25/09/2025: As a true Roman pizza aficionado, being Roman myself, it's a must-visit when I can visit relatives in Taurianova. As I told Mimmo and his wife, Roman pizza, with the ingredients you find in Calabria, is a PERFECT combination.
Light, thin, and crispy pizza, as is traditional.
Mimmo and his wife are excellent hosts and make you feel at home.
Thank you for all the goodness, you're amazing.

19/11/2025: The restaurant is quite large, also suitable for receptions. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. During our visits, we often choose the platter, which offers generous portions for two. The pizza is also excellent. Prices are good value. On busy evenings, reservations are recommended.

14/10/2025: Rectangular clones as if there were no tomorrow...but with the Nokias...and even the conversations get messed up. You're left without a halo. Never a halo! Hahaha
15/08/2025: Delicious pizza in tegna. When I tried it, it reminded me of my childhood. Not greasy, well-cooked tomato, tasty mozzarella, and the ladies were very kind. If I could give you a tip, I'd make the slice a little bigger. I recommend it.

31/01/2025: The restaurant has a great impact, with its large exterior and sea view, and gives a nice impression. When you enter, it loses a bit, you expect the usual interiors, but it has kept the interiors of the old place. It would also need a bit of attention because in January there were decorations and a Christmas tree 😬 and there isn't even a counter where they prepare sushi in full view... the owner, on the other hand, is very smiling and helpful, the poor waiter doesn't understand Italian and does what he can and in case the owner comes to the rescue... the food isn't bad, the ordering app needs improving, it's very very very confusing...

14/09/2025: The pizza 🍕 is excellent, the food good. It's mostly a takeout pizzeria, but if you want to eat inside, there's a small self-service room (no table service). The atmosphere is welcoming.

08/08/2025: I ordered a slice of beef steak for dinner. They gave me a time, I showed up five minutes early, and my food was just coming out of the oven—extraordinary timing. The meat was excellent quality, cooked perfectly and to perfection. Just the right amount of spice. The price was absolutely average. An extremely positive experience.

08/11/2025: The location is very nice from the outside. I'd revisit the rooms, but I find them a bit too old-fashioned. Breakfast is excellent and freshly baked.
Location just steps from the center.
23/08/2025: Truly an excellent hotel with very polite staff and owners who take the utmost care of their guests. The cleanliness is truly excellent. The restaurant serves authentic, carefully prepared homemade dishes, and every day there's something new for breakfast, with everything a guest could desire.
My wife and I stayed for a week and were truly satisfied with everything. Thank you to the owners and a heartfelt thank you to the staff. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

07/12/2025: A lovely restaurant in the northern part of Catanzaro, with a welcoming atmosphere. Good service, polite and knowledgeable staff. From the appetizers to the fruit platter, it's a succession of flavors.
23/11/2025: First experience and also the last.
For dinner, they recommended a tagliata di carne with baked potatoes as a main course. On the waiter's recommendation, he said that everyone raved about it at lunch, so, trusting them, we opted for the tagliata.
Well... it was actually very good, but for lunch, not for dinner. The dish was cold, and the baked potatoes were reheated from lunch. All of this was served as leftovers from today's lunch.
P.S. The appetizer, for the record, was good. Just so you know, two appetizers, 1/2 liter of house wine, a bottle of water, and two tagliata di carne with potatoes cost €50. Be sure not to charge for the leftovers, and I'll mention it.

01/11/2025: I've been to La Coccinella pizzeria, and my overall experience was decent. The staff is friendly and quick, and the place is well-maintained and welcoming.
The pizza, however, only partially convinced me: the Margherita wasn't great, unfortunately, but the sweet potato and sausage was truly excellent!
The location is convenient and easy to get to.
Overall, I recommend it for a quiet evening, but I think you can find better options in the area.
