11/07/2025: Une salade de la mer vendue pour deux personnes mais en réalité pour 1 personne vue la quantité minime. Peu diversifée dans son contenu, préparée de manière superficielle sans réel goût… ou assaisonnement, salade insipide. Et le pire tiramisu jamais mangé de ma vie, 😡 mouligasse et imbibé d’eau. Et on est ressortis en ayant faim ! Pour 47€… par contre les clients italiens semblaient bénéficier d’un traitement de régime et de faveur différent : assiettes copieuses. Bref un resto qui se moque des touristes. A éviter !

13/03/2025: Ho organizzato un pranzo con le mie amiche in questo ristorante centralissimo nella splendida piazza, difronte alla chiesa di Santa Sofia. Nonostante fossimo in 15 la proprietaria e il suo staff ci hanno offerto un ottimo servizio, veloce, senza lunghe attese nonostante le ordinazioni tutte diverse. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo sia la carne che il pesce e la signora Susanna ci ha anche omaggiato di una piccola bottiglia di limoncello. Ci siamo trovate benissimo e soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo che ci abbiano dato la possibilità di apparecchiare la tavola personalizzandola con i nostri colori. Lo consiglio vivamente

01/07/2025: the worst pizza of the last 20 years. I live in the area and I know this pizzeria very well, but unfortunately I have to say that it is no longer what it is; rubbery dough, raw, very salty raw ham and overcooked rocket, as for the parmesan flakes that did not arrive. I also asked for fried polenta and that did not arrive either and then I received a Haineken instead of a Peroni with an extra euro and very hot... after an hour expected for delivery. I am from the neighborhood and I suggest you close.

12/10/2025: We arrived at Ristorante Di Giorgio almost by chance, looking for a quiet place to spend our last hour in Capri before catching the boat. The place was completely empty, but the setting was pleasant and the initial service was decent. It was quite windy that afternoon, so we decided to stay a while and order something light: two pizzas. The menu prices are reasonable for the area—especially considering the view and location—although they charge €4 per cover, which is important to keep in mind. The pizzas had good flavor, thin crust, and were cooked properly—not spectacular, but adequate. What was awkward was the ending: when we got up, the waiter quickly came over to ask if we had left a tip and lifted the napkins to check the table. It was a very awkward gesture, especially since, with a €4 cover charge per person, we assumed the service was included. Despite that detail, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience. The place is quiet, with reasonable prices and good food, but the insistence on tips took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable moment. 💡 Helpful Tips: Check the cover charge before ordering; it's already included in the bill. If you're going for a quick pizza, this is a convenient option near the center. 24/10/2025: Nice place and good food, pizzas at a very good price would go again for a nice pizza, it’s a place for locals which is always better to go to instead of the usual tourist restaurant. Would come again!

19/10/2025: Best apertivo special 4-7 6 euros for small pizza and spritz. The spritz was delicious and the pizza larger than expected! The pizzas are only 9.5 euros regardless of what type you order. This place is the best value in the city and was so good as well! Definitely check them out! We were literally the only ones in there and ignored by the servers, so that's the only thing I'd say they could improve upon.

05/11/2025: The food is "average" (for Neapolitan standards, so if you're a tourist, then the standard is "medium-high"). The waitress/cashier is mediocre, but the pizza chefs are brilliant. The pizza is good, the fried foods are frozen, and the service is trying but not quite up to par (though the pizza chefs' speed makes up for it).

25/10/2025: Really good and large pizza, we didn't have to wait to order, the staff were friendly, the two of us didn't spend more than 30 euros, we were very happy with the quality/price ratio

28/09/2025: Big disappointment, an experience not to be repeated A friend had seen the mussel soup of this restaurant on social media and, according to him, it looked very inviting so we decided to try this restaurant, so we went as a group with great expectations. When ordering, we asked for six mussel soups, but I noticed that in the dishes next to them they were served with tomato. I politely asked if it was possible to have one without, but the waiter's answer was very clear: they don't make changes to the dishes, so if I wanted it, I had to accept it as it was or give it up. A surprising rigidity, never seen elsewhere. I then tried to ask for a first course, but even then I was told that all the first courses are with tomato and that it is not possible to change them. I found myself in difficulty, even a little embarrassed, and in the end I opted for a mussels with pepper and a grilled squid. Shortly after, a member of staff arrives and tells us – rather bluntly – that they no longer had enough ingredients for all the soups ordered, so some had to be eliminated. And they told us "see who among you has to give it up", a moment of absurd embarrassment... all without any apology, any empathy from the staff. And the same speech was repeated at other tables: those who had ordered four could receive two, those who had ordered two would receive one... In short, questionable management, especially considering that it was only 9:30 pm on a weekend. Also bad was the fact that they told us that the mussels had run out because I had asked for the peppered one, so it even seems that it was my fault, but it was more than clear that it couldn't be my fault. My peppered one arrives, quite good. The calamari on the other hand... first forgotten, then served raw inside. I take it back, they bring it back to me cooked only slightly better. In the end I eat it because I'm hungry, but the taste was banal, nothing exceptional. My girlfriend ordered a seafood first course that had a lot of broken shell residue, annoying both to the palate and to chew, not to mention the fact that it could be dangerous. The flavor of the dish was rather flat, lacked salt and left nothing really memorable. Some pizzas ordered at the table were cooked well, but the taste was rather anonymous, nothing that left us wanting to return. The icing on the cake: in the bill we found an extra dish, which never arrived. After an internal discussion, they agreed with us, but even then they did not apologize. What a shame! We understand that there could be confusion, mistakes or moments of pressure, but the total lack of flexibility, insufficient organization and lack of empathy towards the customer made us live an experience that we will not repeat. The images on social media are attractive, but the service and the real quality are not up to par. None of us will return. Look at my photos too, the whole thing seems inviting but a lot of show and little yield. Looking back at my own photos I wonder how this is possible... but unfortunately a photo can't tell us anything about the flavor.

09/09/2025: Self-service and a relaxed atmosphere, because it's street food. The food was excellent: we had calzones, arancini, pizza a portafoglio, and pasta with pancetta and provola cheese. They were simply SUPERLATIVE!!!! WHEN YOU LEAVE THE POMPEII RUINS, STOP BY ZIO CARMINE FOR HIS FRESHLY MADE DELICACIES. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I had two trays prepared to take home for dinner. 25/07/2025: Carmine is the dining room manager. Enzo is beyond words, very polite, very friendly, very nice and not only very, very professional, not to mention the fresh food, and excellent quality/price ratio. I recommend it to everyone.

13/10/2025: We came to Pompeii from Rome to see the excavations and booked from Rome after reading the reviews. Six adults and four children all chose different dishes, and we were all pleased with the quality of the dishes we chose.

01/10/2025: Decent place, decent pizzas, arrived after 3 hours, and the fried foods were actually very good. It's a shame the delivery was slow and the pizza was too watery, although it was decent.

01/08/2025: Truly incredible, we are from Quebec and arrived a little early... he welcomed us personally and served us a magnificent local beer... The pizzas taste like heaven
