Perfect place! Super friendly and helpful staff! Excellent quality pizza! We ordered pizza by the meter so we could try different flavors in good company!! Highly recommended!

Excellent pizza restaurant. I've eaten here many times, both for special occasions, where I've enjoyed excellent seafood dishes, and for simple dinners, sampling many of their pizzas. Everything is very good. It's a shame that, even when the dining room isn't very busy, you can sometimes have a wait for pizzas unless you order an appetizer or fries first. But all in all, it's worth the wait. The gluten-free pizza is also very good.

Exceptional pizza by the meter and a truly welcoming atmosphere in Taurianova. The staff at Metropolis is fantastic and makes you feel at home, making for a pleasant evening. The only thing I can say is that the prices are a bit high.

25/07/2026: It's a small bar with an indoor dining area and a few tables outside for drinks and a bite to eat. It's located on the beautiful Lagonegro road, which leads to the sea through small, lush mountains. After leaving the Salerno-Reggio area, you take this road to reach the seaside towns. The bar offers excellent sandwiches with Calabrian schiacciata and cheese. For me, it's an almost obligatory stop when I'm on vacation in Calabria.
20/07/2026: For us, it's a family tradition, started by my Uncle Angelo about 50 years ago. Every time we need to reach Sangineto (CS), it's our go-to stop for a great sandwich, just like it used to be. Our favorite is Capocollo with Provola. I recommend everyone to stop by. Take the Lagonegro Nord exit, heading towards Martedì. After about 4 km, you'll arrive at GAGLIARDI, which is very convenient on your right.
