10/05/2026: Excellent pizza, quality ingredients, wood-fired, truly delicious. Other pizzerias serve pizza with raw tomatoes and no flavor. In Scalea, Corsaro knows what it's doing. I recommend it if you really enjoy eating good pizza, with excellent ingredients and prices.

06/08/2026: I tried their extra-high-crust pizza—which I affectionately nicknamed "Pizza Canotto Express"—but unfortunately, it was a forgettable experience. The visual impact was good, but the effect on my stomach was devastating: after finishing it, I literally felt like I'd swallowed four bricks. The main problem? Most likely, poorly-leavened pizza, or none at all. Result: I SPENT THE ENTIRE NIGHT DRINKING LITERS OF WATER, had to run to the bathroom in the morning, and am still drinking like a camel. Taste-wise, another disappointment: the only flavor I received was basil; all the other ingredients were completely tasteless. All this at jewelry-store prices that I find in no way justified by either the quality of the ingredients or the digestibility of the product. Not recommended.

The pizza is delicious, especially the round one; the sliced ​​one is a bit less so, but still good. I have to say I highly recommend this pizzeria, especially for the super-friendly and polite staff, even during the most awkward moments.

In any case, the only ones who deserve it are the two guys serving tables... Poor food, poorly cooked, and served cold (appetizers and first courses)... After a long wait, we got up from the table without waiting for the second course... They got up and ran away... I even made a big X outside to remind myself not to come back. Happy Valentine's Day everyone.
