22/04/2025: We had dinner here with friends. The ambience is simple and reminiscent of a Tratoria. The food is good but nothing special. There's nothing wrong with the taste here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, responds to guests' wishes and tries to keep customers happy. What is an absolute no go, the toilets are not possible at all. Broken cisterns, doors that cannot be closed because there are no men's or women's toilets here. The operator definitely needs to make improvements here, because with so many customers, the toilet also has to be in order. It was a nice evening, but we will certainly visit other locations in the future.

18/02/2025: Pizza davvero molto buona peccato per la signora che appena arrivi ti squadra dalla testa ai piedi con aria di superiorità, per non parlare del cameriere che sembra faccia tutto tranne il cameriere. Insomma.. pizza davvero buona ma dovrebbero cambiare personale (non sono l'unico a pensarlo)

31/01/2025: The restaurant has a great impact, with its large exterior and sea view, and gives a nice impression. When you enter, it loses a bit, you expect the usual interiors, but it has kept the interiors of the old place. It would also need a bit of attention because in January there were decorations and a Christmas tree 😬 and there isn't even a counter where they prepare sushi in full view... the owner, on the other hand, is very smiling and helpful, the poor waiter doesn't understand Italian and does what he can and in case the owner comes to the rescue... the food isn't bad, the ordering app needs improving, it's very very very confusing...

19/08/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant, mostly seafood-based. I'd particularly like to mention the struncatura with local tuna, a generous portion and exceptional quality—a must-try! The spaghetti with clams was excellent, and the pizza was excellent! The unparalleled view of the Scoglio dell'Ulivo and the sound of the waves provide a splendid backdrop. Recommended.

16/08/2025: A truly disappointing experience at Ulivarella. The staff was rude and unhelpful, creating an unpleasant atmosphere from the start. The dishes were sparse, poorly prepared, and not in line with the asking price: we paid €20 for a "fish of the day" consisting of just three small white bream, a meager dish and completely disproportionate to the cost. The portions also seem to vary depending on who you are: acquaintances of the staff get large plates, while tourists get smaller portions. We paid €15 for a first course and got a half portion. The quality-price ratio is nonexistent, and the service is disrespectful. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

14/07/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't spend much time there, but I was treated very well, even though I was coming from the free beach next door... the staff were kind and welcoming...

06/07/2025: Dinner for 4 people, slow service, we waited 30 minutes with a prompt after ordering. We took a “last resort” appetizer with some decent tasting fish, but it is absolutely not worth the €18 spent.. a portion of chips, very good pizzas, nice location, overall friendly staff, even if they did not look after the table as we would have liked. Beers and bitters at the end, honest price paid.

04/08/2025: Great spot to grab food for the night. Service was fantastic, quick, and kind. Quality ingredients in the appetizers and the pizzas themselves, all priced very fairly. Made the stop on the Coast-to-Coast, and would recommend any hikers passing through to do the same!

21/06/2025: Average place, good pizza. The problem is the service. Only one person, also physically unfit, who goes back and forth between the kitchen and about twenty tables. Biblical waiting times. Bring a crossword puzzle. I'll add that no one in the place smiles, even a fake one. It almost seems like those who come in for dinner...are a pain in the ass. ....last but not least....a cumulative receipt...where you don't understand what you paid for and why. NEVER AGAIN
