The problem, which does not depend on them, is the possibility of parking, there are not many parking spaces and the parking lots are quite expensive

03/07/2025: The price of fame: between excellence and lost accessibility Visiting Diego Vitagliano's pizzeria in Bagnoli is a bit like entering a contemporary temple of pizza: elegance, attention to service, and a fame that precedes it, strengthened by the prestigious title of "World Champion" awarded several times. And it is right to recognize his merit, because the pizza is good, the quality is evident. But one question accompanied me throughout the meal, and especially when it came to the bill: how much are we willing to pay for a title? When I visit a pizzeria for the first time, I always choose a margherita. It is the base, the simple and no-frills truth from which to start to understand the heart of a pizza chef. And I must say that the margherita was well made: soft and light dough, well-measured tomato and mozzarella, balanced flavors. Nothing to complain about in the preparation. My wife chose a pizza with courgettes and courgette flowers, very abundant and visually refined. My daughter enjoyed a bufalina with potato chips: generous, tasty, undoubtedly well thought out for a young audience. The problem, however, comes when it comes to costs. 🔹 A margherita for €8.50. 🔹 A pizza with courgettes for €15. 🔹 A simple 0.5l bottle of water for €2.70. 🔹 A 33cl glass Sprite for €3. 🔹 €3 cover charge per person. 🔹 A medium-sized croquette for €3. Quality is not lacking, but let's be honest: we are still talking about pizza. It is not haute cuisine, it is not a tasting journey in several courses. It is one of the symbolic dishes of popular Italy, born to be accessible and shared. And if the “world champion” brand becomes an excuse to raise prices, then we risk losing the very meaning of pizza. No one forced me to go in, that’s obvious. Curiosity led me to live the experience, and it’s right to pay for quality and a well-kept location. But I think the balance has been lost a bit. It’s as if the “luxury of simplicity” has been replaced by a price that reflects the coat of arms more than the real value. Having said that, sincere compliments to the staff: kind, attentive, professional. They asked if we liked everything, they made sure that the experience was positive. This should be recognized and valued.

05/07/2025: For my daughter's communion I chose "i capricci di Laura". Family atmosphere, quiet context and delicious food... There was the sea on the table, all fresh fish and cooked really well. We had compliments from everyone. I highly recommend it thanks

05/07/2025: very clean and welcoming place, modern environment, in summer they open the outdoor garden with lots of lights creating a relaxing atmosphere with soft music, the chef delights us every time with absolutely delicious dishes and different every time ... The flavors of each dish were perfectly balanced and the ingredients incredibly fresh. ideal restaurant for families, we are thinking of celebrating our next events, we will surely make a great impression on our guests

14/06/2025: Quando si accede capisci l'origine del nome, ma in realtà ha una sala interna capiente e anche posti in giardino! I più accorti, noteranno all'ingresso i macchinari: fanno pasta fresca e buone pizze. Vi raccomando i primi, molto buoni. Rapporto qualità prezzo sicuramente buono.

13/06/2025: We've visited several restaurants in Vico Equense over the past few days and this one is by far the best. The ambiance, the staff, and the food are simply perfect, and the prices are simply unbeatable. We felt very comfortable here and will be back again tonight on our last evening.

30/12/2024: We celebrated Christmas Eve with the family at *"A Casa di Bruno" and we were all thrilled! As per tradition, we enjoyed a fish menu that was simply delicious. Each dish was prepared with care and freshness, but the Catalan-style octopus was undoubtedly my favorite, tasty and perfect. Bruno, the host, was truly welcoming and knew how to make the atmosphere even more special with his friendliness, his jokes and the poems he gave us during dinner. It was a pleasure to discover this restaurant, which we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for those looking for quality traditional cuisine and hospitality that knows how to make you feel at home!

28/12/2024: We were there on December 24th.. there were about 18 of us, adults and children.. it's a magical place.. you feel at home.. Bruno is a wonderful person.. besides being an excellent cook he is also a great showman.. with his poems he made us laugh a lot.. We will definitely be back. Thanks Bruno

The venue exceeded our expectations in every way, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to get married or host an event in Sorrento. Planning a wedding from England without a planner could have been daunting, but thanks to Michele and Claudia, the entire process was incredibly easy, smooth, and enjoyable. Their communication was 10/10—prompt, efficient, and attentive to the finest details of my requests. Michele was particularly patient as I navigated countless questions and requests when meeting him at the Villa in the days leading up to the wedding. His understanding and support alleviated any stress and reassured me that our day would be perfect, and it truly was! On the wedding day, Michele went above and beyond by arriving at the ceremony venue to assist with my dress preparation and help my bridal party. When my veil got stuck while walking down the aisle, he was right there, saving the day! The Villa itself is breathtaking, and our guests were blown away by the fabulous views. Many of them told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended, a testament not only to the villa's beauty but also to the incredible team that makes it all possible. When my husband and I arrived at the villa, Michele greeted us with a refreshing glass of water—such a thoughtful gesture that showed his experience in handling weddings, especially in the heat. The decorations were set up perfectly, addressing my previous concerns as I personally transported all the decor from the UK. Every detail was executed flawlessly, even better than I could have achieved myself. We also booked the food through the Villa, and it was hands down the best we’ve ever tasted! As frequent diners at fine restaurants, we can confidently say the food at Villa Antiche Mura topped them all. The catering team even accommodated last-minute dietary requests from some of our guests without any fuss. The entertainment was phenomenal as well! We booked a band, a violinist, and a saxophonist through the villa, and they were incredibly talented. Our guests were thoroughly entertained throughout the entire day and evening, with many enjoying themselves so much that nobody left early! The entire team, especially Michele and Claudia, ensured that everything ran like clockwork. They thought of the little touches that made our day even more special, creating a seamless experience for us. Thank you so much to everyone at Villa Antiche Mura for your hard work and dedication in making our dream wedding come true! If you are considering a wedding venue, look no further—you will not be disappointed!

Excellent cuisine with traditional fish and meat dishes. Convenient location and the garden in summer has its reasons. Easy to park and also accessible in a wheelchair. Welcoming and polite staff. Last but not least, excellent value for money. To avoid waiting in the evening it is better to book. The wine selection could be improved.

08/06/2025: Sunday lunch, crowded place. We had a reservation, they seated us right away. There were about twenty of us, but the service was fast and precise. We sat outside, among the flowers. We had a great time and the pizza was excellent.
