07/07/2025: A real discovery! We had dinner at La Baita and were thrilled. The staff is truly excellent: friendly, attentive and always smiling. A special thanks goes to Francesca, who with her kindness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. The food is excellent, prepared with care and with quality ingredients. From appetizers to desserts, everything is truly exquisite. In addition, the prices are super cheap, which makes the quality/price ratio unbeatable. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Back for the second time, this time meat-based dinner. Well it was a really nice and good dinner: delicious meat, excellent choice of wines. I hope to go back a third time so we can try the pizza.

07/07/2025: Dining out should be more than just a meal — it should be an experience built on care, attention, and quality. Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was none of those things. Let’s begin with the Diavolo 2.0 pizza — a dish that turned out to be shockingly over-seasoned. Not only were the toppings far too salty, but even the pizza dough itself was aggressively seasoned, to the point that it felt like chewing into a scoop of salt. The balance of flavors was completely off, and the saltiness was so intense that we couldn’t eat more than two slices. The rigatoni bufala didn’t fare much better. Several pieces of pasta were undercooked, retaining a raw, chalky bite. The fried filet of baccalà was equally disappointing — the batter was soggy and almost uncooked, lacking any crispness or golden texture. It felt rushed, as if it had never touched properly hot oil. However, what truly ruined the evening was the cold, inattentive service. Our assigned waiter — an Asian man with tattoos on his forearm — did not check on us even once during the meal. When he served our pizza, he dropped it on the table without a single word. No greeting, no “enjoy your meal,” no eye contact — just a dish placed down with indifference. His attitude throughout was aloof, almost hostile, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. It wasn’t until we spoke up to a different staff member about the saltiness of the pizza that this waiter finally returned to our table — still offering no apology, no solution, and no effort to improve the experience. We also noticed other tables being treated with more care. For example, other guests had their pizzas sliced by the waiter, while we had to specifically ask for ours to be cut. This inconsistency in service only added to the feeling of being completely overlooked. To finish, the bill was delivered silently, and we waited another 10–15 minutes just to pay, again with no farewell, no acknowledgment of our complaints, and no sign of hospitality. We paid full price for food that was poorly prepared and a service experience that felt dismissive at best. Not once did anyone apologize or attempt to make things right. For a place that likely prides itself on quality, this was an utter failure in both food and service. We left disappointed, frustrated, and frankly, insulted.

07/07/2025: The pasta is way too al dente for me. Beside that, i enjoyed all the food i ordered. The prosciutto with honeydew is interesting!! First, i was not sure but then i like it. Now i am craving for it. The Prosciutto from here is melting in your mouth very good! Our waiter is friendly. It is an elegant restaurant.

23/06/2025: If you love pizza by the slice, this pizzeria is a must. The dough is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, well leavened and cooked to perfection. The portions are generous and the toppings are plentiful, without being heavy. I highly recommend the slice with diavola: spicy just right and really tasty. A special shout-out goes to the waitress Jennifer, who with her smile, her kindness and her ability to manage each table with calm and precision, made the experience even more enjoyable. Attentive, quick and always available, she gave that extra touch to the evening. A simple but welcoming place, perfect for an informal dinner with friends or family.

19/07/2025: We came here because of the numerous good reviews. Unfortunately, we found the food to be underwhelming for the price. €19.50 for a well-cooked burger served with frozen fries is too expensive and not worth recommending.

19/07/2025: We ate two gnocchies, one quattro formaggi and one with smoked ricotta. Latter one was quiet dry and tasteless, the other one was average but both of them was too soft/overcooked.

05/07/2025: I entered almost by chance and found myself enjoying a delicious pizza with a thin and very tasty dough. I really liked the fact that the place has a family atmosphere, where you feel at ease as soon as you sit down. The service was pleasant, the waiters were attentive without being intrusive and you could see that they appreciated their work. The prices are good for the quality offered. The place is simple but welcoming, ideal for a quiet meal.

30/06/2025: I don't know how it's possible that this pizzeria isn't in the Gambero Rosso circuit. Sublime seasoning and toppings. Local products that wink at innovation. The dough is perhaps among the best in the world.

16/06/2025: Definitely a positive experience at Ristorante & Pizzeria da Silvia in Pimonte. The gastronomic proposal stands out for a well-executed contemporary pizza: high, crispy and fragrant crust, light and well-leavened dough. Particularly noteworthy is the variant with burrata and crispy onion: balanced, tasty and with an interesting combination of consistencies. The restaurant offers a good quality-price ratio, a detail not to be taken for granted for a pizzeria of this level. The guarded parking is very convenient, an appreciable plus especially on weekends. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were offered a tasting formula by reservation that we intend to try on our next visit. Overall, an address that deserves attention for those looking for quality and attention to detail. Five full stars.

15/07/2025: A small, family-run restaurant with just a few tables inside, but they do a huge variety of takeout pizzas. In the summer, they also add a few tables outside. I've been a customer for a long time; I love their oven-baked pizza, their punctuality, and their honesty. The only downside is they don't serve fries.
