13/05/2026: Gluten-free Diavola pizza and "regular" Diavola pizza: unfortunately, I can't give a positive review. I noticed an unpleasant sweetness that I wasn't sure whether to attribute to the gluten-free base or the tomato (which was either under-seasoned or lacking in flavor). My husband had the same unpleasant sweetness in his, with a complete lack of seasoning and a focus on the tomato's saltiness, and the same goes for the base. The spicy salami wasn't excellent, medium/low quality, the mozzarella was good, and the oregano wasn't there. I would advise the owners to try the gluten-free version and adjust the balance of flavor between the base and the toppings. I would also advise them to taste the ingredients every now and then, because the tomato is the most important, after the base. And if it's sour or sweet, it ruins everything.

05/05/2026: This pizzeria is worth a visit, as it's a bit hidden in the Viale Turati/Piazza Cappuccini area. I hadn't been there for many years, and I was delighted to rediscover the 4-point pizza. Prompt service (takeout), and the pizza is very good.

06/01/2026: I believe it recently changed management. My previous review was about 2 years ago, and I think it's a sign of fairness not to penalize new owners. I'm giving it 3 stars while waiting to try again. 2023 I'm returning after a while, confident I'll make a good impression on friends. The pizzas are cold, except for mine, which didn't arrive even after several reminders. It's true that they apologized and I wasn't charged my share of the bill, but that doesn't justify what happened. I feel sorry for one waiter in particular, because his professionalism doesn't deserve a 1, but I'd give him a 5. It was clear he hadn't been given the proper conditions to work properly. It's a real shame; I've sent so many people there over the past 2 years, but I don't think we'll be back.

09/06/2026: Tortuga is one of those places I always love to return to. The pizza is excellent and the atmosphere is lovely. Simone is always very kind and professional, a person who knows how to do his job well without ever losing his smile. Kudos also to Ismaele and the entire team. It's a great place, the food is good, and that can never be taken for granted. A kiss ❤️

02/06/2026: Want to be treated like dirt by the elderly, gray-haired waitress/owner and eat a specialty pizza? Then this is the place! Aside from this "small" detail, I'd also like to point out the lack of certain ingredients on the pizzas that weren't mentioned before ordering. Kudos to the pizza chef, who does an incredible job considering the setting. Fair prices and free parking. If it wasn't clear, I'd never return; it's better to reward those who treat people with respect.

08/06/2026: On Sunday 7th June we went with a group of 60 people from Abano Terme to eat in this Trattoria, what can I say, we ate very, very well, compliments to the owner Alessandro and his staff, we will definitely be back when we happen to be in those parts again

07/06/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, excellent food. Here you can enjoy traditional Parma dishes. The staff is very friendly, but some people are perhaps a little too hasty in clearing away empty plates. When I sit down at the table, I do so to enjoy lunch in peace and quiet, and having someone rush me makes me anxious. Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience and will definitely return if I'm in the area again. Reservations recommended.

04/05/2026: This pizzeria is highly recommended. Located just outside the busiest part of the center and with a pleasant terrace in one of Monreale's typical narrow streets. We received good service and the pizza dough was of good quality. We also tried the fried calzone, which was very tasty. The house blonde beer was also highly recommended. The prices are very reasonable for a location like this!

28/04/2026: A pizzeria straight out of the 70s. The portions were truly minuscule. The gnocchi, which cost a whopping 15 euros, were clearly store-bought, and we could even hear the microwave. The meat in the Bolognese sauce was practically nonexistent. We left hungry.
