15/07/2025: We went to this restaurant two nights in a row. The first night we had pasta, and the second we had pizza. Everything was really good! We also tried a melon liqueur and a limoncello, which were very nice. The owner is lovely and super welcoming. We had a great time. We highly recommend it!

The pizza is good and respects Neapolitan tradition, but the real star is the pizza nel rutiello: the crust is crispy, the dough soft and light, and the toppings are generous and high-quality, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. We had the classic one with Parma ham, arugula, buffalo mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes. A different kind of pizza that celebrates Neapolitan pizza in a rustic and irresistible version, with a different texture but a unique flavor. Congratulations!

13/07/2025: A Fabulous Experience at Pizzeria San Gennaro in Naples! During my recent stay in Naples, I had the pleasure of dining at Pizzeria San Gennaro, and I can say without hesitation that it was a simply exceptional culinary experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who immediately made us feel at ease. The atmosphere was authentic and lively, just as you'd expect from a true Neapolitan pizzeria. But let's get to the food: a true delight! We started with a fritto misto, which was crispy, light, and not at all greasy—a true feast for the palate and the perfect appetizer. Then, of course, came the pizza. I tried a classic Margherita and was blown away by the softness of the dough, the quality of the ingredients, and the unmistakable flavor of a true Neapolitan pizza. Every bite was a journey of authentic flavors. The staff, besides being extremely courteous, was attentive to our every need, making the evening even more enjoyable. In short, Pizzeria San Gennaro isn't just a place to eat, but a place to enjoy an authentic Neapolitan gastronomic experience. If you're looking for fabulous food, excellent fried fish and pizza, and a welcoming staff, this is definitely the place for you. I can't wait to go back!

03/07/2025: I called for 30 minutes straight from 8:58 to 9:29 with no answer. After about 40 calls I gave up. It is not possible that on a Thursday night for 30 minutes no one answers the phone. I just wanted to order a pizza, and apparently my only option was to order it through deliveroo, but between the minimum for the order, shipping, the surcharges applied by the pizzeria on the app, and the taxes and services, it was practically double. It is shameful for a pizzeria, on a Thursday night, during working hours, not to answer for 30 minutes or to put the phone out of place. If even to order a pizza from a pizzeria 500 meters away you have to go through a multinational like deliveroo, honestly I prefer to call someone else (who answers me).

29/06/2025: Tasty evening with the family. Exceptional pizzas filled with quality ingredients, the gluten free pizza is exceptional. We recommend Pizzeria Guardascione to everyone for its goodness and for the attention that the master Federico applies, in first person, in all the courses. After the tasting last night it becomes our reference pizzeria. Among the many pizzerias that of Federico Guardascione has conquered our palate. Congratulations maestro.

26/06/2025: The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten! Last night we went to this pizzeria with a table of 20 people and I have to say it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The gluten-free pizza was simply the best I've ever tasted: perfect dough, very light and digestible, with very fresh and clearly high-quality products. But the real added value of the evening was the impeccable service, in particular thanks to Antonio, a truly extraordinary waiter. Even though there were many of us, each with a thousand different requests, Antonio was always kind, precise, smiling and super professional. He managed to remember everything without ever making a mistake in an order, always attentive and available until the last minute. A guy with a desire to work that you can see, feel and appreciate. Really congratulations, people like that make the difference. I recommend this place to everyone, both for those who are celiac and for those who simply love to eat well. 14/07/2025: Good classic pizza. Avoid the Wagon Wheel because it's transparent underneath, visible through the light, or I'd slightly increase the weight of the dough. Questionable service. I don't think it's worth taking reservations and leaving people who arrive 40 minutes early outside. Seeing empty tables and customers waiting is counterproductive, especially since we were seated after 45 minutes because some tables didn't show up.
