to magically raise the prices (despite cheap ingredients), and if they say something constructive, just wait until they finish speaking and say something random.
07/02/2026: I ordered on delivery which was 7.45pm now it's 8.48pm I called them and they told me to wait another hour I didn't even know this pizzeria I wanted to try but honestly disappointed I will never order from here again I hope that at least the pizza arrives hot

31/12/2025: This New Year's Eve was a complete disaster. We paid €110 per person for completely tasteless, some of the food inedible—salt was apparently prohibited. At this price, it's simply unacceptable.
As if that weren't enough, we were split up into different rooms. In another room, there seemed to be at least some atmosphere, while in ours, it was deadly boring. The DJ was embarrassing: zero energy, no partying, just music to put you to sleep. This is not New Year's Eve at all.
The atmosphere was so terribly boring that we didn't even stay until midnight—and that's saying a lot on New Year's Eve.
Both the food and the atmosphere were disastrous. It was an evening to forget and definitely not worth the money.
13/12/2025: Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday, everything was perfect, the venue was great, the staff was great and the food was excellent, so I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: Very disappointed, last night I ordered two pizzas there, present during the preparation of two capricciosas which in Naples are traditional mushrooms, black olives, capers, cooked ham, artichokes, and mozzarella. The employee in charge, a very rude person, prepared the capricciosa with salami, cooked ham, mushrooms, and mozzarella, already finished for delicacy. I told him this is not the capricciosa but he in a dialect tone nui a facim, a so I was forced to take them away and throw them outside so as not to hear complaints at home.
20/02/2026: Tonight I had a chicken with baked potatoes, I was very disappointed, chicken not cooked well, cold inside and the potatoes burnt, hard and very greasy...😐😐😐
